Went to O'Reillys Main St. Yukon for a new battery for my Fusion hybrid. Customer service here was absolutely amazing. Friendly efficient and beyond helpful. 5 stars ++++

They guys here are so helpful and respectful. The kindness I received was unmatched. Im a person who is not fond of cars and when something goes wrong with mine I panic. The compassion these men had calmed me down and reassured me. I can now drive without fear of my car dying on me randomly. They were even able to do the install for me because I had no way to do it myself. Thank you so much, especially to Mr. Jake. I truly appreciate this location.

I had a great experience with Jake at O’Reilly Auto Parts! He fixed the grille (or front badge/sign) on my orange Freightliner van using double-sided tape, and the service was done with a smile. Jake was professional, helpful, and highly skilled—highly recommend him and this parts service to anyone in need! Great job, Jake!

I always have a good experience at O’Reilly’s, no matter the location. The staff is consistently helpful and kind, and I really appreciate how they go out of their way to assist without making me feel like a bother. This spot in particular always takes care of me; thank you!

O'Reilly auto parts provides a consistent shopping experience no matter which Srate or Store I visit. Which isn't necessarily a GOOD thing. They seem to hire sales staff that have limited real life experience with cimmon vehicles and the maintenance of them. 99% of the time the people at the Coynter don't have the first clue about what is needed unless the can find it in the Computer and even after they politely and often with some effort, locate the part on the computer they do bot exude the confidence that the part or option presented is in fact the proper or appropriate part for you needs. How many times does they type of transmission you have impact the windshield wiper blade size? It can be very frustrating and a waste of time. Honestly, I often choose to go elsewhere but O'Reilly shops seem to be everywhere do I come across them first and begrudgingly stop in only to end up finding a better experience and part somewhere else a bit farther away. I know they mean well but pay a bit more for your staff and it will pay off in customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I went to O’Reilly’s with a dead battery and a tired toddler in tow. I was informed by another shop they couldn’t install a new battery if anything covers it due to liability. Totally understand. Thankfully, O’Reilly’s took pity on me, specifically Jacob, and had it changed in 10 minutes. Can’t thank them enough!!

Do not go to this store in Yukon!! I walked in as soon as they opened at 0900 this morning holding a rear brake rotor to have it resurfaced the guy took a caliper/micrometer to it as he should and said it was within specs to resurface and that he would have it done by noon or give me a call if he finished early. I did not get a call so I went back at noon, guy was sitting at the side of the building smoking a cigarette that he quickly threw to the ground and went inside as soon as he saw me get out of my truck. My rotor was in the same spot I left it 3hrs ago and he was nowhere to be found. His colleague says that they couldn’t resurface it because of the tiny pock marks on the back during the removal process that my 15yrs experience as a mechanic says it’s inevitable to get a rotor without a few pock marks. It wouldn’t have bothered me one bit if he would’ve just said he didn’t feel comfortable resurfacing it or giving me a call to let me know that he tried but had to stop because it was getting under the tolerance but that was not the case. Instead it was in the same spot I left it in untouched and 3 hrs of my day gone waiting for a call. I ended up spending 5 minutes at Autozone buying a new rotor. NEVER AGAIN will I step foot in this O’Riely’s store.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had at an auto parts store. Two knowledgeable, friendly guys working the whole store by themselves, clearly understaffed, yet somehow making sure every customer felt like they were their priority. Top notch 👌

I needed help with my middle break light but I was in a bind, because I had My two small children with me. As soon as we came in a young man helped me right away and even applied the bulb to the mantle for me. I appreciate that a great deal. Well done O’Reillys🙏

I went there today and brought a broken part from my turn signal bulb. They didn’t carry it for my older car but the 2 young men that were working pulled it up on EBay and showed me exactly which one I needed. They were so very friendly, helpful and patient. Thanks to them, I came home and ordered exactly what I needed. Thank you!

My car wouldn’t start at 7:15am this morning then it did. So I took it up to O’Reilly’s to have the battery checked. The battery had low voltage and Daniel helped me, checked it out and replaced my battery. Super customer service from this very kind young man. It was rather cold this morning and I felt bad that he was having to do this in the cold weather. This is why we always go to the store. Thank you for helping out this morning, I really appreciate it.

This store has my business for life! I unexpectedly had car issues on my way to work and took it to O’Reilly to read a code. When it turned out to be something urgent that needed to be dealt with immediately, store manager Jim insisted I come inside and get out of the cold while I called around to try to find someone to work on my car. He even offered to give me a ride home if needed. He made a really bad morning much better!

Almost always friendly, helpful, decent and knowledgeable folks that want to help and get you the right part or info to find the right parts. Mostly have the parts in stock and folks to help get you the right part and info. Thanks, rely on them more so than any other parts store.

I have been a Loyal Customer for years. I have never had a problem there until today. (7/12/23) I went into the store seeking help with A/C coolant recharge info. I was having a bad day, and I banged heads with an employee there. I left the store yelling at that man who was trying to help me. Then I realized I was in the wrong store. I made a complete a** of myself. I believe in making amends when I screw up, so I called the store and actually got to the man on the phone. But before I could apologize he got mad and hung up. So I've come here in hopes he might read this. (I won't say his name) Sir, I was Totally Wrong and I hope you accept my apology. Thank you for reading this.

The car started to overheat & we were 155 miles from home. We had one phillips screwdriver & a pair of pliers. After we cooled the car down at a quick stop, I looked up auto parts stores, and O'Reilly was 2 miles away. We made it there, bought the tools & gasket that we needed. An hour and a half later, with no daylight left, we were on our way again with no additional problems. I'm grateful that O'Reilly Auto Parts was so close & that I was with a person who knows how to work on engines. The car manufacturers do not make that job easy anymore!

I tried to warranty out my truck battery with them and they refused. The customer service was not great at all. They told me to take my money elsewhere. I’ve never had a problem with them about parts or anything until now. This was the worst I’ve ever been treated by an auto place.

Thanks to O'Reilly's Auto in Yukon. I had to get a new car battery. I ordered online drove to the store they came right out and installed it and I was back home in less than 20 minutes. Thanks to the tech Jeremy for great and safe customer service.

I get all my car needs from O'Reilly's. They are always very nice, I'm greeted immediately after walking in the door. The service is quick, they have tools you can borrow to do quick things in the parking lot. They are always able to help me find the right part and are happy to do so. I never feel like I've been a bother to anyone at any time; and that's a great experience every time!!
