It is great to have this shop in town; the people are experienced and knowledgeable. I took my Kia Optima, they did what needed to be done, troubleshooted and fixed the issue, made the car run like new again. Thanks Glenn and Ashley.

I took my Ford Transit van to Kirby's for an overall checkup before leaving for vacation. They checked everything out in a timely manner and charged a very fair price. These are good dependable people who take pride in their work!

Kirby's Auto and Truck Repair recently did a major tune up on my 2019 Ford F-350. The Service Technician did an excellent job explaining the process and ordering the right parts I wanted used (original parts). The Mechanic who actually did the work did an outstanding job, my truck is running very well. They took the time to explain the work they had completed and the condition of my truck before the new tune-up. Great service and pricing.

Glenn and the crew always look at what I need and will give me estimates before performing the work on my car. They are professionals and quite pleasant! I always take my vehicles to them. They are trustworthy.

My car was serviced in 2024 which after a long process the amount of repair was $6000. This was paid and 4 weeks ago I could not start the vehicle, had it towed to Kibys for repair or at least diagnostics. I was told they were 2 weeks out (ok I understand) so I have called since and was told it was being looked at expecting a phone call I never received one .Now 4 weeks later called (Glen ) said he planned to get the car pulled in and call me.Wait I was told last week it was in being looked at. Mind you no phone call from them in these 4 weeks. I expressed my dissatisfaction I hope to let people know how unprofessional this place is. I am having a hard time to trust the service and competency.Beware!!!

Kirby may be pricey, but don't be discouraged. The service is the best I have ever had. They listen to your wishes. Explain what is a priority. They answer any questions you may have at any time. They genuinely care which now a days is beyond rare. Well worth the price my friends.

The folks at Kirby's went out of their way to track down and solve a problem the local Ford dealership gave up on. Communicated through the entire process. Will not hesitate to use them again.

I think finding an honest, quality auto repair business is almost like finding a needle in a haystack. Today I found that needle! Kirby’s Auto Repair fixed an issue with my car that was really bothering me and fixed it quickly while I waited. Kirby’s found the problem and it cost me $100. Nissan quoted me almost $1,200 for this exact same issue! I’m so relieved I didn’t let Nissan dealership take this job! Bonus: Really nice, genuine gentlemen work there and I felt very comfortable.

I have been using Kirby's for many years and they continue to provide excellent service. Recently, took our car in for an oil change and because they always do a complete vehicle check, they found that my engine mounts were loose, causing vibration. They fixed the problem quickly. Glen, Jennifer, Austin and their whole staff are very helpful, professional and in my opinion, you cannot find more honest people to work on your vehicles. Oh, and I should not forget to mention their friendly greeter at the door, Max, their Golden Retriever.

They charged me for things I never agreed to and they returned my car to me absolutely filthy. They gave me a ticket to a car wash that was had 1 not broken wash bay with a line out the street. I called to ask if they would refund me the amount for a basic wash near by with a receipt and they said that was not possible. This is the level of service you expect from them.

They did a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle for me while I was out of town. Took pictures and sent a document with everything they checked and test drove it. They did miss two things that are wrong with it. That being one of the electronic seats does not lean all the way back up and stops early. The other being the push to start button is missing. These are excusable as it would require complete knowledge of the vehicle to know the ignition can be turned with the key but also uses a push to start button on the ignition that pops off to use the key if needed. Fantastic communication, speed, and work.

I am so happy to have found Kirby's Auto and Truck Repair. I have an old classic British car and I was so impressed by their expertise and how understanding and careful they were in doing my cars unique maintenance. Glen and Austin were really great to communicate with and I received a courtesy ride home when I dropped off car. I will definitely be a returning customer and highly recommend!

Perfect experience from booking appointment, reminder/ confirmation, convenient night drop, call when ready and courteous and friendly pick up. They give my car a complete safety check up and always take care of me. I have used them for several years and have always been completely satisfied. Very female friendly. Fell totally respected. Extremely friendly and experienced personnel. Took the time to explain each issue that vehicle had and the various options. Worked with the insurance claims adjuster to ensure vehicle was properly repaired. Over the repair period I spoke with Glen, Matt, and Clayton. Each individually knew what I was having completed which speaks volumes to the shared understanding of work being completed there. I would highly recommend Kirby’s to anyone needing work completed.

I was referred to Kirby Auto by a neighbor and had a great experience. The owners are very personable and interested in getting to know you. I worked with an employee, Matt, who was also great to work with and very responsive. They replaced my brakes and rotors on an Audi A5 and were much more reasonably priced than the dealership. All in all, very professional experience and will be back again.

Long story short. I had my truck worked on at another shop. They did more damages than repairs. A lady I work with mentioned going to Kirbys auto in Lebanon. I did just that! And im so happy I did. They took the time to explain things to me and do the repairs. My wife and I now will be going to this shop. Honest, trustworthy, and down right good mechanics and people.
