I really appreciate RJ and Chris Z helping me out this evening. I stopped in to get my battery checked, had no warning prior to today that there was even an issue, it started but something just wasn’t right. RJ tested it and the battery was shot. They agreed to change it out for me even though they were about to close. Both were very nice and professional and they had it changed in a short amount of time. Thanks guys!
I want to thank the lovely gentleman by the name of bill at this location. I came in one day for a battery for my car. He carried the very heavy battery to my car for me. The next day I came in to return the old battery and as he saw me approaching the doors, he took it upon himself to leave the counter and come and open the doors for me, then grab the battery from my hands and carried it the rest of the way into the store. He was so helpful in helping me find battery terminals for my car even showed me how to use them and offered some guidance if I needed to call and ask for step-by-step instructions installing my battery terminal. He is so knowledgeable and polite, and I can tell he takes pride in his work and helping people. I’m a young woman and he was so thoughtful in the process. he went above and beyond his job duties and I appreciate that so much. I will be shopping at O’Reilly from here on out for any tools or car equipment that I need in the future. Thank you for your outstanding service.
Helpful people work here in a very nice place. Thanks, Bill, who helped me check my tires out today. Us single , widowed, or divorced women need somewhere to go if they don't know what wrong with there car's or tires while traveling .
I hate this store. Workers think they know everything and anything about any car/bike. Go down the street to advanced auto parts and they’ll help you out a lot more.
Normally this is my favorite part store to go to, better pricing than everywhere else usually. The manager Chris is 2nd to none and can always get me what I need. But here lately, there has been less than knowledgeable people working there and can't ever find me the part I need in a quick manner. I can go in and give them the part number I need and still end up not getting the part because they can't find it. Tonight I went in to pick up a power steering pump that I ordered and paid for yesterday, after about 10 minutes of them confused and not able to find it, they come out with the wrong power steering pump. So I asked for my money back and asked for cash rather than having to wait days for my money to go back to my card. The guy then went ahead and refunded it back to my card and said it would go back almost instantly. It did not, and won't probably until Monday or later. So I'm out of a power steering pump and almost $100 and nothing to show for it. I will not be shopping at this store anytime in the near future.
O'Reilly's really is the best place to go. They got knowledgable staff that wants to help u. Not like another place in Alliance. The prices are competitive also.
Yes, I was at O'Reilly Auto Parts on W. State St. 3 days ago but I drove a neighbor friend there because he needed parts for his broke down truck I didn't go in.
Always have a good experience going to o'Reilly in alliance. Young guy in there that knows what good customer service is and also knows cars and car parts. I will always go there for my parts.
Busy place, but very helpful. Especially in a time of need (car battery). They even checked the battery, then installed a new one. Prices are reasonable and a military discount.
During State mandate for masks/face coverings to be worn, no employees or any customers other than me had a mask on. There was no social distancing. I am not supporting a business who isn’t following state mandate as I have to assume they aren’t sanitizing either.
I go here only as a last resort, I ordered a part over the phone last night explained it in great detail (I’ve got 2 years of parts experience and 5 of mechanical so I know the more info the better when it comes to ordering parts) they still ordered me the wrong one, when I came to pick it up today the gentleman I was working with answered the phone and helped customers while the other employee there wondered aimlessly around the store. I only shop here when I have no other choice.
Had to order parts from them.was told the part came with all I needed.but that was not the case.order a bushing Part and was told that it came with the bolt I needed.but had to end up going to the dealer for it.
The store is nice. The guys that work there are friendly and knowledgeable. The hinges for the rear window I paid $90+ for are inferior quality and available on Amazon for $36.
They have the worst customer service , I have ever experienced. They sell defective merchandise and will not exchange the product. !! They need to understand the competition is tight in alliance , Ohio

The customer service there is horrible. The manager Chad was really rude to my wife and I. I came in one morning and saw two people standing around doing nothing while another employee was putting inventory away. I’d ask a question and they wouldn’t really help me. Another worker there would almost always get the part wrong and I’d have to come back to get the right one. I won’t be buying any parts from there anymore because of the terrible people that work there. Especially the manager Chad, and the employees Harvey and Dale.
THE WORST STORE EVER!!!! Will never go to the store again!! Chad, Harvey, and Dale are so rude and everytime I got an order from them it was always wrong. One afternoon I walked in Chad was having a non work related conversation and ignored me the whole time. The company needs to find better employees who are not disguising and rude. The employees are not welcoming at all. Wish I could give 0 stars.
Not as knowledgeable or friendly as we expected from an O'Reilly's. The employee also basically told us he was signing us up for a rewards card instead of asking.
