Please don’t waste your time and money on this company especially sale rep Rob Porter. Pushy sales rep, ordered me the wrong part Even though I asked 100 questions to make sure it was the right part he assured me it was, couldn’t even give me the proper measurements. I don’t mind paying a restocking fee. if it’s my fault but it’s his fault. I find it funny he called me back to push the sale, but when I requested a return, no phone call numerous times even though I left messages. Very bad business practice I hope it was worth 100 bucks. So many better pot companies out there with knowledge.
It isn’t my first dealings with AMS, and it won’t be the last. Excellent knowledgment on what is being asked for and finding what is needed and at a price that is great.

Purchased a complete cab for front end loader, received pictures of proposed cab with interior complete except seat. received cab in crate and didn't open till shipping truck had left. the whole interior was stripped, steering wheel, heater box head lining, electrical switches, hydraulic controls and console gone. I keep calling sales rep and no help to date.

I would definitely recommend AMS. Great customer service, they are always happy to help find parts, even if we don't have a part number. Other companies don't take the time to do that. Stefanie with AMS was very helpful. She got our order in over phone quickly, and We received parts very Quick! I'm about to order from them again.

Rob Contacted me but I was to busy right then so I contacted Him about two weeks later. He had all the information yet. and was able to order it right away. Shipping was just a few days. Only thing was He didn't mention sales tax and charged me for it. I should be Tax exempt. It states on the receipt no refunds on sales tax.

I don’t think it’s an AMS problem but, it’s normal to take a week and a half to receive parts. Even with the good prices on parts, that costs too much down time normally.
PLEASE DON’T USE FEDEX FOR SHIPPING TO US. THEY ARE WORSE THAN TERRIBLE!
I placed my order over the phone with salesman and made a payment .Was told the parts I ordered will be delivered in a 5 days. On 3th day I got an email saying my order was canceled because of some payment issues. That was a lie. My bank confirmed the payment and money was on AMS’ account. I assume real reason was that they just couldn’t filled the order and were embarrassed to admit it. They also told me over the phone that salesmen who took my order was a trainee . What a laughable excuse.
Not a company you should do business with unless you really have to.

bought an aftermarket Idler assembly for my CASE350b after salvage yards (proved to be fast talker/scams unless you can drive to and verify/ ship yourself.)
Idler arrived promptly, dropped at local lumberyard. My son fitted it in about 2 hours as it went faster than I expected. Working great.

I couldn’t believe how close I came to spending twice the amount of money for my JCB 8018 parts. Not only were these 1/2 the price but I was able to go to there warehouse an hour away and get the machine moving the same day and there is a warranty. I know I should have taken a photo before I installed but I’m always in a hurry
