What clients say about Mark's Towing in New Middletown (OH)
They discriminate very rude even though I call to make sure my car was in their property they asked for the title of my car .I provide my license wasn't enough. Overall very disgusting people .
I called to make an appointment to go pick up a vehicle that was being held in their lot everyone I talked to was very helpful and nice. It took me somewhere between15-30 longer than I thought it would which was the end of their day and they didn't get crappy or anything I felt bad for holding them over though.
They charge a crazy amount for towing and keeping it in storage daily. I have talked to several people and they say that is the highest they have ever heard of!
Unfortunately my car had to be towed away. The folks here were super fast and friendly when we went to pick it up, and my lightsaber was still in the back seat!
Family member wrecked my car and these people towed it away. The tow bill was more than what I got for the scrapped car. Feels like they take advantage of other peoples misfortune when they charge so much.
I was recommended Mark’s Towing by an auto shop nearby. Mark was very professional and kind, made sure I wasn’t lost and had a ride after my car randomly shut off in the middle of the freeway. Will recommend him to anyone and everyone. Very fair pricing as well.
Came in for a tire mount and balance and an all around alignment. Good service great work. A good hometown shop full of open and honest mechanics. Will definitely be bringing my car back in the future!!
Called Mark's Towing to get one of our company's vehicles that couldn't start out of a parking lot, they were able to help us out very quickly and did it at a great rate with great service!
I needed a tow at the last minute and Mark's Towing was there in 3 min. Very kind and professional and the rate was awesome. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a jam.
Worst people on the planet. They towed my suv in a parking ramp when I was gone, ripped off the spoiler on my suv, then rigged it back together on top of my vehicle. I didn't figure it out until driving down the highway and the entire housing for the rear third brake light flew off. Pieces of s***
Didn't have part ready when they said they would.. took 2 extra days which is alot when u need it by the date they tell you .. so-so prices ..needs better customer service
