Staff is well and knowledgeable with the most things you ask stop there to buy some tail lights because mine were not working. They installed them for me and when the ones still would not work, they told me that it’s more than likely a wiring issue and that side of the vehicle let me park the vehicle or there overnight very respectable of them
The guys in this store are not nice, not helpful at all I’ve been in this Auto Zone twice and refuse to go back customer service is horrible and they make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them. Tried to switch a battery that was Auto Zone brand they tested and confirmed it was dead then refused to take it back or switch it even though it was less than a year old. The one worker will sit and watch his phone and ignore you instead of helping.

Huge shout out to Brandon at Autozone on Erie! My car broke down (4 out of 5 lugnuts missing on drivers side front tire). I walked across to the store and bought lugnuts and Brandon very kindly offered to go back across the street with me and put the lugnuts in so I could make it home. This store and Brandon in particular are everything customer service should be and I thank you more than you can know. Highly recommend this store!
I purchased windshield wipers about a month ago from this location and had a good experience. I went back to the store this evening to purchase a new driver side wiper because the new one is already skipping and not performing properly. I was walked outside to prove to the associate that the wiper was not properly functioning. It did exactly as I described inside the store. I was REFUSED a sale by Aiden E who claimed that replacing the wiper would not correct the issue. My old ones never did this, and this new one is. Cleaning the blades, glass and adding treatment to the windshield only made the problem worse. Something is faulty with the rubber on the new wipers I purchased, the quality is poor. I mentioned multiple times I wanted to buy a different brand and was told no. I left extremely frustrated! I did not ask for any special treatment or free product. I wasn't looking for a refund or exchange. I said I wanted to make a purchase and was denied. I should never have to defend my reason for buying a product.
I’m so tired of places that don’t honor tax exempt status for truck parts. I filled out a tax exempt form i think last year here and when i went in they couldn’t find me in the system? Which i don’t understand because just a couple months ago i was in there and they could look me up and it was all good. Now it’s like i suddenly don’t exist? Gave them my phone number and company name but couldn’t find me. Worker said this ain’t my home store that’s why there was a problem.i told him it is because this is the one i filled out the tax exempt form for the only one I’ve been going to. Ugh disgusting
Charles helped me out a lot, I had ordered both gaskets to my truck’s thermostat and only one had came in and they had the one that did not come in and he had helped out by giving me a discount for the part since I had already paid for both of them
