I've had problems ordering parts because they're system has become broken and doesn't work right to pull up exact results for parts anymore... The person behind the counter always has zero helpful knowledge about what's compatible with what and will expect you to just order a part... Then also has no problem just saying "Sorry we can't help you." - This is crazy... This review goes for all O' Rielly's as this has happened to me at different places and different times with different issues...

I love O'Reilly's, they also get five hearts ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I was driving across the country with my family, six in total, in a mini van, on the 10 fwy the whole way, from Southern California to middle of Georgia. About halfway through New Mexico the vehicle started over heating. We pulled off in the first town, which was teeny tiny, and O'Reilly's was the only auto place open after 4pm. And thank the Universe, they traded a refurbished alternator for my broken one, essentially for free, I just had to find someone to do the labor. There was a place they recommended that was open the next day and we were back on the road before noon. It only cost me labor. $150 and we didn't have end the trip. From panic to devastation to relief and rejoicing, all thanks to O'Reilly's Auto Parts. I've sworn by them ever since. Thank you!

Top notch service here if you're willing to wait or come at a slower time. It can get busy fast here but the employees are more than willing to help you figure stuff out when it's your turn. Thank you.

Stopped in for rear brakes for a sprinter van, which they didn’t have in stock. Good news was they could have them shipped the next day from another store. When I called the following morning, I spoke to the so-called manager at the Beaverton store (#2513), Genie. After a few minutes of being on hold, she told me that the brakes were ready for pickup. I sent one of my employees but when he got there, it turns out that they weren’t on the shipment. Instead of trying to help or make things right, Genie made the situation uncomfortable for my employee to the point that he called and put me on speaker. She was hostile over the phone and refused to help us. When the shipment did show, she said she wouldn’t sell them to us. I own a small construction company with a fleet of 5 trucks. I lose money whenever one of my trucks are down. I’ve always tried helping our local stores but the treatment we received is completely unacceptable by all standards. I called the office to file a complaint and no one made the courtesy of calling us back. At this point, I’ll probably stop buying anything from O’Reillys altogether.

I went to this O’Reilly’s last night because I was in desperate need of a new battery. I had just gotten my second jump within the last month, and I knew my battery’s life was nearing the end. I asked for a battery test, and the girl at the counter said that no one could step out at that moment because they were understaffed… But there was another guy employee up front with her. I asked if I could wait until they were less busy, and she said no, they couldn’t run a battery test or install one, even though that’s the store policy. That had to be the laziest customer service I’ve ever experienced. No problem solving or critical thinking seemed to be involved, and no helpful options either. This was incredibly frustrating and stressful considering the state of my battery. Then, I went to the O’Reilly’s in Tigard, where there were also only 2 employees at the counter, and guess what, both of them came out and helped me with my battery. Honestly, just go to Tigard.

Got in, got out and got what we needed. My headlight had gone out and I didn't know it till I was out and about in it and my partner told me about it. They were able to explain to me why high cost / quality headlamp bulbs can burn out in less than 2 years. (Spoiler ha-ha 😏, it's because evidently along with the brighter light they produce, comes increased heat output which ends up damaging the wiring connection and ultimately causing the bulb to burn out in a shorter time than the original bulbs. The price of having the brighter light they produce.

It’s always easy to purchase what you need online through Amazon, but it’s well worth stopping by Auto Riley in person. The store manager was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. He also recommended signing up for their rewards program, which I think is absolutely worth it. On top of that, the location has great parking—making the whole experience even smoother.

Came into this auto store because my auto store was currently having issues. I was helped my Genie and after making a gesture saying I would like a cloth filter internally for my car. Genie stopped what she was doing, stood back and put her hand in her hip and gave me a dirty look. While continuing to give me dirty looks she made me explain what I wanted because my car is a metal housing filter with either paper or cloth internally. She thought I was saying my car was a canister style filter witch I also explained this was not what I was talking about. I get people have bad days, but this ruined my mood 100% all because I wanted a internal cloth filter. I will not be coming back here.

Logan helped me on a Sunday morning to find the right battery for me and to install it. I didn't have a tool or a clue but he made it so easy for me! Excellent, friendly, and 'above and beyond' service! I wasn't there long but it made such a big impact on my day and week ahead! Thank you so much, Logan and team!

It was extremely disappointing to wait in line for assistance to be treated so poorly. Came in to have diagnostics ran on my car and the customer service rep asked if I would be okay waiting after they ran down the line, that I also waited in. To be told that I would need to wait to be served after 8 other people felt discriminatory. Expected more from O’Reillys.

I needed a new battery for my car remote and had never changed one before. I went in and manager Albert helped me immediately with a friendly demeanor, and also showed me how I can replace it myself in the future. Thank you so much for the help!

Our car from 2000 had a check engine light on. Logan at this O'Reilly's bench came out into the parking lot to read the associated error code. He couldn't provide me with the required replacement part so the error code reading and print out were simply free customer service. Additionally Logan was courteous and knowledgeable. The store was well stocked and clean. I went out of my way the next day to buy some unrelated part at this branch and one of Logan's colleagues went out of his way to double check that the part was correct for my vehicle.

I can never say enough good things about the staff here. The employee on duty has a degree in electrical engineering, and I'm so glad I asked about replacing my headlight, because it turns out that not only was it a lot more involved than I thought, but I didn't even need a bulb, the connection had just come loose. The employee fixed it for me and all it cost me was the cost of the windshield wiper fluid I'd come in there for anyway. All the stars! 🤩

I was looking for a relatively obscure part and my first stop was at AutoZone. The guy at the register struggled to figure out what I wanted and spent several minutes on Google trying to find the part. He couldn't find the part, but only the whole assembly that cost about 4x what I was trying to spend. So I went to O'Reilly's for a second opinion. The register guy was able to find the assembly (same one AZ had) in about 15 seconds as opposed to several minutes. Unfortunately they also didn't have the component I wanted, but the manager was able to pull up the part on Amazon and even printed off a copy of the page for me to order online. Disappointed they didn't stock the part I needed, but 10/10 knowledge and customer service.

As usual,I had great service! Honestly, I dont know much about cars and feel a bit stupid going into auto parts stores. Not once had any employee ever been rude or spoken down to me for this. They know what they are talking about and are one of the few businesses that offer any kind of customer service these days. Most recently, I was buying oil and a treatment for gas and oil. The product wasn't something the employees had personally used, and the honesty was better than being some sales lie. I am still unsure about the product, but regardless of the outcome, they will be first on my list with my next purchase.

My battery decided to give out on me, I had my car jump-started, and I came right into this O'Reilly. They took a look right away, recommended the best new battery, and Albert was awesome enough to install it for me. It was a difficult installation, but they did not back away from helping me out. Will be coming back 🫶

Staff here are super kind and helpful! They offer free battery testing and helped me purchase the right new battery for my vehicle, all while being friendly and not making my car-illiterate self feel silly. Also the store was really nice and clean. I've never been to an O'Reilly before but it'll definitely be my first choice the next time I need anything for my car.

Great service, quality parts and reasonable prices. They go out of their way to get what you need in a timely matter. Special orders are no problem. Staff is top notch and very professional and knowledgeable. They also have a rewards program on their app that can help you save some money. Usually don't have to wait for service. Easy in and easy out.

Juliana or Julie went above and beyond to assist me finding the right visor for my car type also helped me find my tail lights and installing them! Literally the best customer service I have ever received at this location! Will definitely come back ! She deserves a raise ;)!

I bought a new car battery today. It was a reasonable price, less than half what a mechanic quoted me. After installing it, took my old battery in and got a little money back. Easy! The folks there were friendly without being fake and didn't try selling me anything I didn't need or want which I appreciate.

I got the K&N filter cleaner, a new cabin air filter and an ac recharge kit from Victor and man it made a difference. My engine air filter was black as sin and now it looks brand new. My ac was mildly chilled and now it’s ice cold. He’s a solid guy and I’m happy I got to work with him!

Victor was SUPER helpful and helped us get the right replacement battery after we had gotten the wrong one previously, and gave us some excellent advise of maintaining our electric car's battery. He's was so knowledgeable and helpful! 10/10, great experience. This will definitely be our go-to auto parts store for the future!

I just want to say how AMAZING Jiliana is to work with. I come In usually last minute in need of some random part for a car and every time I come in and she is there we always get some type of speedy resolution. Today I got a old school exhaust hanger and I needed a few more items that weren’t in stock so she has them ordered for arrival tomorrow for me and then when I left only to come right back because I forgot some things she was quick to help me out after she finished with her other customers. I patiently waited my turn unfortunately what I needed wasn’t at any store so she ordered it for me and had it shipped UOS. Her customer service is impeccable, she is knowledgeable, friendly and she is willing to listen and learn about new parts she hasn’t dealt with before. She is one of the best parts advisor I have had the pleasure of working with. Thanks for all your help

I hope a manager or supervisor sees this so they can know of their exceptional customer service and genuine employees! I came in a little frantic, I was across the street and had locked my keys in my car! Not wanting to pay $125 for someone to come unlock my car I walked over to see if there was something I could purchase to open my doors. After figuring out that the only tool that was in stock would not work for my electric locks in my car I felt defeated. The lady working helped me think of ideas and other things I could use. As she was looking in the back in the over stock the guy at the desk was asking me a few questions and when he realized I said my sunroof was open a little he came up with a great plan. He found and old metal piece and gave me some directions on how I could do it. I was optimistic. Went over to my car and had it open within 10 minutes! I just really appreciated how they actually listened and came up with ideas for me, instead of just brushing me off. I felt as if they really cared. Honestly their compassion and customer service made my day. Lately I’ve been to a lot of places and customer service is lacking due to the world that we are living in. I just want to say thank you to you guys and keep up the good work! You guys will always be my go to place when I need anything for my car! Thanks again!

I was trying to buy to bumper prying tool but this store didn’t have it, so they told me to buy this and it will work just fine. I was in a hurry and tired because I just got out of work so I went through with it. I was shocked to find out the next morning that these tools are not even brand new (as you can see the images below). You can see the tip of the orange wedge already used. These guys literally just taped up these tools and resell it at full price ($12.99 to be exact). Beware of this store because I would not recommend it.
