We have taken 3 different vehicles here for service and every time they have been efficient, reasonably priced and honest. They were also helpful in getting one car covered under warranty at our dealership, despite what the dealership had told us. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing service.
I hit a pothole and lost a tire. It’s the busy season for mechanics and tire shops but they were able to help and quickly change out my tire.
Friendly office and mechanics took time to show me my wheel had minor warping.

I had been taking my car to another local mechanic in Medina for years. I had an appointment to get my brakes and rotors done but then started grinding metal on metal on a Saturday, 2 weeks before the other place had scheduled me. I am a single mom and have use my car for work and to take my son to/from school and couldn’t risk driving him without brakes. My brother told me about Wadsworth Auto car, raved about them, and told me to go up there Monday morning. They were booked solid and had one mechanic off for PTO, and they still repaired my car the same day FOR LESS MONEY FOR THE SAME REPAIRS compared to the other shop I had been going to!!!!! I will forever be grateful to Rob and Cory for what they did to help me and it’s reassuring to know that there are still such amazing people out there!! My car is driving awesome and I will be a Wadsworth Auto Care customer going forward. THANK YOU!!!!!
Took my car there for the first time yesterday for brakes. GREAT service/GREAT price!!! AAAAND…they seemed very trustworthy. Took it to dealership today for oil and filter change. Asked to change air and cabin filters also….they did not! But gave me a list of all the things they want me to come back for …INCLUDING cabin and air filter change!!!! I think I found myself a NEW service garage at WAC!!!

First time customer (because my former mechanic recently retired) and was very pleased with the service. I was quoted $2000 for repairs at a different shop and was able to get the same repairs here for about $600 less. Great customer service and the work was completed in a timely manner. Will be coming back next time we need repairs!
Robert and Misty addressed my concern with my front rotors and asked if there was any other issues. Robert was able to take care of my warped rotors that was done somewhere else. I will definitely be going back to have all of my car services done there. A huge THANK YOU for excellent service! 😃

Took my vehicle there a few weeks ago. After getting it back it was still feeling a little weird. Called and spoke with Robert and he looked at it the next day very throughly even drove it which is when he found the caliber was sticking a little. I will be going here from now on as he is the only honest mechanic around!!
My elderly mother was concerned about dropping her car off for service due to Covid. Robert Dorner kindly offered to pick it up for her and drop it back off when it was finished.
