Last 2 times I’ve came here, workers can’t seem to find the correct wiper blades based on my vehicle information, last time I was in nothin. The gentleman who tried his best to help me didn’t know how to find the correct blades nor how to put them on & was getting attitude from his coworker when trying to ask for help. Once she was done with the customer she was handling, she gave off an “irritated” vibe & told me she doesn’t know how to put blades on & that they’re not supposed to due to liability but a gentleman there did it for me several times & Discount Tire did it for me today.
Don’t go here to get a hydraulic hose made. There will not be anyone there that can build it. Better off going into the city to Midwest hose or Austin hose to get one.
Just recently started going here, somewhat consistently. The employees are really helpful. They seem to have a better selection of parts and accessories than other parts stores. I'd definitely recommend them.
i called, had a trailer broke down with horses in it. guy would not make the effort to cross reference and fine me the correct bearings i needed! Said he could not! I went to oreillys and they went above and beyond and got me the parts i needed. This napa needs to work on their customer service. This guy was extremely lacking! Thank you Oreilleys for helping get my horses off the road in 110 august heat!!! If your female don’t waste your time going there! They will treat you like an idiot!! Go down the street to reilly!!!
I am in shock with how professional your employees are. Specially, an employee named John. He went out of his way to take care of my auto parts needs. I always heard Napa was the best and now I feel it is. Give this man a raise!!! Excellent location!

I do try to shop local, but when only the most expensive choice is in stock, Amazon here we come. "We can have it for you in the morning to pick up here." Well, Amazon can have it at my house by noon (and save me the extra trip).
The best customer service I’ve had at a parts store. They helped me figure out exactly what I needed and explained what to do perfectly. As someone who doesn’t know anything about cars it was very much appreciated!! It’s now the only place I’ll go.
This is the worst customer service hands down of any retail store. The two lazy guys sitting in front of their computers do not even look at the customer standing right in front of them. Then when they do it's like you stole their donut.. Do not expect them to move off their stool
The lady that works there .....well I don't have much to say about her only that I'm not impressed at all with your car skills and you also need to look up info,or ask how it's installed correctly not hand me a foreign piece of junk and tell me that's how it is America all the way!!!!
