I was carrying several liters of used oil into the store for recycling today May 17,2026. A young lady ran out and helped me open the door. She was very courteous as she greeted me. It was a a wonderful customer service that I have experienced. With great appreciation. Before that, I also called and spoke to a very kind young man and he was helpful in answering my question. You have a wonderful crew there. Thank you!

Went to this location Thursday afternoon where were the only customers in there. We were looking for windshield sun shades and lug nut replacements. Employees were just standing around talking. I saw the manager I think her name was Amber heavy set long brown hair wearing a gray shirt, we asked her where the lug nuts were she simply pointed yeah they're over that way and then she walked away. Rude example for a manager. The young man that checked us out at the register was very polite. The manager on the other hand rude not just to us but you could hear the way she spoke to the employees as well I truly hope she doesn't last long at this location or this location will end up sucking just like many of the others.

Everytime I come in, the male managers wont let the girl employees work they always harassing them and bothering them when they try to help male customers out and its annoying!!

Really bad service. Never come back. Change the battery last month, but battery dad in intersection from 1.5mile away from the store where I bought the battery. I brought the battery and exchange but they said no. I have a two year warranty. But they said no and ask me to wait one hour to charging the battery. I told thar my car is on intersection need to change and move away for on going car in busy intersection. But they never listen and repeat and repeat no warrant if not charging the battery one hour. Crazy.

Mason was my helper he was so nice kind, and willing to show me how to do the steps on how help me figure out my alternator which one I need and looked everything up for me. He is a really nice guy.

I've shopped Autozone for a LONG time and have always found them to be well stocked and pretty knowledgeable even without having to go to a computer to answer many basic and general questions like some other auto parts stores. I think this reflects better management and hiring standards, and I appreciate this effort and it is what continually prioritizes this parts store over others. Well done!

Sold the incorrect part, after calling to check availability. Then told AutoZone doesn't sell the correct part that had been asked for prior. Customer service needs improvement in store as employees were disinterested and on phones.

Jacob was very kind and patient with my grandma when she needed to get her oil and battery changed. He was also very intelligent about what he was doing and explained it very well in depth.

Just had some parts come in and I got to say that they were fast and persistent with what I wanted. the employee Spencer, and Jeremy were the amazing at doing there job, very knowledgeable and helpful with what I needed. I highly recommend coming here. fantastic customer service.

They act irritated just looking up the parts. They have absolutely no knowledge about anything, parts, looking them up, year and model focuses them. They're rude.

When I said I need an engine component for (year)(make)(model) and engine size it doesn't matter if It's a SLE SLT whatever. Just pick one and make sure the engine is correct. Because the trim level makes no difference when I tell you what engine is in it

Friendly, got help putting on a rear windshield wiper blade even though I hear it's not the most fun to do and my wiper gave the guy pains, he took care of me smiling. Really appreciate it!!

Go to get my battery tested before the rain but seems like auto zone hires people incapable of putting on wiper blades so the line had gotten long and it eventually started to rain and mason P states that they can’t go out in the rain with the tester and I said yeah I know I had gotten here before it started to and he replied I guess. Great service auto zone

The customer service and kindness at the AutoZone on Main Street in Yukon, far surpasses the one on Garth Brooks. One of the female managers at the Garth Brooks location could take some much needed training from the guys on Main Street. They went above and beyond to help me out with a return, and that kind of customer service does not go unnoticed! Thank you so much for your kindness!

My car battery died and I went to Autozone to replace it with a tired toddler in tow. They informed me I could buy a battery but they couldn’t install it because if any car component covers the battery, it’s too much liability. Instead of leaving it at that, they took the time to give me personal recommendations of mobile mechanics and I was so grateful! While the liability issue was frustrating, I completely understand and will come back for other services!

Staff was young but friendly and helpful. I got a battery, and they offered to put it in for me which I was glad to let them do for me. If you know what you need, I would recommend researching on the Autozone website before you go in to the store. The cheapest option for a car battery showed up on the website, but not when the they searched on the store computer. I saved myself $50 bucks by showing them the cheaper option on their own website.

Worthless. My car was acting up so I stopped in to get the battery tested. The guy helping me couldn’t figure out how to test my battery and was just like “sorry have to go to a shop”. I then proceed to try to start my car which is now dead and am still sitting in the parking lot waiting for roadside assistance since this store who claims to be able to test and replace batteries actually CANNOT.
