Rick is always the guy I deal with and he is patient and makes sure I always have what's needed. I highly recommend Advance Auto for all of your needs!!

Y'all this location will not get my business. Cashier was RUDE and they treated me badly. I left in tears. No place for a woman Especially one who knew more than them about the part. They couldnt put a headlight in. I got a refund and left and went to wilmington auto zone

They had the Motorcraft atf i needed in stock and at basically the same price or cheaper than everywhere else I would have had to order it from so I was happy. It was a quick and easy trip in and out.

Horrible! They dont help you. Just point you to that shelf area and say, " that's what we have." Same employee been there the last 10 + year. This is why I hate foing here!! Disrespectful, Unhelpful!

Super quick service, and pleasingly helpful and kind. I hate replacing windshield wipers but the gentleman helping me not only searched for the proper for our truck wipers as I had no clue, and even replaced them for me and disposed of my old wipers

Got the windshield wipers i wanted but the cashier would not give me the discount on the website had to order them online then go back in the store and pick them up.

Amazing!! Needed headlights ( lowbeams ) + checked Google. . it sounded pretty simple and even though I called around.. most garages made it sound like it was really difficult and nothing was cheaper than $125 one dealership said 175... Seriously? So I thought about advance auto and I gave them a call...went over & the car wasn't exactly easy but they stayed out in the cold & worked on it until it was finished!!!

Anyone who works on their own cars, has their own preferred parts store.... Advance Auto has always been my go to! They typically always have what I need in stock, and if not they'll have it either a few hours later or the next day at most! Prices are Competitive to all the other Parts Stores, as are Warranties/Guarantees... Amass at this store in particular, the Staff really know their Stuff!!

Helpful, knowledgeable employees. If don't know, they are glad to find out. Parts usually in stock, if not, next day. Easy to find merchandise.

Oh my God ozone better these guys refuse to help me check my fluids because they said that wasn't their job AutoZone came out and you checked every single one of my foot when I only asked him to check brake fluid transmission fluid so yeah

I have been having problems with my battery and stopped by Advanced Auto Parts. They were very helpful, came out to the car and tested my battery, starter and alternator for free. I had no idea they offered that service! Very friendly and who can beat that service!

Looked web site before going. Had nothing I looked at in stock just high end.everything I wanted was two day wait. Store's not linked buy at one store other store has no info on it including warranty info

Arrived at about 7:30 am, the posted opening time, to pick up a part I ordered online. An employee waiting outside informed me that the key-holder had not yet arrived to open the store. I ended having to wait until 9:00 am, watching other customers come and go. Employees were super helpful once the store finally got running, but it was not a good impression overall.

Great expedient service. Needed a battery replaced. The old one would not come easily, but the team kept at it in the below freezing wind chill until they could free it.

I called today with a problem I caused on my camry. talked to nick and then went up. he came outside with me to the car and found where I had gone wrong in short order. I was unable to find the cap to put back on the coolant box after adding prestone. he found it as I did not remember it was attached to a tube coming out. old persons mistake. I appreciate he helped me. class act. thanks.
