Cash for Cars - they were very professional and offered a good price (higher than CarMax). Other companies tried to scare me saying me that the quoted price will be haggled down by the tow truck guy, but the gentleman was very polite and delivered the check as promised.
Jeevan was very helpful during the estimate process and followed through as well.
Every once in a great while you experience dealing with a great, well run, organized, company. This organization is squared away and all of their associates are easy to deal with. Great communication and detail oriented. I highly recommend them.

The customer service was excellent dealing with Syed Shabbir, it went very smooth, straight to the point especially answering the questions I asked! Absolutely abysmal customer service. First they low balled me with a pathetic offer for my vehicle and then increased it when I said I would look somewhere else. Then, when I was told that their dispatch team would call to set up a time to pick up my vehicle within 45 minutes. After 2 hours I called back and was hung up on. I called back again and was told the dispatch was closed and to call back tomorrow and was hung up on again. Extremely rude, very hard to understand, and all around terrible experience. Avoid this place at all costs
Very easy process. This was the first time I had to get a car towed and junked and they made the process so easy. I got a quote online and then accepted their offer. After accepting their offer, I called to schedule a pick up time. They were able to pick it up the next day. When it came to the day of the pick up a person called to let me know that they were hr and haft away. When the tow truck driver came he took a picture of the car and handed me the cash and I gave him the title and signed it and that was it. My overall experience with them were great they gave me the correct cash that they quoted me for. Would highly recommend!!

My experience was flawless and legit for those who may question whether this is a scammer or not it’s truly not. The driver was helpful and the checks are certified. I just hated having to let go in my car. That was the only negative experience.
Although it was bittersweet getting rid of my car I've had for several years the process with cash for cars was fairly seamless all I had to do was drive in the car with the title and they gave me a check which did not take very long at all I would recommend them if you have a car you need to get rid of and you can just drive it into them although they pick up as well.

I went to cash for cars lot to retrieve my personal items. And had a horrible experience. The QR code sign in does not work. The customer service at the front desk are very rude and have no patience. I waited over an hour just to get a parking pass from my rearview mirror.
The experience was good.. they followed up quickly. The only issue I had was I wasn't given the name of the company that the title should have been made out to so I put CASH FOR CARS. Which I then had to have a form filled out and notarized to correct the title.. filled it out wrong also had to HO BACK and have another form filled out and wait for someone to call me back while I'm in the bank to have the form notarized for a 2nd time. I think they should had communicated the info on who the tile should be filled out to in the beginning.

Good experience with Cash for Cars. They delivered on the agreed price for my car and I appreciated the convenience of them coming to pick up the car. My only critique would be with communication and scheduling, it felt like the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing. Other than that it was an overall positive experience and I would recommend them to others.
The process was so easy. I didn’t expect to get as good an offer as I did, nor for the scheduling and pickup to go as smooth as they did. I had a wonderful experience with cash for cars powered by copart. I was a bit skeptical at first but they delivered. I know the drivers are super busy and made sure to be within 30 minutes of the time frame. The driver was very nice and kind and had my check in hand.
