Stopped by at 2:00 PM, Sunday, June 22, 2026 to exchange a part. Was easier than I could have ever imagined thanks to the two young, very helpful young gentlemen at the counter. The team at this location must be well below the average age of most stores, and yet they are incredible!
Coming here because I’m annoyed. One of the employees sits outside in there car and blasts subs in the parking lot. We live on the street right behind and it literally comes through our walls while our 7 month old baby is sleeping.
I have gone in there and ask them to stop and found out he was one of the managers . Many of my neighbors and I hav had the same issue and they can hear it shake their walls often times in late at night. Might try to put a corporate complaint in soon.
Went to go and return an item but accidentally locked my keys in my Car, but Micheal and Brogan came and did what normally would be a 100$ job just so I could get back in my car. Seriously AMAZING!!!
I went into the Piedmont oreillys store today around 4:00pm. As I was at the counter purchasing a few items there was a store employee named Talan talking to other employees using expletives. There were children in the store and this was extremely offensive. I go into this location often and am disappointed in the level of customer service.
Coda took care of me from the moment I came through the door. He found the battery I needed, changed the battery in the car, and even read the engine code that has been lingering and found the part I needed. Top notch service with a smile! I strongly recommend this store.
Considering the location, (which is convenient to my company location) and their ability to help solve problems in a relatively isolated area, they have been very helpful.
Great location and great staff! Talan always helps us out with anything we need. Not only does he help out with parts for our personal vehicles but he helps my husband out with parts and oil for our dump truck.
My husband was at work and my engine light came on. I was traveling back into town so I stopped at this O’Reilly’s a young man by the name of Talan not only calmed my nerves but assured me that Everything was gonna be OK. He hooked my car up and it was a simple fix. I will definitely be back to this location, even though it’s out of my way. This young man was not only polite, but very knowledgeable.
After being told over the phone they honor autozone prices, I get down to the store and they will not price match because“ it’s not the same brand“. We all know that the major auto parts stores all sell separate brands, the part I needed was 24.99 through Autozone (in stock at Rockwell) and 67.99 through O’Reilly‘s. They refused to price match and for that I wont shop here again. Its principle… Bait and switch and don’t honor their price match guarantee. I went to Autozone and got what I needed. Very disappointing! Side note- It would be nice to have actual adults working here, these kids working the counter are always messing around. This was my last time shopping here.
Great customer service. I bought a bunch of parts (almost $400 worth) that I ended up not needing for a job. They were able to provide a refund when I realized I seriously overbought. Will always prefer this location due to that.
Tried to warranty brake pads purchased 6 months ago with limited lifetime warranty that have been squeaking constantly. Young kid working said "I'm technically a thief" for trying to get a free set of pads....... Squeaky brakes are defective in my opinion.
Had a power steering pulley I could not install on my own. Using my install tool, the manager Jim (I Believe) and his whole team were willing to help. After a few different attempts, we finally got it to seat properly. My Jeep is back on the road again. I could not have done it without their help. I appreciate the great service.
