I’m so grateful for the team at Accurate Auto! The whole team is straightforward, knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me solve a longstanding problem that hadn’t been properly diagnosed anywhere else and they stayed in great touch with me at every step along the way. Being able to use their rental while my car was being worked on was also a huge benefit that made things on my end so much easier. Highly recommend!

Accurate Auto did a great job of diagnosing our problem with worn out front brakes and suggesting new tires at a good price. We taken a few different cars to Accurate Auto and have always been happy with their work!

I got a written estimate and my final bill was their estimated figure. No upsell. They actually showed me a way to lower my bill. Jessie replaced my timing belt, tensioner, water pump, thermostat, spark plugs and adjusted my valve lifters for my 100,000 mile scheduled maintenance on my Honda Odyssey. It's been nearly a month since the repair and my car is running great! I recommend them to everybody.

I had a great experience at Accurate Auto. I really appreciated being able to book my appt online in advance. They were also very welcoming and had clear communication regarding my vehicle. I was able to read my report and sign off on the work needed via a link from text which was very convenient.

My car indicated something was going on with the transmission that needed looking at. I called Accurate Auto, and they said to bring it in. They worked on it without an appointment and told me what to think about in terms of future maintenance.

I chose Accurate Auto for my Beamer based on all the positive reviews and because they are the rare auto repair shop who offer shuttle service to get you back home after dropping off your car. I'm glad I did! I don't think you'll find a more friendly customer service oriented auto repair business in the area. Within an hour I received a diagnosis with cost estimate, replete with photos. Payment was made with ease via a secure payment portal. From the first call to the last telling me my car was ready for pick up (three days earlier than expected), I was treated with a cheerful welcoming, we-value-your-business, attitude.

I was driving back to Eugene from a trip to Seattle and my dashboard started flickering as I was passing through Portland. I thankfully made it to the Bridgeport exist and just got to a parking lot before my engine choked and died. AAA sent out a tech to test my battery and confirmed that my alternator died. They arranged to tow it to Accurate Auto across the freeway. Sadly, it was a very rainy day, so the tow truck was delayed helping other stuck vehicles, and we didn't get to the shop until shortly after they closed. I filled out one of their envelopes and dropped in my keys before checking into a nearby motel. The next morning I get a text from them right at their 8am opening time, confirming they got my car and to give them a call to discuss. I talked to Joe and he confirmed the status of everything, gave a reasonable bid, and told me they could have it done by 2pm, since he knew I'd want to continue on my way home as soon as possible. I Ubered to Washington Square to waste some time out of the rain, thinking I'd have several hours to spend, but at about 11:30 Joe called to tell me they would be done in about 30min, but would be closed from 12 to 1 for lunch. So I grabbed a bite before Ubering back. Joe was at the front desk and was super friendly helping me and the other customers there that day. My car was back in fully-working condition with a fresh alternator and new battery. I was back on the road home by 1:30! I definitely was luck to break down so close to this shop and that AAA recommended them.

We have been going to Accurate Auto of Lake Oswego for years and have always found them to be kind, helpful and transparent. They communicate clearly and in a timely manner, they explain issues thoroughly and truly try to recommend the option that serves the customer best. Highly recommend!

Accurate Auto's customer service is an absolute 10. I had a brake light burn out on the right rear of my Toyota Highlander which was inaccessible for me and a friend to get to. I stopped in to ask what the cost would be for them to change it. Joe, the customer service rep at the front desk offered to go out and take a look at it. He tried and also had no luck being able to get the light socket loose. So he asked one of there service people to try and he was able to get it done! I was very pleased with the fact that it could get done without having to remove the entire light assembly from the car. I asked about pricing and he said that it was no charge! I have had many vehicles serviced at this location over the years and I knew that this family-owned business would continue to perform with the same level of professionalism that I had come to expect from them. I have had my vehicle serviced a few times here since the ownership changed and I will continue to do so in the future. I have recommended them many times when people have asked for a good mechanic in the area. Thanks for reading a long post!

This review is very simple, but I decided to post it because what I needed was very simple. I stopped in and ask Joe at the front counter how much it would be for them to change a light bulb. He said let's go out and take a look at it and proceeded to work on changing the bulb right there in the driveway. He was having trouble getting it out, just like I was. So he asked a younger employee who had a little longer fingers and a stronger hand

These guys help me keep my car ready for track days. They work quickly, the work is done well and when they did miss something they fixed it at no charge. It's really amazing to have a shop like this in LO!

Great service and very honest and transparent. Could have upsold me on a brake job like my last shop tried to, and instead informed me I had plenty of life left in the pads and rotors. Super happy with the work done to my truck.

Since they completely lied about one thing ("Half price"=$50 for a "1 hr" job to change a bulb one gets at from the wheel well, which after they did it - I noticed (not them) while still in the parking lot that it wasn't working -, it took them 5 minutes to take the car back in and replace the bulb. After this scam, I couldn't trust the kind of oil or filter they put in my car, or even that they drained all of the oil. I took my car to the dealer to have the job redone. And, not too long after, the second bulb they put in failed, and I replaced it successfully myself with what is so far a reliable bulb.

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO JEREMY & JOE! They were able to fix a number of issues on my car quicker than I could’ve ever imagined!! Customer service and communication was 11/10 Will definitely be back in the future! Thanks a million!

The team at Accurate Auto Lake Oswego are always helpful and willing to troubleshoot issues not just guess at what repairs are needed. The service from the front counter is top notch always letting you know where you stand on price, schedule, and your car’s future repair needs! They may not be the cheapest in town but the price to quality ratio makes up for that. I am always confident when I drive off the lot the car was fixed right with quality parts!

The team at Accurate were excellent! They were referred by a friend- so this was my first experience. From my first call (they answered the phone- instead of voice mail). They sent me an estimate within the hour! They accommodated my schedule, they were done ahead of time and the final bill came in under estimate. My car had serious brake system issues. Accurate Auto took it in broken and gave it back healthy again. They're a good bunch of guys who are easy to work with. I'm thankful for their work.

MAKE REPAIR SHOPS GREAT AGAIN! What a great shop this is. I came in and I said, "WOW, what a great shop!" So clean, so professional - you don't see that anymore. The service? Tremendous. Fast, efficient, and done right the first time. The value? YUGE. Could've charged more, didn't. Honest people, real talent. My car drives like a dream - better than when I bought it. Total transformation. Bringing it here was a massive win, folks. If you're not using this shop, you're losing. Five stars. Maybe more. Just tremendous!

They accepted a warranty claim as I had a problems with a brake job I had completed by a shop in Phoenix, and of course could not take my car back to them. The process was rather bureaucratic and they had to go back and forth with the insurance company as they repeatedly refused my claim. They faithful sent photos and argued my case. Ultimately, the insurance company refused my claim and I had to pay out of pocket. Sympathetic to my pain, they kindly discounted my charges, when they had every right to add an admin fee! These guys are awesome to work with.

I called Accurate Auto 30 minutes before I had my car towed and delivered. I had called a few other shops that didn’t answer my call and so it was a relief to talk so someone so friendly. Joe’s customer service was extremely kind and helpful and made me feel good about having my car inspected there, even though I wasn’t able to be there in person due to my work schedule. I got text updates regarding my car’s status throughout the time it was there. Even though my car was in bad condition , Joe was very personable and validated my concerns. I would recommend working with this business!!

Very disappointed. I took my truck to accurate Auto in lake Oswego to have the air conditioning compressor pump replaced. They replace the pump and recharged my system with Freon but did not check to see if the system was leaking two weeks after having my truck in the shop The air conditioning did not work any longer I took the truck back as soon as I could get it to the shop to find out why come to find out there is a hole in the system that they did not find they wanted $2,000 more above the 1600 I had just paid for the pump and I was not going to pay that I said I will be in in the morning to pick up the truck I got there at 7:30 they pulled the truck out of the shop I took the truck and went home I was very disappointed to find the plastic molding and floorboard pulled away and not replaced but laying on the floor in disarray this kind of shows me that they're not paying attention to detail and I will no longer patronize them

I've used this shop twice since moving to the area and they are absolutely incredible. Extremely thorough in everything they've done, patient and informative with all of my questions, and honest in every exchange. Coming from an automotive background, I have unreasonable standards for quality, price, and honesty and they exceed them all. When I first started looking for a shop, I needed a lot of complex and expensive work done. I called around to about 5 shops asking for estimates for the work I specified, intentionally excluding a couple of key/related repairs to test them a little. Accurate Auto in Lake Oswego was the only shop that insisted on including those repairs in their estimate (as they should have). All the others were happy to sell me an incomplete (and still expensive) job to get the business rather than to be sure I was going to solve all my issues the first time, the correct way, and without having to come back. They weren't the lowest quote, but they were lower than several on the total price, even though they'd be doing more work. I cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic shop!

Accurate Auto was so nice and efficient. The technology platform makes scheduling and getting your estimate to easy. When we picked up the car he looked at one other thing for us, and during the service attached something to the bottom of our car, all free of charge. We will definitely be back.
