Second time ive felt compelled to get on here and brag about the excellent customer service. It has not wavered in the 3 yrs ive been back in massilon. I dont go anywhere else. For real
Almost always have a great attitude and are willing to help. Only thing I could really say negative is that their wiring section doesn’t always have what I need. Out side of that it’s usually a 1 stop shop for all my auto needs
The new(ish) manager Keith is SOOO friendly and helpful. He engaged in a ridiculously complicated discussion with me about fuses, of all things, helped me pick the ones I needed, assisted me when there was an issue with one, completed a return for me when I didn't need one, and was so generous and patient with me. I'm sure he had a lot better things to do with his time than my fuse debacle!
I've always liked O'Reilly's and the staff at this store has always been pretty friendly and helpful, but Keith goes above and beyond to help customers with even the most ridiculous of issues!

In and out, got assistance from the gentleman on the register, and he knew just what I was looking for. Customers were a little crazy during my visit, but you cant blame the store, that would happen anywhere. Great time shopping and even a good time just looking around
Would recommend for car parts or renting a tool if you need a specialty tool. Most of the time, they have what you need or can get it the next day. Reasonably priced like other auto parts stores in the area. They are always willing to help you find what you need.
Truck broke down and the older guy working at this O'Reilly wouldn't let me in at 8:55 pm when they close at 9. Worst human being I have ever encountered.
I went in to get my cousin car new wiper blades and Bill was amazing made sure the blades fit and even help me take them off and put them on will be back again
I’ll never return to this location or any O’Reilly’s for that matter. Stood at their counter for 10+ mins waiting while the counter man sat at a desk puffing on his vape . I was the only customer in the store and he kept looking at me and never got off his a@@. There is a Autozone 300 yds away that took care of me . THIS GUY NEEDS FIRED !!
Very happy with the help I received here today. Dustin got me the exact bulbs I needed for my car and even helped me replace a few of them. Glad these guys are in our neighborhood!
Went to try and get my check engine light checked and the guy said he cant due to covid 19 and said no other store does it i would have to go to a mom and pop store and they would charge me to do it i called autozone and they said that they can check it looks like im boycotting this store and the guy was the asst mgr
I called in and spoke to a young man, by the name of Jacob. He was extremely helpful and even changed my headlight for me and was very courteous and kind. Awesome job,guys.
My battery went dead and these wonderful guys changed it out right before closing so I could get my son and I home. Excellent service. Did I mention, it was raining to boot.
Knowledgeable and friendly customer service. I have yet to be disappointed by the team in canton south. Great job guys. I really do appreciate all the hard work. Honestly it means a lot.
This store has the most amazing manager Dale Stoner. A few weeks ago I was on my way to work when my power steering went out. I stopped at the store and not only did he help me figure out what part I needed, he also put it on for me. He got me back on the road in just a few minutes so I wouldn't be late for work! He takes customer service to a whole new level!
