I am always grateful for the service I get along with help with understanding what will fit or not on our vehicles, all the way down to wiper blades. The staff works great together along with helping each other. I love being able to keep my business to a local business instead of big store locations where staff comes and goes. Smaller store as far as NAPA’s go. But, they typically have what I need. Customer service was a bit lacking my last 2 visits.
On one occasion I felt I was an interruption approaching the counter. The other in the middle of helping me the guy at the counter answered the phone, making me a paying customer wait, while having a discussion and checking stock for someone the phone (Not a paying customer at this point).
Knowledgeable staff in all Orlo stores. Quality products. Wadsworth store in the north end of town is great compared to the old NAPA store that was owned by others on the square downtown. I just removed my 5 yr old 1* review for the old store. Somehow it got posted to this new NAPA store site.
This store has “old school” type environment. Jeff is always takes the time to assess your needs and goes above and beyond to find the best prices for the quality parts.
Horrible customer service. Yes I know I came close to closing time (they closed in 8 minutes). But refused to mix up paint for me Even when I said this is the only time I can do it and I won’t have time any other time this week to pick it up they still refused to
This place is in the business of ripping off customers with their return policies. Their "restocking fees" are a ploy to steal money from customers. Their outrageous prices for parts make this a must avoid business.
