Absolutely terrible experience with M&M Towing. The customer service was beyond horrible. The lady I spoke with was extremely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive from the moment she answered the phone. She talked over me, had a nasty attitude, and acted like I was a burden for simply asking questions about my vehicle.
There was zero professionalism, zero patience, and no effort to explain anything clearly. Instead of trying to help, she spoke in a condescending tone and made the situation more stressful than it already was. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially for a business that deals with people who are already frustrated or in a tough situation.
If this is how they treat customers, I can’t imagine trusting them with anyone’s vehicle. I would strongly advise people to look elsewhere unless you want to be talked to disrespectfully and left feeling angry and unheard.
Pay for a down payment on a hood so they can start pulling it come back to get it and they don't want to sell it to me because they want sell it for more money now and try to sell me more stuff so he refused to give me the hood and gave me the money back and wasted nothing but my time Hope you guys have a good experience
People on the phone were so nice, the tow truck driver despite the difficulty of my tow was so nice and friendly. 10/10 experience. If I ever need a tow again this is who I'm calling.
I shop here before and brought a transmission for my Cadillac Escalade and it’s still running years later so today I called to find and transmission for my 1976 cutlass supreme and guess what THEY HAVE IT MY FOREVER GO TO SPOT
I was looking for a used transmission as a surprise for my spouse. (91 Mazda Miata) They had it and drop shipped it across the country to my mechanic. Turns out, they shipped a manual part instead an automatic part. ---Shout out to Trey Thomas in the parts department.---?.. he went above and beyond to correct the mistake. He owned the mistake, arranged return transport for the bad part at no cost to me and refunded the whole amount without question, issue or fuss. 10/10 would recommend working with this man in the future. This guy deserves more recognition (and credit $$$) for what he's doing. Well see ya on the next renovation need.
Called M & M towing receptionist was very helpful & polite. They were here in around half an hour or hour after I made the call. Steve was very polite and informed me of everything he was going to do also told me that there didn’t seem to be to much damage and thinks it is repairable. Hopefully I won’t need any more of their services for a long time if any, but if needed I will most definitely give them a call. Thank you from a happy customer.
I tried calling 3 times to order some front panels for my truck, all 3 times Someone answers the phone and transfers the call to a rude person that will hang up on you or just simply not answer at all. Take your business somewhere else like Walts or A and B auto. I have left hundreds of positive reviews on Google and this is my first negative review I've ever left but they sure earned it

I needed a rear axle for my 2021 Ram. They had the exact one I needed At a fair price. So I made the 10 hour round trip from Chicago. I dealt with Steve in the office. Very cool guy. And the people working in the yard were friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a great experience. I'm glad I found this place.
When my car broke down and had too many miles and in terrible condition to be fixed, I needed it towed to a junkyard so I called M&M‘s and glad I did. They took the car and paid me to get rid of it as they buy junk cars, very friendly people also
Called the folks 2 weeks ago and was told and confirmed that they had the part in stock and will pull it in a couple days. Spoke with Danarika... I never recieved a call so I called them back to ask if they had pulled the part. I was advised that they no longer had the part and never had it come to find out!!! I didnt even get a call to let me know they didnt have the part!! Very unprofessional and rude!! Take your business somewhere else!! If I could give negative stars I would!!
The nicest guy just came to towe my dad out in front of Prestige Storage off of Lefferson. Came in 10 minutes when everyone else said 2 hours minimum. Was cheaper than some others too. Awesome service.
Drove 30 minutes for a body panel, listed in perfect condition. It has a silver dollar rust spot through the paint. Waste of my time, indifferent employees who are rude. Don't waste your time.
I was in a pinch because I couldn't get my spare to break free and I was an hour and a half away from home. They came out and got me all taken care of. Great experience!!!

I called on a Sunday needing a battery. They quickly were able to get back with me, even though they were closed and the gentleman that helped me was so kind and I just wanted to say that I really appreciate great customer customer service and helping me when you guys didn’t have to! You save me from not being able to make it to work so I really greatly appreciate that experience and I’ve had you guys!
Called to check to see if they had a car on the lot. I said I’m looking for a Kia stinger do you have one on the lot. The person who answered said yes we do. I just need the year make and model of the car and what part you need. I told him those details he instantly put me on hold. Came back and said we do not have THAT car on the lot. Then I asked well which stinger do you have. He said we don’t even have a car close to that? To which I replied I thought you said you had a Kia stinger? He said no and hung up. 10/10 customer service. lol.
Spoke to the owner (Ken) on and off for a week and a half about a 2000 camry motor they said they just got it. Claimed fresh vehicle from front side impact. Engine ran great. 135k on it. I had read some of the reviews claiming bait-n-switch, so asked for pics of it to make sure it was good before I got there. Finally got alexis to text me photos fri 430pm of the vehicle since I was insistent before coming down on sat. looked pretty good. Got there on sat and it the vehicle they showed me was garbage. 220k on the odometer, leaked lots of oil, oil in the plugs, ran off, the engine oil was brand new and overfilled (pretty sure they drained and refilled it so it would look good to casual observer). The annoying part was that the color of the car in the photo they sent me did not match the car they showed me. I asked for the car matching the phot they sent me and they could not find it. Did not exist. Follow up with alexis and she said she took photos of the car they showed me. Strongly recommend you avoid. There is space for differences in what is a good engine vs bad engine, but this was blatant lies.
Called to have them come and pick up my old broke down Chevy tracker. The woman from the office was super friendly and gave me a great price for selling them my Chevy tracker!!! Over all great experience!!!
Dispatcher was polite, professional, competent, and effective. Her ETA was accurate. Driver called me when he was 6 minutes away. My truck was carefully loaded and secured. Driver was personable, professional, efficient, and very skilled at his job. He offloaded exactly where I wanted...EXACTLY! Absolutely the best tow experience I've had in nearly a half century of motoring.
When several other companies either didn't have anyone available tonight. Another one was close and then couldn't do it or just way to expensive M&M was there to the rescue. I will never call anyone else.
I called and order a number I was late for pick up. The price over the phone was 150 including the trim plastic goes on the side when I got there they want 30 more. Plus the attitude and the way he’s talking to me like he’s giving me parts for free or he better the me. I won’t shop there again I don’t recommend this place for nothing all the employees he got in the back. There non professional
Fast service and will come pick your car up the same day you call. They are very nice and very professional, also competitive with prices. So let's say u tell them another place told you a price more than theirs they will try and negotiate a price.
The person who answered the phone said she was the manager. She was very rude. Did not know why I was calling to being with. I told her I was calling her boss she said go ahead I am the boss. I would not ever look to this company for service ever again. If rather wait for the reputable company. Which i did. T& M
I would not recommend calling this yard for parts. I called looking for a door handle and was given a price of $40. The guy said he would check the paint code and call me back. He never called back. I called today and he once again said he'd check the code and call me back in 10 min. I had to call back 45 min later, only to find out it wasn't my color and the price went up to $75. Customer service is great by the girl that answered the phone but not by the guys in the back that seem to be able to make up whatever price they want. Unorganized and full of excuses and very little drive to be helpful is the best way to describe this business from my experience.
