Don’t get me wrong, service was great! Friendly and attentive, plus the time it took to get my new tires wasn’t bad considering there were multiple customers in the shop. But they didn’t put valve stem caps on the brand new tires or air up my other tires (which they told me that they had). Only found this out the following day when I got an oil change on my vehicle. Would definitely return, but would double check the work before leaving.

Had 2 nails in my tire, extended warranty covered it, while inspecting my tires found another nail in different tire, replaced one tire, repaired the other and I was done in 40 minutes. Excellent service.

Only gave 1 star because I had to rate service before it woud post. Stopped in because my low tire light came on. I pulled into area they have designated for tire checks. I waited 10 minutes. Most of the employees saw me sitting there. I was NEVER acknowledged. Looked at, but NEVER acknowledged. No one ever came over to help me. Poor customer service for someone who buys all their tires from this business. Don't offer a service, if you aren't going to have anyone provide it.

I was in this last Saturday with my Escalade and Yukon and Thomas and Eric both gave us great quality of service. Thank both of you for getting our vehicles in/out of the shop. Great customer service and outstanding work on our vehicles. Thank both of you.

They warned me that the tire was showing age and might be deemed unsafe. But upon Techs assessment it was deemed good. They repaired nail hole, and no charge even though I hadn’t purchased the tire there. I bought van 10 months ago, and hadn’t needed tires yet. NO CHARGE. Decisions like this is what brings customers back and keeps them for life.

Traveling thru and had a flat on trailer from a screw in it. Brought it here and they fixed it free of charge and checked all the pressures on truck and trailer. Great friendly service

I walked in today at 5:45pm, 15 minutes before they close, because of a flat tire. I was warmly greeted by Thomas who I told, “I’m really sorry I know this is right before you close” and he was confident in letting me know they’d get me taken care of. I think he has helped me with another flat tire in the past. But I have always, always been impressed with the transparency, knowledge and customer service this store has had. Unfortunately because of where one of the nails were, the tire was not able to be repaired but he found the exact tire I had and was able to replace it. Starting to get disappointed. Originally they had a lot of free services after the sale. Usually it didnt matter what the sales were. So many freebies I felt guilty and started tipping the people in the back doing the work. I felt good about the place and recently started buying all my tires and tpms replacements there. 4 vehicles and ATV's. The last 3 times I was in to get the summer tires swapped with winter tires I have been charged $50....first reason was wheels were over 22 inches, todays reason was the summer tires were purchased from DT but the winter tires were not. I have 2 complete sets of tires so all they doing is unbolting one and bolting another on. They are not busting tires off the rims. I feel like they suck new customers in with freebies then start charging when you are hooked. Also I made an appt. for 3pm...they pulled my truck in at 350pm. This isnt the first that happened either. Something has happend at DT or this Yukon Oklahoma store and its starting to look more like the guys down the road that I left years ago.

I booked my appointment online as suggest when I called got in out in less than 1hr. wound buying wiper blades, two new tires w/warranty and I had them replace my tire monitors!! All quickly done!!

Great store, don’t try and hassle you to death with upsells like other places. Chase was friendly and professional, they work with your time schedule and your budget.

Went in yesterday (to a busy lobby) and was met with a friendly welcome from the young man working behind the counter. I needed my tire patched. He went right out and looked at it. My car was ready (at no charge) in less time than estimated. I also what to add, they continued to get busier as we waited, but all the employees still greeted and treated every customer efficiently and politely.

I hate to be that customer, that had such bad experiences here. But I have experienced the same customer service 4 times. It’s time to let others know. I purchased tires on line in January made an appointment to have them installed. I get to my appointment on time, checked in and found out the wait would be close to two hours, I had other appointments and could not wait that long. I questioned why it would be so long with an appointment. I was told we have a lot of walk in today ???? Not sure why this would be my problem or why I was not put before the walk in . I rescheduled for later that afternoon. I still had a 45 minute wait. The next visit was for a rotation. I called to ask if I needed an appointment, I was told no you can just walk in. I arrived and stood in line for 20 minutes before anyone approached me for a simple drop off . My issue is this they had 3 people behind the desk one was working with a customer the other two never acknowledged any one in line . Just kept their head down playing on the computer. I was in side waiting 30 minutes just to drop off. This time I had a pickup so I didn’t have to sit and wait . Finally someone came from the shop and started asking if anyone was picking up and dropping off, Today 10/18 I again walk in for tire rotation. My husband was waiting outside to pick me up. He was told to move his car because I was in side in Line again , same 3 people at the computer at first they all had customers. When two customers left neither one acknowledged the 4 people in line , just kept their head down looking at the computer. Once again someone from the shop came in ask if anyone was picking up. He checked myself and the lady in front of me in . Then tells both of us someone would be with us . I waited about 5 minutes and decided I had enough. All anyone needed to do was take my keys . I approached the employee closed to the shop door and handed him my keys and ask why no one could just take the keys and let me leave. From other visits I knew I needed to have someone pick me up or I would be setting there for hour plus just for a rotation. Again two of the 3 were not helping anyone just looking at the computer. Needless to say I will not go back to this location. I have read many reviews on this store and I’m definitely not the only one who has been disappointed with the customer service. I don’t understand why it has not been resolved. I’m sure the 3 at the desk today will be happy I don’t return . But that’s my point!!! They need some customer training or get some new management to understand what customer service is. Many more options out there that exceed this location. In summary my advice to anyone looking to purchase tires and think free rotation is a good deal , just wait until you get to experience the customer service, and by the way all all tire shops give this with new tires. It’s not worth it to buy here. Thankfully I will not have to experience this store again. It takes a lot to get me this upset to write this kind of review. But I hope it helps someone else.

I came in last minute. My tires were bad in the front. They were supposed to be closing down. They stayed to make sure I got taken care of. Thank you discount tires. You have a loyal customer.

Buying tires from this location was quick, easy, and painless. I went in for some oversized tires for my truck. The guys up front were very helpful with helping me choose a size, and kept me in the loop with the fitment and modifications needed. They even finished up with the truck much earlier than predicted. Eric handled my check out, which was quick and easy, and even came out afterwards to help with the modifications needed. 10/10 location.

I've been using Discount tire for over 20 years. I now live in town with absolutely nothing and I will still drive the 2 hours to use them! Great service, great employees and always clean and efficient. Wish there was one closer.

Excellent service! I made an appointment to have a set of tires mounted to a set of wheels I bought and installed onto the car for Saturday at 9:45 and was out by 11. They even replaced the screws that fell off my splash guards without me even having to ask! Thank you to the kind gentleman who took care of my car and did his best to keep the wheels clean, your hard work is greatly appreciated! Thank you to the gentleman who I met inside and got my payment squared away!

Not sure what’s happening with the employees in the Yukon, OK location today…I went to get my tire patched, walked in and literally stood there for 20mins waiting for someone to help me. It wasn’t like they were super busy, there were employees that were standing around doing nothing and I finally decided to leave. No sense of customer service whatsoever. Not one person greeted me. I most certainly won’t be wasting my time there anymore. Too many other tire places that want my business.

This location is great. Scott and Lucas are both solid guys who went out of their way to get me new tires ordered, scheduled, and replaced. I was early to my appointment expecting to wait but they had it up on the lift within 15 minutes. I’ll take my cars here for new tires every time.

Our recent visit to the tire service center presented a mixed experience. While Jacob provided excellent assistance, the extended wait time of one hour, coupled with observing other customers being served even though they were behind us, was less than satisfactory. Despite our prolonged wait, we did not receive service. Consequently, we left, and we will likely seek tire services at an alternative location.

This place was absolutely overflowing today, as to be expected the day after a holiday and everyone traveling. Every person that I dealt with and I saw helping others were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Without an appointment, yes, it was a wait. But I knew that going in and had a great spot with a bench and some grass since I wanted to be outside with my pet. The young man who checked me in was very nice and the young man, Caiden who did the work was knowledgeable and informative.

A++++ Best tire service I've ever had. In and out like bread on butter. Chase was my service attendant and helped me through the process after I had a mishap online. I will forever bring my service here.

Be very careful of this Yukon location, purchased 4 new tires, had no issues other than tires needed to be replaced from amount of miles. Suddenly I need new wheels as my tires will not hold air because of a 'wheel sealing issue?' They were holding air just fine prior to replacing my tires. In 35 years of purchasing tires I have never heard of this being a thing just from removing old tires. This 15 year multiple car customer will be shopping elsewhere next purchase. I will say they were extremely friendly and polite while I forked out the $ to be able to drive away. See attached photo, the wheel was not cracked or bent, I have all 4 wheels there is no corrosion or rust, #3 & #4 states installment error. The more research I do the more I am saying, BEWARE OF THIS STORE

Excellent Customer service from the entire team at this Yukon location. They were extremely courteous and went out of there way to take care of my issue. While waiting on my care service to be completed I observed them give the same amazing service to every cu that walked in there door (and there was a lot of them).

Broke Door Hinge. I would like to start off saying that the customer service for shopping for tires and dropping off the vehicle was good. Once I dropped off the vehicle I was given an hour timeline and it exceeded that by about 30 minutes. Not too much of a hassle. I was told that one of the bolts for my hubcap broke and they had ordered a new one and it would arrive the next day. This was on a Thursday and I expected a phone call on Friday. That phone call never came. After my truck was finished I went out to my truck and used the key to unlock the door and the door was very hard to open. So much that I thought I was turning the key the wrong way. After a couple of tries with they key I pulled the door handle pretty hard and the door opened. I climbed inside and tried to shut the door and it did not shut all the way. I got out to look at everything and that's when I noticed the door hinge was coming off along with the door not sitting evenly on the hinge its self. I assumed the wind took control of my door when they parked it in the open parking lot as it was very windy that day. I pulled up to the building and I started to walk inside to ask questions and I was met in the parking lot by a gentleman (good customer service) and explained the situation. He already knew what I was going to say as he almost admitted that the wind took my door. This was when I realized that they seemed like they were trying to cover it up. The manager filed a claim and told me the claims department would get into contact with me within 48 hours. Here it is almost a week later and I still have not received a phone call from anyone and my door still is not working properly.
