Employees were complaining in front of customers, about customers coming in the day after Christmas. I'm sure there are plenty of people that would love to take their jobs.

I would give Ryan and his crew 10+ stars if I could. They were all friendly, helpful and in great spirits. Ryan especially went over and beyond. I came in with a dead battery. Ryan could've just checked and replaced my battery. Instead he took the time to explain things and show me options. Also he took extra time to check my starter and alternator. Made sure everything was working before he sent me on my way. Really good customer service.

We came in to ask for wipers and the guy explained what are able to be used on the car and what can’t. He also described the wiper fluid degrees it can withstand. Showed how to put on the blades as well. Great service!

Adam at the Wadsworth location was so very helpful when I needed a new battery for my car and took the time to install it properly. I had questions later and he answered them to my satisfaction.

I stopped in for brake light bulbs. And Ryan and Adam put them in for me. It was a pain to change the bulbs. Ryan and Adam did a great job and they both were super nice. I will definitely come back for other stuff and ask for one of them to always help me. Thank you

Ryan and his crew gave me superior customer service. It was late in the evening and Ryan, the Store Manager, helped me find what I needed. Ryan even took the time to install a head light bulb even though it was very close to the end of his shift. I will ONLY go to Autozone. They all are highly trained and very pleasant, professional people. Lucky for me they are in Wadsworth, Ohio! 5 🌟

Customer service here is below a 1 star. Everytime I’ve gone I get treated like I’m stupid just because I’m a woman. Employees Argue with customers about what they need. I’ve been given the wrong parts because they don’t listen, then blame me for it when I return. Also, my husband had to help a female customer because they wouldn’t look at her car for her. Needless to say if I didn’t have warranties for the parts on our cars for over 20 years I wouldn’t return.

I took my car to AutoZone in Wadsworth because I assumed I needed new clips because my dome light cover was hanging down and manager Ryan looked at it and determined it didn’t need new clips it just kept pushing the whole assembly up so high that it would not allow to push the clips into the unit. Ryan worked for at least 30 minutes or more in the sweltering heat and disassembled the whole unit and was able to pull it all out of the headliner and fix it, it looks like new. Ryan and his team are my HEROS!! They are truly awesome. I can’t THANK them enough!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Ok, not z happy camper at all. When I clicked on item that is 100% leading one to believe that there are two of, even your employee just stated he'd be expecting two of , and when my brother arrives back with only one rear hub assembly for 2013 Jeep Patriot Sport, twice the price as Detroit Axel Mind You, It very highly pissed me off! I've been buying there since opening day, and have never had an issue one until now, No Offer To even attempt to right this, it's intentionally misleading by both picture, and wording so it's blatant, and false advertising! Looks like you'll be losing a faithful customer! Hope it was worth it,!

I only went in to purchase 1 bottle of windshield wiper fluid, but Ryan informed me that 2 bottles would only be $10, opposed to 1 at $7.99. He then offered to carry them out to my car. He actually poured the fluid in the receptacle and loaded the remaining fluid in my trunk. All with an extremely positive attitude and a confident knowledge of the product I had just purchased. What an absolutely fantastic experience!!! Thank you Ryan! We need more like you😊

Very bad experience at this location. Walked in to return some things and a heavy set loud woman who worked there immediately started raising her voice at me saying I didn't have the right papers to return the items and she couldn't help me. I was immediately annoyed with her for the way she was treating me. Her last name was Lightner I believe. Finally a very kind man by the name of JR came out of the back and was so pleasant and helped me return my items within 10 minutes. He was very kind and helpful

I wish I caught the names of these gentlemen but one was wearing a red shirt and the other was wearing a gray one. They were super helpful and went above and beyond! As a woman, it can be a struggle to go into stores like this and feel welcomed, but they both did a great job of being respectful and understanding. I went for a new headlight bulb, which they found and even installed for me. Autozone, I hope you know you have two absolute gems working for you!

My car overheated on Rt 76 just a mile west of Wadsworth. I cooled the engine down and drove to AutoZone, just off the freeway. The gentlemen who were working were incredibly helpful. They filled the coolant up and helped me make sure I didn't have an emergent leak before I headed on my way. The best $14 repair I've ever had! And best of all they didn't treat me like an idiot for letting my coolant run dry.

Ryan and Adam saved the day! I had a dead battery, went to a competitor (Advance Auto Parts), was sold a battery, but told they would not be able to install the new battery for me (that it would take them 45 min) and I would need to find another place to do it for an additional fee. I drove across the street to AutoZone and Ryan and Adam not only were happy to help me, but they were able to install the battery in less than 5 minutes and did not charge me. I will most definitely be coming to AutoZone for any future car needs and would recommend them to anyone!

Stopped by to get new wiper blades and new battery for my key fob. The associate helped us put on the wipers, and he replaced the battery for us. Staff is super friendly. Highly recommended!!

I came in with an issue caused by Walmart auto center and I didn’t know how to fix it. Jason came out and looked over my car looking for a solution and we finally found the issue. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He made a bad situation, a positive experience for me. He went above and beyond to get me back up and running again, and I appreciate all that he has done for me. He provided amazing customer service!!!!

I highly recommend this location for all your car care needs. Not only was I greeted the minute I walked in the door, but Jason helped my find exactly what I needed for my Armada and even gave me an assist. I so appreciate the consistency of their great customer service, and their willingness to help.

They are very helpful to someone like me who doesn't know much about cars. I appreciate that they show me the different versions of the same part so I can decide how much I want to pay. Plus, they are great at putting in some of the parts. They just spent over 10 minutes putting in my new headlights.

David helped my granddaughter when her check engine light came on. He not only retrieved the information we needed, but he gave us a copy of the readout and explained in detail the steps she needed to follow if she ends up needing a repair. He was awesome. Ask for David when you visit the store in Wadsworth. He WILL help you.

I went this evening all stressed out and worried about my car. I was worried about turning my car off and not be able to turn it on again. Jason told me he won't leave me stranded that made me feel calm and cared for. He checked my battery and replaced it He and the other guy worked there around 8pm on 8/11 was great. Very kind and helpful. They eased my mind. I appreciate the great customer service 😊 which is so rare these days.

Used to come here a lot. Great, helpful employees. I went in there months ago however and dealt with a very rude gentleman that wasn't very helpful at all. My past few visits have been great though. All helpful and really kind people. It was like the atmosphere I remember it being from a year ago or so. I am definitely their customer again. Would recommend.
