Very disappointed that no website states that they are closed to public walk ins on Saturdays due to schedules birthday parties. Nothing worse than a sad 7 year old. Unfair that nothing is posted on websites for public to see, until you walk in and greeted to ask what party you’re there for and they can accommodate you. Wasted gas, time, & disappointed 7 year old who simply doesn’t understand.

We love coming here on any random day the kids have off school. Just check the website for the “open jump” times- but they sell out quickly! I can see why! Great staff, clean facility, and so much fun for kids big and small :) thanks!

We celebrated my son’s 6th birthday at The Jump Yard tonight and it was such a great experience. We booked a private party and having the whole space to ourselves made it even more fun. The kids were obsessed with the big slides and obstacle-course inflatables. The staff were amazing: friendly, helpful, and great at keeping everything on track. The kids had a blast, and it made the day so easy for us. Highly recommend!

Had my sons birthday here, I will say the two young lady’s who helped out were lovely. As for the rest i was rushed out as me and my family were very visibly getting ready to get out. It’s completely rude to start wiping down tables as we are trying to get our stuff. They literally sprayed a table where my cake was, and just overall would of been a better experience if i wasn’t rushed out.

I would add a zero star review if that was possible tbh, i went there for a bday party and other than the fact that we paid for everyone to go in and everything more than half my guest werent allowed to jump in the zone. Everything was extremely rushed, the pizzas were late and they werent even good, the drinks were limited, and we were always waiting on either cups or plates… but the worst didnt come to the end. my adult guest were seated on the tables and talking and the workers there started cleaning and spraying the tables while we were still on them, food was still on the table when they started to clean up. we noticed they wanted us out so out of respect we decided to start packing up and leave, and when we were almost out the main lady there told us she needed us to start packing up and moving like we werent already doing that. I understand theres a time and everything, we werent over the limit we werent even requesting help, and we were cleaning uo so i dont understand the need to kick people out, the passive aggressiveness was overwhelming and i would not recommend this to anyone wanting to have a good time with their family for a party

We absolutely love The Jump Yard! It is always clean and the staff are great. Both kids (1.5 and 4 years old) have a blast, especially on pre-K days. Cory is the new event coordinator and is wonderful - she is friendly, customer and kid-oriented, and is so creative with her ideas on keeping the kids engaged and having fun. Highly recommend!

We celebrated our 7-year-old daughter’s birthday at The Jump Yard last Sunday, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff provided excellent communication during the planning process and gave clear answers to all of our questions. On the day of the party, they were attentive, respectful, and incredibly helpful to both us and our guests. Everyone had a wonderful time, and our daughter said it was her best birthday party ever!

We had my sons birthday there and it was an awesome time!! They party goers had a great time they kept us on time and the staff was amazing! Couldnt be happier with how everything went. WE will be back for a "open play" with our birthday ticket and prob for our daughters Bday at some point. Thanks for the help day of, you guys rock!

Our summer camp had an absolute BLAST at The Jump Yard—we go every summer! We highly recommend them for children, parties, and field trips. The owner is fantastic, and the staff are wonderful with kids. Can’t wait to come back next year!

I would never go here again nor recommend. I came in today for my son’s birthday to celebrate. Please note: I did not purchase a package. I came in, invited a few family members and Sandy the “owner”/Manager was extremely rude. Their website before they updated it a few mins after speaking to them, stated that “Babies and Parents are free” and were free to come in if NOT bouncing. She then changed it after her colleague apologized and admitted they needed to update their website. That’s not my fault, that’s their problem. So the people that were invited were turned around and stopped but weren’t even bouncing. Never again!

If you are a person that doesn't mind hanging out for a while. This place was/is great for your kid/children. We went here for a school event and every child that was there had a blast. If you haven't been you must go and trial it out

We had my son’s birthday party here today. It was great. I wish I could remember the guys name that was running the desk and doing everything up front while also regularly asking if we needed any help. He was great and very positive. The kids had a great time and we had plenty of room for the adults to eat and mingle too. The area was clean, the kids said the pizza was good. I paid for the VIP which I would recommend since you can also bring in your own food. We can’t wait to come jump again!

We went for their Easter Pre-K event and it was fantastic. They went above and beyond to make it a great experience. The two people working, who I assume are the owners, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. You can tell they are very passionate and involved. The preK event was perfect for my 3 year old as everyone was respectful and of similar age (no worries of older kids rough housing). I wish we still lived in the area so we could go back regularly.

I hosted my daughters birthday party here, we splurged and booked a private party. I am so happy I did I was able to invite all friends and family and did not have to follow the kids around worried about other. The party was a hit for all the kids and adults. The party hosts were great, good communication throughout and very helpful. The last 45 minutes we did a glow party where they turned off the lights and that added some fun. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience hosting our twins 4th birthday party at The Jump Yard!!! The facility is exceptionally clean. The staff was incredibly helpful. Every child had loads of fun. So many people were complimenting our choice of venue and nobody wanted to leave!!! Our 2 hours there was filled with lots of jumping and playing. The younger kids enjoyed the smaller section which was useful for our group. While we didn’t use the concessions, the workers were very attentive to our needs for the party. Will definitely consider this venue for future parties. I wish they did more advertising so we could have come sooner! Totally recommend.

The Owners are exceptional and work tirelessly to make this a premier destination for clean, affordable family fun. Not only is this a safe and terrific environment but the activities are terrific for all children's ages and the concessions are also widespread with variety and a bargain. Birthday Parties are absolutely done perfectly here as well, as we had an amazing one just a week ago! Thank you so much for this amazing gem in Lake County Jump Yard:)

Great place to take your kids to burn off some energy, especially with the winter months coming up. There's plenty for kids of all ages to do so if you have a younger one and are worried the bounce houses may be too much, don't worry, they have a great area for smaller kids to play in. Price is also great when compared to places like SkyZone and like I said, you get the same results with tired and happy kids when you head home. They also offer various snacks which are also priced well below competitors. Overall, a fun place to take the kids and easy to get to since it's right off the highway, I highly doubt you'll be disappointed!

Cannot say enough great things about The Jump Yard! It was the absolute perfect place to celebrate a 6yr old birthday. Sandy was wonderful! The facility was clean and offered endless fun for the kiddos!!!! We will definitely be back!!

I attended a birthday party with my daughter recently. When the party ended I inadvertently left my phone inside The Jump Yard. When I returned for it a few minutes later they were already closed. The doors were locked and the lights were off. I went home and my husband reached out to the owner by email and phone to explain the situation. She immediately returned his call, assured him that their cleaning person had found my phone and offered to pick it up the following day and bring it to her home in Mentor (where we both live), so that we could retrieve it. She went above and beyond, as a business owner, and I was truly appreciative.

Awesome place to host a birthday party! This is the second year in a row that we've had my son's party here and both times have been on point. The Blue Room is spacious and convenient for parents walking in to drop off or pick up their kids. The party room and bounce area are always clean and feel safe for the kids. The staff took good care of us and also enforced the "no running" and bounce area capacity rules so it wasn't too crowded.

The Jump Yard is a fun and clean place for young kids! The owners are very nice and accommodating too. My boys love the toddler jump time. We also hosted a birthday party there during the spring and everyone had a great time. Price is very reasonable!

Rented this place for 2 hours for my daughter’s birthday party and it was great! I wasn’t sure what to expect having a party here, but the kids absolutely loved it. They also fell asleep in record time tonight - hard to put a price on that! The staff went above and beyond to make sure she felt special on her big day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This place was perfect for my daughters birthday party! Great place for little ones and bigger ones to burn some energy and have fun! I rented the smallest party room and it was perfect for our group. The staff was super nice and helped with everything. Absolutely worth the price and I definitely recommend the jump yard for parties or just for a fun day! We will for sure go back!

Such a wonderful experience for my son's birthday! The kids all had a great time. The room was quiet enough for the Grandparents and Great Grandparents to talk and still enjoy the festivities. The bounce houses were a lot of fun and the kids kept running back to play. Bella was an awesome addition to our cat themed birthday party! The staff was very on top of things and super helpful with anything we needed.

We had my daughters 8th birthday party at the Jump Yard. All of the kids had an amazing time! The play areas were clean, everyone loved the pizza, and there was a huge amount of space for them to explore. The best part was that everything was set up when I got there, the owner was extremely nice and helpful during the party, and they clean up. Parties are usually a lot of work and missing out on the fun moments.. so I loved getting to just watch the kids and enjoy the party! On the way home to my clean house my daughter told me that it was the best birthday ever. Great experience! We will be back!

This place was INCREDIBLE! We had our daughters birthday party here with a total of 14 kids and it could not of went any better! There was plenty of fun for everyone and had the kids going for every minute we were there. We were beyond impressed with the ownership. They were very accommodating, friendly and made sure everyone had a great time. The facility was well taken care of and clean. We’ve been to other party venues and this place takes the cake!
