Huge shout out to the great staff at the Alliance store. They took very good care of me today regarding my wipers. The manager went above and beyond to get the replacement wipers through their warranty. Great customer service. Thank you.

This afternoon the passenger side wiper blade detached while I was driving in light rain and fog. I stopped at Advanced Auto in Alliance. They replaced the blade quickly. I appreciate the service very much.

Had another store strip a bolt holding my battery in place and even though I brought in a battery I didn’t buy from them they still did their best to help me replace my battery getting the job done and helping me when they didn’t have to very much appreciated and I am very grateful.

One complaint I'm an half hour away I was given the wrong part. Was thinking an discount or store credit would be justified. Helpfull and professional and clean yes.

Stopped to have my battery checked and had the greatest guy helping me one could ask for. Was super nice, checked my battery and it ended up needing replaced. The whole time he changed it we had good conversation and made for a fun time. Was really glad I picked here to stop and have my battery checked!

Perhaps better than the others I've been to. Seemed cleaner and better organized. Staff was even better about asking what else I may need and made good suggestions so I didn't have to make a second trip. This last visit was awesome. My friend bought a refurb power steering pump for his Buick from a competitor who didn't tell him to keep his reservoir cap off the old one when he returned it for the core charge because the one he got didn't come with one. So, a hunting I went to get him another, and holy moly that wasn't easy. I made a bunch of calls until I called Advance back a second time, got a different guy, and was armed with the GM part number. He did some digging using the interchange info and found me one, in stock! Kudos to y'all! You saved the day! We had to get it running ASAP and without the guy going the extra mile, it would not have happened. Thanks!

Great and fast service!! Helpful and friendly staff! Had a dead car battery...I was in and out, installation and an analysis of new battery, just to be safe, in about 20 minutes. Thank you!!

Chrissy(sp) was so helpful! Not only did she put my rear wiper blade on, i asked if i could watch and learn, and she took the time to explain to me how to do it. Excellent customer service!!

The workers here are helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are a little high but some other things are cheaper than elsewhere. I got a 4 gallon oil tub from walmart down the street for literally $20 cheaper buuuut they sell parts for cars such as brake pads and alternators for cheaper than anywhere I've found in the area.

Amazing service. I went in the store tonight to buy a wiper blade for my Mazda. The wiper blade was already installed on my car faster than paying for part. Thanks for making it easy.

The employees are very helpful, helping find what I need. Once when I forgot my receipt on the counter because I was assisting one of my children, the employee brought it out to my van, saying "Just in case you need to exchange your part."

Friendly staff. The hours listed on their website are incorrect but the hours posted on Google and at the store itself are accurate.

Parts ordered on a Wednesday evening per counter person, had to return Thur morning to pay in full before ordering, now Sat and no parts but we're to be shipped overnight. Run around can't tract shipment and here I am withy truck torn down undrivable still waiting Sat afternoon and no part for it. There's better automotive store out there.
