I was stuck at a gas pump car dead and my battery pack wasn’t enough to jump it, luckily these guys showed up and had the cables that had me up and running in less then 20 seconds ? great people highly recommend for all towing type needs

I had a great experience with Apollo Recovery and especially Charlie. He was professional, respectful, and understanding throughout the entire process. Charlie communicated clearly, handled everything quickly, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. It’s rare to meet someone in this line of work who shows such courtesy and professionalism. Thank you, Charlie, and the Apollo team for treating people with dignity and respect.

This guy is going to get to police called next time he is seen. ORS 83.670 is a thing and I would discuss with your drivers what that law stipulates before they want to get loud and cause a scene in public again.

Illegally trespassing (with clearly posted signs) to repossess our vehicle, when we had a receipt for payment in hand. They waited until late at night and didn't give us the opportunity to prove the vehicle was paid for, costing us an additional 1.5k in fees. Police suggested a civil suit.

Worst ever

I saw all the negative reviews , but I actually had a very good experience with them. I went to their location in Wood Village. They made the process really smooth and easy. The guy who helped me was extremely nice, helpful and understanding . You don’t see this kind of costumer service often anymore. Five stars from me.

I, like many people in these reviews have had the unfortunate experience of having my car completely rummaged through, trashed as well as had multiple items stolen- including a registered handgun. When I called to report this, the person I spoke to was rude, gaslit me and tried to make excuses about the other theft claims including "Well, we're a repo company after all. We're not your friends." Yeah, so I'll be filing a police report...

Billy is a good guy, he listened to my situation with my car I was surrendering voluntarily after Capital Auto in Salem screwed me over and sold me a car with a bad engine and then refused to honor the warranty. The bank I was financing it from was giving me issues as well. Apollo Recovery Services actually were the ones who came through for me. Billy went out of his way to try and make it right and so did his boss. No one likes to be put in these types of situations but I am grateful for their kindness and willingness to help me out.

All auto lenders do not use this company for your repository out of tow company's yards they write bad checks to the tow company's

Very understanding, respectful and helpful when my vehicle was repossed. Took my payment and made sure I left the lot safely.

This company took my truck in the middle of the night on a workday, towed it three hours away from my home, and took thousands of dollars worth of my company tools right along with it. They got me for a DeWalt bandsaw, a power inverter and my $250 pair of Oakley’s. Who knows what else they got away with? I keep remembering things that were in there that weren’t returned to me. This company serves their masters and has no regard for the working class. Hopefully, they will quit their job and join us!

Great experience- James is a very kind and helpful person and made what had been a tough experience surprisingly manageable and easy. Pleasure to do business with these guys.

Horrible place, I'm turning them in to BBB. These guys take your license plates off and deny it and accuse you of taking them off. Why would we drive the car without license plates??? My husband said no, they were on there when you towed it. They said they have no idea we don't have them. My husband called the police they came, and they asked the employees if you could call them that, They said it again that man took them off so we would not tow him. Well, we knew about towing coming for repo. But we filed chapter 11 to keep the car. There was a mistake. So why would I take them off. The police found them in the front floor in the car. I said of course. My husband had removed them before he towed them!!! So the srcatatary want my car off her property, whatever. So then I came back my husband started the car , it would not do nothing. Oh, the guy working there said oh they took off the negative post, put it back on, still would start. The guy working there tookba battery charger still wouldn't start. My husband said, "What did you guys do to my csr??? They said nothing, it's your car. Yes, but it was running fine when we parked it that day?? Welll we did nothing, he said. Well, they want the car off their property. So my husband pushed it out while I stirred. It was 82 out. He had to push it over a bump, which was hard. 2 guys in there helped him push for a moment. We got it put to the street, and it still would not start. We are not mechanics. We have no idea what they ha e done. So we tried to jump it with my car. No luck, it still would not start. We were out there for 5 hours. We went and got our friend who is a mechanic, he couldn't figure it out for awhile, looked at the fuse box by the battery, and found a fuse sitting there , starter replace fuse, he put it in the car started. They knew what they did. But why not have my husband on the first hot day to much it out. And they loved standing there watching us try to fix it. Not one came out to say here's what we did. No, just let those guys sta d out there in the sun get nowhere. So I've been told tow truck places cannot touch your car when they tow it. I want them closed down!!!!! You give them your back the way you took it. They are terrible monsters. And should not own a bussiness. We even stopped to ask a mechanic shop. They saud well I don't want my name brought up to them. I want no trouble. So this tells me these are like mafia club. People are afraid of these people. SO CLOSE THEM DOWN. THEY HAVE NO REASON TO HAVE A LICENSE TO DO THIS!

These are professional thieves. They took my laptop worth 2 grands from my car. I don't even care for that. There was a hard drive in my bag with backups of photos of my daughter when she was little. Photos I might not be able to see again. There is an special place in hell for these folk.

My car got repossessed at 3am I didn't know my car was up for repo until I saw it gone straight out of my driveway the next morning. I called them and tried to pay bill to get the car out and they asked for 7k upfront or they won't release the car.

A woman who smelled like cat pee and was acting very erratic was the only one who could "help". She lied and said that the bank hadn't released the car even though we had confirmation from the bank. This place will scam you

Appointments keep getting deleted for some odd reason.

Rudest people I’ve ever met. Obviously I get they’re doing their job, but when a person is simply just coming to get their car and not in the best situation there’s no reason to be yelled at and have the window slammed in their face. But I guess you have to be pretty miserable to work a job like that.

Currently my car is in their possession. Understandable. Thus far the process to get the car back has been only slightly more difficult than i feel necessary. There is no one to talk to on the phone line, just a message to use the website? The fact my car was towed an hour drive away is kind of annoying though again its not really their fault. My biggest fears from the reviews are the potential damage or theft of property. I will be picking it up two or three days from now if their hassle of a scheduling system works properly, and will update the review accordingly after. Update: took longer than expected to get car back due to holiday season. Car and possessions were as left. Friendly enough staff.

I understand a repo, the respect to be given for the drivers/dispatch/storage workers doing their job. I really do. Zero problem with communicating and handling business. However, I am missing thousands of dollars of work gear/electronics from my vehicle after it was repossessed. I was told to file a complaint and to show proof of belongings missing. My AirPods can be tracked and they are now in Guatemala. A week ago they were still in the storage yard. No idea why that’s there. I have sentimental things no longer with me. They gave me a trash bag of a third of my stuff and said “this was all that’s left” when really a guitar, headphones, work gear such as climbing spikes and climb lines and journals and clothes and shoes are no longer a thing I guess. Again, I have immense respect for the work as it’s their job - but to steal? Not trying to accuse, but where is my stuff? Why does no one care about personal belongings? If the roles were reversed, they’d be upset! I just don’t understand why a company can do what they do and simply not care about anything else besides what they were ordered to do. Where’s the integrity man. I had gone through a hardship with my own vehicle situation, why kick me while I’m down? Kinda low no? All good, I hope it works out, but not being heard back or getting any assistance with such besides “file a complaint” is disheartening.

MAKE SURE YOU TAKE ANY PHOTOS BEFORE LEAVING THE TOW YARD! THE WOMAN AT THE OFFICE TRIED TO TELL ME I COULD NOT TAKE PHOTOS OF MY OWN VEHICLE TO PROVE DAMAGE WAS THERE BEFORE LEAVING THE PROPERTY. She was very sketchy and stood over my partner and I as he got underneath to make sure the fluid dripping from my vehicle wasn’t radiator fluid since the hole punched in the front end is right next to the radiator. They also wasted 10 minutes of my 20 minute appointment while they were moving other vehicles around in the yard. They kept trying to push us out as quickly as possible, saying they had other appointments to get to and they could move the car to the street for me to look over the damage. They couldn’t be bothered to respect MY scheduled appointment time, and were only interested in trying to prevent me from documenting the damage to my car. The company damaged my car when they towed it in the middle of the night. I reached out to them in regards to the damage, and sent over the photos as requested. It has now been two weeks, and I haven’t heard from anyone in regards to getting the damage repaired. I sent my original email on 12/05/24 and they responded next day asking for the photos I have. I sent them and after not hearing back from anyone, messaged again on 12/18/24. Their response was that they had emailed me on 12/06/24 asking for the photos, and that is it. There has been no further communication, and I have had to reach out multiple times asking for someone to get in touch with me to resolve the issue.

They picked up our car in the middle of night. We worked with our finance company and had it all squared away by 9a the same day they took it. This company told us "they don't do same day releases". Since it was a Friday, they wouldn't allow us to pick up until Monday. They're not good people.

No way to get in touch with anyone. They require an appointment to pick up your vehicle but don’t do same day appointments and charge you per day. Absolute scum of the earth

Still waiting to make contact and get personal items on repo, can't schedule appointments with VIN states they don't have it

Apollo Recovery is an absolute farse. Their business practices are unethical at best. First they showed up to repossess my car at 3am. I was not aware my car was up for repossession. And the driver was rude and unprofessional. Then once I get everything squared away with my finance company. They continue to hold my car hostage. Avoid this unethical place at all costs.

Absolutely horrible.

Didn't call a tow truck through this company was on hold with my insurance and a driver on a different call or something came to our rescue.I had 2 young grandchildren in car whom had locked doors with of course my keys and Tyke was the young man whom no questions opened our door after I came running like a crazy down the street blocks away ?..thank you Tyke hopefully I'm spelling and saying his name correctly..I was just in ahh and thankful for him and kids were ok!? keiizer Oregon is where this took place, really hoping he gets a huge pat on back or better!#good people still out there ?
