I deal with AutoZone all over the United States and no one was never so much friendly and helpful as these guys at this location, specially Emilio, Jewels, Nick, Alec, seriously you guys made my day. I went in yesterday on February 8, 2026, and was needing help with changing a left turn signal. I asked if someone could show me how to change it, and Jerry was so kind to offer to help me get that changed out. He went above and beyond. I definitely recommend this location. They are kind and professional. And will be going back to this location. Thank you Jerry! :)

DO NOT BUY PARTS HERE SCAM ARTISTS. Never had a problem with these guys UNTIL I spent over 1,000 in parts that had to be ordered in a few days later that are supposed to be “lifetime warranty”. Which was the only reason I was okay with waiting a few days for the part and spending that much money. Called this morning to ask if they had my supposed life time part in stock. That’s when they told me the part was only a year warranty. When I told the manager Nick what my predicament was and that I was stranded with out a vehicle because I relied on their word, he told me to come in and exchange the part and let his co workers know I spoke with him about a courtesy exchange. When I arrived I told them the same, they told me they could offer me a “courtesy discount” if I buy a new alternator. Moral of the story is steer clear of these guys because not a single one of them can keep their word. I’ve been going to this place for years to buy parts and it’s a shame I can no longer trust this company. If I were you I’d go to oriellys or even Amazon at this point. Severely disappointed and let down.

Today went by to get a new battery for my wife's car Shane (hopefully I got his name right) was there. I use a walker to get around and today was no different. He carried the battery out for me and installed it. He went waited until I turned car on to make sure it was working fine. Thank you sir for helping me with everything. Ps thanks to Lanee as well.

Female worker wearing a gray shirt i think her name was amber. she is very controlling to every other worker there telling them when they are allowed to take a lunch when to go here and where to go there always when i’m in there and she will never leave HER yes HER corner of the store anytime i come in she is right in that corner doing nothing other than giving orders.

I want to recognize Bob W. The part we needed was discontinued. Bob cross referenced to get the proper product. On top of that, he performed a diagnostic and found what made the engine run ruff. Bob is an asset to the company.

When my car broke down last week and I reached out to these folks (closest parts store) to see about the parts to fix it, they bent over backwards to help me in any way they could. Unfortunately, they weren't able to get a hold of the part I needed but not for lack of trying on their end.

I went in to purchase new windshield wiper blades. An easy task, right? Last year I suffered a stroke and have had issues with my hand, not working right. I thought I could do it myself and went out to do it. The gentleman behind the counter came out and help me put them on without asking if I needed help. He was really kind and understanding of the situation . The staff is really kind and helpful. They are fantastic there!

Phoenix C. at this location helped with our family’s vehicle that needed a new battery, wipers, and had some other issues. He installed everything himself and walked me through explaining it all and recommended the best products. Overall, I haven’t had great service like this in a while and I was very impressed. I am loyal to the Yukon Auto Zone store now because of this interaction with Phoenix and will highly recommend them.

Our car was having battery problems. Manager said he would get the jumper to help us get the car back on after running the test. The jumper was dead because someone left it on, then didn’t offer any further help getting the car back on. Went to Oreilly’s and helped us right away and got the car back and running.

I just wanted to let you know, I have been at AutoZone in Yukon oklahoma on Garth Brooks Boulevard. I've been dealing with Tristan k, he gave me the best customer service I've ever had at autozone. I just wanted to take a minute to recognize his service and professionalism. I've never met the man before, but you can bet I'll be back to see him frequently. I'm very happy that I came to the store tonight, I feel like I met someone that can help me. I'm not that knowledgeable about cars. He took his time and spent a lot of effort getting me the right product. Good job keep up the great work Tristan.

Couldn't ask for a better customer service experience. Wish I would have gotten names but was in such a panic I didn’t. A younger gentleman and a parts lady came to the rescue! I lost power pulling my camper from Louisville KY. Pulled off the right exit to meet these two who didn’t have the part I needed but immediately called to get one delivered. Let me borrow tools to replace inner cooler hose on my F350 and was back on the road in an hour. Thanks again for your kindness and help today! -God Bless!!

I'm really am disappointed in them today. I know the weather was crappy. I went up their today to get my battery checked out. Because my boyfriend had to jump it yesterday. The guy at autozone said to me he couldn't check the battery, because it was raining. So Orally helped me out and I bought a new battery from them.

I needed new wiper blades. The store manager, David Bryant, helped me every step of the way including installing them for me. I offered him a gratuity for going above and beyond the call of duty but he declined to accept it. At least, I am able to publicly acknowledge his outstanding customer service.

I visited this store today for the first time because my car needed a jumpstart and I figured I needed a new battery. They were able to test to confirm that was the issue, then a very helpful and courteous young man installed it for me. I wish I had gotten his name because he really deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond.

My battery had been sluggish for about a week so I went to get it checked today. I was greeted by Jonathan who came right out, checked it, replaced it and sent me on my way. He was customer centric, so pleasant and friendly as well as totally efficient. He is a valuable asset to Auto Zone. Thanks again Jonathan!!

Some of the best customer service I've ever received anywhere!! Not just Auto stores, but retail stores of every kind!! I was helped by a great guy named Luis (whom I believe was the stroe manager at the time) and he went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure my needs were met to the best of his abilities!! I'm very grateful for him and for this AutoZone in particular!! I highly recommend this location if you want to be treated with respect and kindness!! Thank you so much again to Luis!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you have to go to AutoZone, go see Luis. He knows his stuff. He helped me resolve a couple issues. He listened to what I had to say and responded accordingly with possible solutions to my problems. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. He should be a manager with his own password instead of having to ask for a password to refund a battery core charge. Will somebody, PLEASE, get this man, a password.

Employees were quick to offer help and friendly. Good selection of various car accessories, stuff for aesthetics, and car related items like oil and batteries (obviously, lol). They offer free checks for if your engine light comes on.
