PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. My son found himself stuck on the highway. A cop stop and told him he had a friend that would tow him for a reasonable price. The towing company failed to give him a written quote, then for 36 miles wanted to charge him $800 plus and threaten to take his truck if he didn't pay. Be careful with them. They took advantage of him and they will do it with you too. They are scammers and take advantage of people. I hope I can save one person from being scammed by them.
If I could give Valley View Towing 0 stars, I would. The prices were ridiculously expensive, and nobody communicated clearly about what I was being charged for, communication was terrible. The front office workers were rude, unprofessional. Craig, the hauler, was actually great. He was professional, respectful, and helpful throughout the process. Craig deserves credit — the rest of the experience absolutely does not.
They own Kinneys Towing in Akron as well. They should not be in a contract with any municipality. Overpriced, fees are exorbitant and service is poor at best. They remove your car from an accident and do not call the owners to ask where they would like the car towed. Loading LAWSUIT!

Thanks for figuring out where to put the emergency key from inside the fob to unlock door manually. Thank you for checking the battery cables which were extremely loose, thus the problem & tightening them. And most of all offering to follow me a ways to make sure I was safe!! You’re the best!!
