This place is a JOKE. I don't even want to put one star but I have to in order to leave a review . Took my car in to get looked at because it was making a noise , like when you need a new bearing . They told me $7,000, $2000 just to "make it safe". I took it somewhere else and showed them my estimate and had them look at my car and they said they could fix everything for $800 and that includes the oil change and two need tires . I took it to another place after that and they said the same thing. WHAT A JOKE. The stuff they said needed done didnt even need done . I literally just needed one bearing, one strut , two tires and and oil change. As long as this place is open I will tell anyone I can to stay away. They make mechanics look bad. STAY AWAY FROM HERE .
When in for an oil change and tire rotation on a 2020 Infiniti Q50. In and out with no problem. Looked like a very clean and professional shop. Would have no problem taking any car there.
Great experience! After the initial shock of the cost wore off, they thoroughly explained things and made sure to take care of the most urgent repairs to make sure me and my kids got back on the road safely! I’m very lucky I took my car to them when I did as I was days from a catastrophic wreck. Very appreciative of their communication throughout the repair and getting it done as quickly as possible.

Wrenchworks in Wadsworth, OH has been a great place for me to get my vehicle serviced. I used to take my vehicles to R&R before they closed up the shop and then found Wrenchworks. It is so easy to schedule an appointment online and the workers are first class. They are never pushing me to get other services on my vehicle like the big dealers do. They will let you know if something is wrong and suggest services, but will let you know that you don't necessarily need it done now. I appreciate that. The shop and waiting area are very clean and they have customer refreshments and snacks, which is a nice bonus. I highly recommend them for vehicle maintenance.

Good service, Dave was my mechanic at a different place for over 15 years, so I would trust him as my mechanic,Plus my brother - knows the owner of wrench works and I trust my brother -law where ever he sends me to get my car taken care of, but I feel they did a good job. Thank you.
have had pleasant experiences in the past with oil changes until i had to get new tires today. dropped off @ 8am and then received a call at 330 (they close at 5) saying my car was up next but they ordered the wrong tires from what i was originally told and quoted for. so i could either get those put on or wait until the new ones come in next week. cannot afford to take another day off work since i use my car all day for work and already took this day off for this appointment. so sure use the ones you got, im happy with them anyways and saved some $$. then im told i need an alignment but they can’t fit me in tonight because they are closing now, so i would need to come back next week. not sure why they wouldn’t stay over to satisfy a customer when it’s THEIR fault they went over on time. so again, said sure that’s fine. THEN i get in my vehicle to leave and my BLACK seats are filthyyy with dirt and so is my steering wheel. why was nothing done about keeping my car clean? couldn’t even go in and say anything because they shut down at this point. so disappointed, will not be returning.
Somehow, my other review disappeared. But these guys are great all across the board. I had my Jeep Cherokee in there for service. They did a transmission fluid flush and fill after experiencing slight transmission shifting delays. I don’t know what type of fluid they put in but the jeep shifts like brand new and there hasn’t been an issue. I drove all the way to Louisiana twice with no problem. Overall they do an exceptional job, including the service advisors at the desk. They are very professional, and they will follow up with you every step of the way, including what they may find with your vehicle during an inspection. Highly recommend the shop along with their crew of mechanics. You won’t find another shop the way they operate. Integrity service and workmanship is what you will find here at this shop. When I return back from out of state, I will definitely come back to the shop anytime for service.
WrenchWorks is always amazing. I went in thinking I needed a ton of work done. Instead of taking advantage of that, they were very honest and upfront about the work that needed completed. They are always fast and efficient and never leave me questioning anything.

Great shop. Repaired a tire at the end of the day. Went out of the way to make it as easy as possible on me. I could not think of anything they could have done more to make the experience better. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
They are honest, transparent and happy to answer questions. They also guarantee their work which is a huge piece of mind, especially on our older cars. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Also happy they went back to scheduling appointments. 🙂

Wrenchworks always takes care of me. They certainly do honor their warranties too. Jason communicates clearly and I'm very happy with Andrew. He works on my truck most of the time, he has even explained things to me on the phone! Sam is great also. Everyone there us professional, kind and knowledgeable. If they don't know, they do get back to you when they get get information that's needed. Will keep coming back!💯
I got an oil change that came with a free tire rotation. The lobby was clean and had free snacks and drinks that were neatly set out for customers. The staff was friendly and matched their values that were posted on the wall, followed up with quotes from the Bible. I paid way less than I have in the past at Take 5. To sum it up, I will only be coming here for my oil changes! Thanks guys for making my oil change experience unproblematic 🙂
I’ve been coming here for a while and really appreciate how honest and transparent they are. They never try to upsell or overcharge, and they take the time to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand, even if you know nothing about cars.
One thing I really love is that they include pictures or will physically show you what’s wrong. It gives me peace of mind, and if I ever want a second opinion, I can easily take those photos elsewhere without needing to get my car back up on a rack.
The only downside lately is the switch to a no-appointment system. I understand the idea behind it, but it has ended up taking more time out of my day. Jobs that should take an hour or two often leave me without a car for the whole day. They do offer rides home, which is helpful, but personally I’d rather be able to make an appointment, wait an hour, and be on my way.
Their honesty, quality of work, and the way they treat customers is excellent. That’s why I’ll continue coming back.

I've been going to WrenchWorks for two years now and have always appreciated their advice and honesty when it comes to repairs (what needs to be fixed now, what can wait, etc) and reasonable costs. They have a great team on-site. The waiting room is comfortable if you prefer to stay on-site, but it's nice you're also within walking distance of a cafe/coffee shop and a couple other spots while you wait. I have also taken advantage of both the loaner vehicle and free shuttle services, which is a great option for work that takes longer to complete.
We recently started bringing our cars here after hearing good reviews. We've had amazing service and customer support each time we've come, whether it be a maintenance item, like an oil change, or a repair. I appreciate their honesty and their business ethic. The good reviews brought us here and our awesome experiences will keep us coming back.
Had trouble finding somewhere to service my bus, Jim was great to deal with and got me in pretty quickly. I was also under a pretty serious time crunch, which he also got me done by. Their diesel tech seems to do good work and I am super thankful for this place for saving my cross country move! Thanks again.
