Vanessa Deserves all the accolades (and a raise!) She was beyond helpful when it came to my service call. She is a prime example of why I rely on AAA for a number of services!
After being a AAA member for over a decade, I continue to be a thankful member. Some years I end up needing to utilize my calls more often than not… This year has been tough on my entire family with the passing of my Grandma on Thanksgiving. AAA has been truly there for me kind of like she would have been- able to call and ask for help. The AAA call center location (I believe to be here) last night at approximately 0140 was of the highest caliber of customer service I’ve received yet. An individual by the name of Emmanuel with AAA I’d like to thank again for his personal touch on the follow through of service (as well as his lead, and the tow driver Adam with AE). Though the membership isn’t cheap, small acts like this are why I recommend AAA to friends and family. Thank you!
Requested a wheel lift tow. Driver named JUNIOR drove past my PINNED location then said he couldn’t find it & drove away. He called me for directions then hung up in my face. I was simply telling him which building I was in, Im sure the call is recorded. Had to wait an entire hour for another tow truck driver & was 2 hours late for my appointment.
2 years later, a customer service representative kept misgendering me on the phone & being disrespectful calling me sir. They also never contacted me regarding the driver JUNIOR who drove past my car & hung up in my face for no reason. Cancelled my membership & deleted my account
If your not in PDX be prepared to wait hours. Their network is pathetic outside of their fleet area. They pay too little to make your call a priority. Still better then most car insurance roadside, but that's not saying much.
Absurd that I have enough time to get frustrated for 5 mins, have time to write a review, all before being helped and not having anyone in front of me. Glad the phone is more important than in person people. Thanks for the monopoly on international driver's permits

were great as I had locked the van with the keys inside. Kevin, the tech was outstanding in knowledge, friendly, and very customer oriented. The older woman in the vehicle in the next parking space asked Kevin several questions. He very polite and patiently answered them as she was
also a AAA user. Great representation

Imagine being broken down in a small town in a state and in a country that is not yours on a Friday afternoon of a long weekend ! Very stressful. But being extremely fortunate a young lady named Lilian DeMarco came to my aid. She spent an hour with me on the phone researching tow truck drivers and mechanics and ensuring I get the best possible help available. Her attitude and demeanor was very calming, assuring me that my situation would be rectified to my satisfaction which it was.
AAA Oregon count yourself blessed to have such a wonderful customer representative willing to go above her duties to help those in need.

Our Jeep was having issues and we called on AAA and we got a driver named Basil. He was punctual, friendly, very polite and professional. He listened to what we needed and made it happen. LOVE AAA anyway, ( if you don't have it get it ), but just wanted to acknowledge such a great driver!! Basil deserves a raise!
The employees at this location were very helpful with such pleasant attitudes. Customer service is important at this location! They helped me with a foreign currency transaction, and I am ready for my trip!
This shop has a good selection of travel gear, luggage, travel accessories and maps. They don't have many auto accessories any longer. They also have some nice folks to answer questions. They offer a discount for AAA members.
AAA were very helpful and fast service at helping us when our jeep broke down. They answered the phone quickly and kept us informed as to when the tow truck would arrive. The tow truck driver was polite and helpful. And helpful finding a parking space in a very full lot.
It is very convenient to have this travel resource in town. Great place to get your last minute travel needs for an upcoming trip, reasonably priced passport photos, or even an international driver's license.
I met in person with international travel agent in your office. She said she would work on my itinerary and get back to me. It has been one month! I have tried to communicate with her on updates via email, phone and text. She went silent on us. Very disappointed in AAA . Definitely will not recommend them to anyone.
We just returned from Hawaii and the experience we had with AAA was very good! The air travel, condo, activities and car rental all worked out. I will book my next trip with you for sure!
The counter experience was fine. However, I was told before that I had received a phone message about the euros I ordered. No record of such a call. I found out about the order by making another call.
Went in to get my international driver's permit. Such an easy process. Make sure you have two copies of a passport sized photo. And it's $35 for non-AAA members. I was in and out of AAA in 10 minutes. Good to know it was a quick turnaround for my IDP.
Today my clutch cable broke, leaving my car inoperable.
I've had a few tows in my life and none have been this relaxing, given the circumstances.
Miguel gave me a tow home, he was friendly, conversational, and I could tell he really cared for my vehicle as he brought it home!
It's a 26 year old Subaru but she's my baby!!!

I really need to tear down a good bit of this vehicle to get it running like it should.
Less than a week after my clutch cable snapped, the engine cut out on the freeway. I tried everything to get it restarted, checked for air, spark and fuel. Unfortunately there was no fuel pressure!
Luckily I have AAA, I never imagined I'd have to use it twice in one week.
But Naythin came to the rescue.
I was very impressed how quickly he got it loaded on the flatbed.
He even was able to back up my steep driveway to roll the car into the garage so I can get it back on the road.
Top notch service every time I use AAA. But I hope I dont need it for at least a couple years!!!
Just want to say thank you to all the operators out there getting all of us out of real bad situations.
Debra Dobbins is an amazing employee of Triple A. She has helped me find cheaper insurance than what I had before and tried her best to help me out every time I had a question. Debra has gone above and beyond making sure she always tries to get back to me and take the time out of her day. She is overall an outstanding employee and I figured I would recognize her for it.
Breakdown on a major highway this morning could have ended up very poorly, except for the efficient and expert assistance of AAA. Not only did the dispatcher give us a priority for response, based on the dangerous location of our breakdown, and not only did AAA’s tow truck driver arrive quickly, but the driver also summoned a flatbed truck when he realized that the job required it, and waited with us for the flatbed truck to arrive, and he then positioned his tow truck in a position to protect us from the traffic whizzing by on a heavily traveled road. Thanks AAA! You have earned our loyalty.

Ernest is the best. I had a terrible morning and the cherry on top was a nail that popped my tire. I am a young girl and could not loosen the lugnuts to replace my tire on my own. Ernest came to help me and he got there within 20 minutes of my call and changed my tire in 5 and even gave me tips on how to drive safely on a spare. He was so friendly and so sweet. Definitely turned a day around. Thank you so much Ernest! You’re amazing!
AAA has helped me for many years. Yesterday I had my truck towed to a repair shop. Today I was informed they could not fix it. So I called AAA to bring it home, and this is where it gets interesting. I was told I have to be at the truck. Ok, I have no way but to lyft it since its across town at the shop. This defeats the purpose in AAA helping me while saving money on a tow. So the tow truck arrives and the shop calls, which has the keys and can send the truck to me at the drop point. Shop says I have to be there? So I have no truck. The first AAA dispatcher was rude, caddy, and controlling on the phone. Asking questions like; are you sure the vehicle cant be driven???? ☆ star review here. I am also cancelling their service and going to another provider.
Beautiful location, surrounded by large, old trees. The center is on the ground level of a multi story building. Lobby is also a travel gear shop with a terrific selection. Staff are great! Friendly, attentive, capable. ??Two thumbs up! ??
My wife and I came here to plan our trip for our honeymoon back in July 2017. One of the Associates (Ken) there helped us figure things out and suggested different sights to see (we visited California) he even booked hotels for us. This visit was free for AAA members and was extremely helpful. We will definitely come back the next time we plan to take a road trip.
Everyone here was super helpful. They helped me plan my upcoming road trip and had a lot of great tips and advice for me. they also have a lot of great travel supplies, including stuff I had never considered to take with me. For example, to head dehydrated soap strips with your very portable.
Helpful staff; extended hours on Wednesdays; merchandise discounts for members; money-saving purchases for international currency; International driving permits. Don't forget discount tickets to the nearby Regal Cinemas at Bridgeport Village.
