Great people and really know what they are doing. They got my RV winched out of the ditch in the snow at night like second nature, couldn’t recommend higher.

I was recently hit head on.. The men behind the counter and in the trucks were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating to our horrible situation. I recommend them to all!

When approaching and coming to this place, it was a very emotional situation. Fortunate, no fatalities or anything that occurred, but they were so genuinely sweet, helpful, and 100% my go to in warren county for towing needs for Semi, as well as for vehicles and other services that they do offer. Everyone was extremely welcoming and made the process easy to understand from the very beginning. I really appreciate everyone and this would be my first go to and recommendation, for anyone looking for towing services.

[IN my opinion these people are crooks. I just witnessed this company hold a man's personal belongings and personal identification hostage for $200 plus the title to the vehicle. Mind you, the man was just in a terrible accident and lost his means to make a living. Its people like this that keep us all down.]

How my car stolen called the on Black Friday, and the person that answered the phone said that they were closed and would not help me at all or even tell me if the car was in the lot. She was very rude. Talk to me in a disgusting racial manner, definitely don’t recommend.

You really need to clarify that the towing part of your business is 24hrs and that office is only open Monday thru Friday 8-5. It s not clear on Google.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had such great service with this company that I felt compelled to give a shout out. My truck broke down at the worst possible time, and the tow driver, John Honious, was absolutely awesome. He showed up earlier than expected, was very professional and was super helpful with my unfortunate situation. This company will be first on my list if I need help in the future. A+ service.

He treats each car like it’s his own & is extremely efficient. This is the only tow company I’ll allow to touch my cars!

I'm a over the road driver I came to chase Towing to recover a load because one of our drivers had a accident I would like to say that these people at Chase Towing is the most polite people I've ever had an encounter with in any situation such as this they have really good customer service and they go over and Beyond to get you taken care of. We had a unique situation at Warren County Airport when an aircraft slipped off the taxiway. Case Towing responded quickly and professionally, using airbags to safely lift the plane and get it back on solid ground without damage. Their team was skilled, courteous, and incredibly efficient. It’s not every day you find a towing company that can handle everything from cars to airplanes—but Case can. Highly recommend them for any heavy-duty or specialty towing needs!

I can’t say enough good things about this towing company. After my car got rear-ended, I was stressed and honestly had no idea what to do next. AJ was absolutely incredible — he walked me through the entire process step-by-step, answered all my questions, and made a bad situation so much easier to handle. He was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. The tow was fast, the service was top-notch, and AJ made a stressful day a lot less overwhelming. They came out to roll my 5th wheel over after a tornado hit it. They were very professional and put it back on its wheels without doing further damage so I was able to remove my stuff from it. Would highly recommend and they will be my go to from now on.

I was in an accident on the highway in Monroe and my car had to be towed. Case towing showed up and thank goodness they did. They got my car taken care of and the driver even made sure that I had everything out of it I would need. Reaching them was very easy and they allowed me to come get the rest of my belongings out of it. They even helped me take my license plate off of it. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a tow.

very pricey tow the lady on the phone was rude the man that checked me out very very nice car was stolen they picked it up i had to come up with the cash (only) to pay $469.70 3-day in 185 wrecker fee $55 hook-up fee$25 safety tie down $55 admissions fee $40 a day 3 days what's a administrative feeand shouldn't the tow be enough hookup should be in the price of the tow outrageous prices administration fee ? highest tow i ever have had to pay

Considering the only time you have to deal with a towing company is when you've been in an accident, I'm never sure what to expect from the driver or the company itself. Well these people are gems! The tow truck driver was very courteous and polite - keep telling me that my son had been lucky and cars can be replaced. Then we went to the location to clean out his car and again both the driver and the gal running the office were so kind. She reminded me to pull the license plate (gave me a screwdriver to do it) and to sign the release form. We forgot my son's glasses and she was very happy to go out and grab them and hang onto them until my son could get back. I can't rate this company high enough!!!

This has to be one of the most professional businesses I have encountered in towing , yesterday the 31st of December I had to go down to pick up what would have been an impossible load , but if it was not for Mike and crew along side his son , they made the transition very smooth. Mike and his son are definitely an asset to that community, thank you again FYI the granite load made it back safely. If ever I’m in need of a tow , I would recommend the guys and gals at Case towing again!

Gentleman who towed my car at accident was excellent. Lady in office was very kind and courteous and helpful in working on allowing me in salvaging my 2015 Honda CR-V. Excellent group of people when visiting.

Nice enough people. Crashed my car into a tree. The guy who towed my car from the scene was very nice and very reassuring in a time of panic. But when I went to sign the title over and everything at their office in Lebanon. I was surprised to find out that it costs me money to give them a car for them to then profit off of more. Whatever, maybe that's normal. I also called ahead (during their open hours) before leaving my home to make sure we were still good to come over. No one answered. I went over anyways first thing in the morning when they were supposed to be open and no one was there. Had to call again and the lady who finally picked the phone this time blamed me for no one being in the office because I hadn't called ahead. But the thing is that I did out of courtesy and no one picked up. I didn't even know that I had to because no one told me that policy. It wasn't a big deal. I just had to wait 30 minutes. It was just rude when she could've apologized and moved on instead of blaming me for something that wasn't my fault or something I wasn't informed was policy. Like, I understand that misunderstandings happen or there was a communication breakdown at some point. That would have been totally fine. But it really was just the person on the phone being a little rude by putting the blame on me when I did everything right.

Blew a turbo in my explorer, case towing was quick to answer and be there to get my car and take me to the dealership. They also were able to take me home after the dealership not having a rental car available.

I was recently in an accident where the other driver was cited for causing it. My car had been towed to Case Towing. The other drivers insurance took 18 days to respond or do anything regarding the claim. When I was finally able to go to Case Towing to release my car to the insurance company I had the pleasure of being helped by John. Firstly, I was surprised by how neatly organized the whole yard was and the way it was set up. Secondly, I was very grateful at the wonderful service I was provided by John. He was friendly and quick to assist me with getting the paperwork done and then getting my plates off the car and offering to be available for any other assistance I might’ve needed to remove my belongs from the car. He was such a welcomed breath of fresh air in all the hassle the other insurance company was giving me. He was a wealth of knowledge too. He even called me to let me know that the insurance company had reached out to him about when they’d be picking up my car for the assessment. John is truly an asset to his company. He helped to make a very hard process much nicer and easy to navigate! It was truly a pleasure working with this company. Kudos for great customer service and satisfaction!
