Broke down on highway in a rainstorm. The rescue driver was in communication with me the whole time and got me back to the yard safely. Then had to be towed to Loves and that driver was also helpful by putting me in a spot with a spare next to it for separation from my trailer. Was helped out by the staff at the pay area through the whole process and caught no attitude from anyone so those who say they received any, well then you probably were rude and deserving of it. Thanks for your assistance in my time of need.
Sandy’s was great!! Breaking down puts one in a vulnerable state and from my call to a calm and genuinely caring lady to the gentleman who came to my rescue within 75 minutes since I was at home safe. They took my car to the Chevy dealer with professionalism at a very fair price. With very high regards, Thank you!!
I had my car fail on me on the I70W towards Indianapolis just close to Huber Heights exit. Was grateful to have the State Highway Patrol issue me a 48hour notice and called Sandy's Towing the next day to arrange a tow. Quickly and easily this was booked and has it towed exactly at the time that was scheduled. I highly recommend using them.

Chris was awesome and very helpful with my Miata. He was able to unlock it, get it atarted and tow it to Mazda. He even asked if i thought the tow was necessary. (It was….) i appreciate his candor!

Had to get a second toe the same night for a different issue. We felt so relieved that Joe was the person that came out since he was the first gentleman that towed us! I can’t say enough about what great customer service he gave - 10 star service for sure! We totally felt safe in his presence and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are high, but they treat your car like its made of Glass, they do there best to not damage your vehicle. They towed my SUV from another yard to the insurance company yard. My SUV was totaled. Thanks, Sandy's. Outstanding Job. And this company, is one of many who work with police, and butler county sheriff's, To get vehicles out of the roadway.
Trying to get my truck released from Sandy’s in Middletown. The website says open 24 hours. When you call the number the recording says that you can get your vehicle released from 9am to 1pm saturdays and Sundays. However you can’t get your vehicle released at all on Saturday or Sunday because Sandy’s in Middletown is closed on the weekends despite what Google, the Monroe police department and even Sandy’s towing themselves might have you believe. So I can’t get my truck out until Monday.
Sandy’s towing was amazing and got to my vehicle before the estimated time. The guys who came to tow my car were extremely nice and helpful. Affordable, helpful and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

I can't say enough about my experience that night. I called several services and none said they could help. I got down the list to Sandy's. They said they could. And when I explained that I had just got out of the hospital and was sitting in the j6horrible heat for a couple of hours, with no fluids to drink about to call 911. The driver showed up in 10 to 15 minutes, got me water and into his air conditioned cab. I can't thank him enough for what he did for me. And the service was excellent and professional. I'll never call anyone else!
It all ended up well with my car being towed to the service center for repairs. Doug was courteous and respectful, but he was sent to pick up a Tesla, and he had no idea how to open a Locked Tesla with a dead battery and Electronic locks on the doors. Fortunately, I had seen some YouTube videos about how to get into a Tesla under such circumstances.
Waited 4 hours for two other tow companies that never showed. My insurance was the one that scheduled them. I called Sandy’s they were out quickly and took great care of my motorcycle. Awesome driver also.
My caliber broke and my tire blew so I called Sandy who came to the rescue. Everything went smooth from first calling to request service to the drivers Brett and Jack. My total was $204.00 for a little over 20miles. I highly recommend

These guys are the best, especially James!! They always arrive faster than you expect. They are kind and treat both you and your vehicle well. I feel safe riding with them or letting them take my car alone. I actually paid 4x as much to have James come tow my Tesla rather than the "other company" that wasn't nearly as professional
