Roger and falishia were so nice! They helped not only with what I came in for, but also went the extra mile ple to check all my fluids before I left! As a wan auto stores can be intimidating but they made it easy and we're beyond kind!

I can’t say enough good things about this store. Roger went out of his way to warranty a part and drove down to Springdale to grab the part (1.5h round trip) great service!!

I went in for an alternator and got attitude instead .
Unfortunately attitude wont charge my batteries .
I suggest you ad an attitude tester to your store along with your battery testers and alternator testers .
I came in for some headlight bulbs and changed them in the parking lot whole experience took an hour from arriving to leaving Daniel was very helpful let me borrow the tools I needed and even came outside to help! Great group of guys thank you
These young kids sure don’t have any idea about tools any more , called to see if they rented a porta power and yep sure enough they didn’t know what it is! WOW THE WORKD WE LIVE IN NOWADAYS !!!!?
Went to the Lebanon, OH store to get wiper blades. They offered to put them on for me, which ended up being a blessing, as the passenger side wiper blade did not want to come off. They got the wiper blade off after a struggle and installed them for me. Fantastic customer service!
Recently I had a headlight out while traveling to Ohio from out of state. I was driving home on a Sunday. I purchased the expensive headlight from an auto store that had it in stock. The place said they didn't know how to put the headlight in for me. A snow storm was brewing and it was getting dark (had to drive evening).
Long story short, I went to several auto parts stores, jiffy lube as well. Either the place was closed or I was told no. I was driving out of Lebanon when I had an urge to go try one more place - O'Riley Auto Parts. I walked in , asked and two young men, one only 16 , said ye, they will try to put the headlight in because they are I need help.
I'm amazed at the perseverance and talent of Erich, who not only figured out how , but stick with it when it got hard. ERICH NEEDS A RAISE.HE NOT ONLY HELPED ME, BUT I SAW HIS KINDNESS And CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. DEFINITELY AN ASSET
THE OTHER YOUNG MAN, CJ, OFFERED ASSISTANCE AS ERICH ASKED. HE WAS A MATURE 16 YEAR OLD AND RESPONSIBLE TO WATCH THE PHONE AND WAIT ON CUSTOMERS.

A young man helped me right away. He seemed knowledgeableaboutthe product I bought which was low beam headlamp replacement bulbs. He was unable to do the installation though because it was too late and would take too much time due to the car battery would have to be removed first. He did attempt though.
We worked with Ashley Gonzales who has the patience of a SAINT. I killed my OEM battery by leaving on a light in extremely cold weather, and she waited at minimum 2 hours for my brother to bring a battery that was regretfully too small.
She was able to get me back up and running with a smile. Great customer service not to mention she had a small part that saved all of my info while I waited. She is truly amazing and we wanted to tip her but she isn't allowed. I just had to kvell about her a bit and I will happily drive there for any of my parts!
Phenomenon service from the older gentleman that assisted me putting on the tail lights. He had a great attitude even though it took a little longer than expected. Very courteous throughout the visit. He was too nice and did not accept my tip at the end. I really appreciated all his help. Thank you for all you do for the community
Use them a lot usually have what i need but sometimes(today) seems like the part i need was hidden behind others that are more profitable for the company. Will still use them in future for convenience.
One thing that stands out to me after reading these reviews is that the customer service is outstanding - and after our experience there this evening I completely agree! We came in an hour before close and having no idea how to fix a part that was seemingly falling off our car during a trek out of the city. The two guys working immediately started helping to try and find ways to fix the issue. They didn’t stop until the right part was found and installed and even after several attempts going underneath the car and in and out of the store they were still incredibly helpful and friendly. We would gladly go back again just for their generosity and kindness in getting the problem fixed efficiently. Shout out to Butcher and our new friend the Banker- we really appreciate you both!!
Better than average customer service. They ordered parts for me at 8:00 a.m. and had them there by 10:00 a.m. and called me to let me know they were there. They also make hydraulic hoses and are open late.
The Salesperson helped me pick out some really good wiper blades and put them on for me and then helped me with a tire valve issue as well. Very helpful.
Just like all it fits counterparts It's a nice store filled with auto parts some features here are different than others. What I can tell is that someone in the back likes to smoke cigarettes because you can obviously smell that.
O'Reilly Auto Parts in Lebanon Ohio are awesome! When all the fluids seemed to be running out all at once and I had an urgent need they checked my fluids and knew the right amounts I needed to purchase and they came out in the early morning weather and took care of what I didn't know how to do. I was so thankful for the over and beyond great service.
Battery died in my truck this morning. After waiting at Advanced Auto Parts for an eternity, I walked out and went to O'Reilly's. Rick greeted me at the door, helped me find my battery, and even installed it for me. Great guy, great company. Lebanon can get rid of the other auto parts stores. Thanks Rick!
