Honestly can’t say enough about this company! Communication was great, price was reasonable, and over all customer service fantastic. Made having to get my car towed so easy and didn’t have to stress. It won’t let me add a photo but he even let my little dude help.

Quick and professional towing service. I definitely recommend. Hauled my AWD vehicle to Toledo on a flat bed.

Rickie was super flexible and got my car towed ~100 miles very quickly. On top of that, they came in pricing-wise, way more competitively than any other place I called. Price was fair! If you need towing service in the area, I highly recommend.

Rich is the best! I called Rich for a tow because of all the great reviews and he didn’t disappoint! I was initially just trying to get it towed to my house instead of my preferred shop because they were booked out a couple months and needed to get out of the location where it was disabled. Not only did he suggest a place that he thought would be able to help with my specific vehicle and issue, but also called the shop to see if they would be willing and able to look at it AND towed it there for no additional charge. Rickie was absolutely amazing to work with. I originally called to have my car pulled to a chain shop and he explained the breakdown of his prices vs theirs very clearly and offered to check it out instead. He picked it up for me while I was at work and had it fixed in less than 24 hours for half the price a chain would have charged. He kept in contact throughout the whole process and even let me know about some problems with the new motor I got so that I could take it back to the place where it had a warranty. If I ever have issues up here again it’ll definitely be who I call ??

He was not only super friendly and helpful but he also was fast and his prices are so affordable compared to several other tow truck companies. Today was a good day. Now, you wouldn’t think so from the first photo. I had run over something on 75 returning home after taking a sick parent to the doctor. Who knows what. By God’s Grace my tire did not blow right there. Whatever it was must have remained stuck until I got home to BG. I heard the hissing sound of air rapidly escaping when I got out an and panicked. My daughter was at school. There was no one else to go get her. I had 2 hours to figure this out. I knew I couldn’t drive it anywhere safely. I YouTubed a how to on trying to lower a spare on a Chevy Traverse and really thought about giving it a go to independent woman myself out of this situation. I quickly realized I was in over my head and needed help and remembered I had heard this guy is the guy to call. This is the first time I met Rich. I had heard really good things about him. Meeting him turned my whole day around. He assured me he’d be there ASAP and he was. He was prepared with everything he needed and he also calmed my panic with his calm and kind voice. I work in public safety and know how important that calm voice in a storm is. Little did I know that while he was changing my very flat tire he would also tell me the story of why he does what he does. About his sons. He told me God sent him an Angel. I don’t think he realizes he’s an angel to many people. I may sound dramatic that a quick tire change had such an impact on me, but it did. He gave me a reminder to voice something I worry about every single day with our first responders. If you see a disabled vehicle on the side of the road, a tow truck, an ambulance, a cruiser, SLOW DOWN and MOVE OVER. Whoever is in or around that vehicle is precious and irreplaceable. And so are you and your passengers.

Got a flat on the highway 'bout 15 minutes north of BG, googled tow services and figured I'd try these guys. Rich was great. Came up immediately, got me hooked up and squared away and took me to some good local mechanics. Great guy, wish his business all the best.

Ritchie came sooner than promised. I couldn't turn the key in the ignition but he figured out just how to fix it and gave me good advice for getting a long-term repair. We got chatting, and he told me the story of his business. We made a human connection, not just a business transaction! If I could put up six stars, I would.

I was stranded 30 minutes away, called him and was so courteous, polite and understanding. Gave me a reasonable quote, showed up in the time frame and got me and my daughter home safely with my car. My truck broke down at a gas station about 25 miles from home. Called Rickie and he adjusted his schedule to fit ours. He showed and got ready to hook it up, but before he did that, he did a quick diagnostic test and gave some advice on what it might be. Hooked up and was on his way to my house, he beat me there but when I got there he had placed it exactly where I asked him. He had to wait a few minutes, but when I arrived he was as pleasant and nice as could be. We chatted a bit and he told me his story. Great man doing great things. Rich was very professional, friendly and tow price was reasonable for a night tow. He answered our call quickly and was at the site when he said he would be there. Truck is very clean and very well lit for safety!! I would definitely call him again if needed!!

Super quick and knowledgeable service. He made sure that we checked our insurance so we knew that they would cover cost for the tow based on our collision coverage and we would not be worrying about the price out of pocket. He showed up quick and was able to two my vehicle an hour away.

Hands down one of the most honest people to do business with Guy even let me ride in his tow truck with no issues to the location that we dropped the truck off at. Found out he owns a mechanic shop as well. Overall experience was a 10/10. Rickie answered immediately when I called, and was able to get me an estimate and get to my car very quickly. The price was extremely reasonable for the distance towed. Customer service was above and beyond. Rickie made sure to call when he was close and when he dropped the car off. My insurance carrier wanted to quote me double the price for the same tow. This is who I will use if I ever need a tow again, and I highly recommend.
