Worst dealership experience I’ve ever witnessed and by some margin. These people just dont care and are trying to find every way possible to rip you off. Please do yourself a favor and avoid. I genuinely don’t know how they are still in business

I was considering buying a car from this dealership. But after reading the reviews from previous costumes and also reading the response left from the owner after each negative review. I decided to take my business elsewhere. After reading the response from the owner, he seems to be very unprofessional. People have the right to leave you a bad review if they felt like that had a bad experience. But you sir, "Mr. Auto Sales" should treat each negative review with more professionalism. That alone can attract customers.

Excellent, patience and a very nice Owner 'Bruno who made it very convenient for me on a 2014 maserati quattroporte gts before and during the pickup so shout to you "Bruno" preciated bro.?

Buyer BEWARE. We purchased a 2015 Ford Escape Titanium from them and within 2 months the turbo went out. I asked them about the engine when we bought it. They said all the maintenance had been taken care of. No warranty, as is, they said. That was an extra $2400. Now 3 months later, the transmission has gone out. The transmission fluid was black when the mechanic drained it out. So, no maintenance was done on it as stated. That will be another $5100. So, unless you want to get a lemon, I suggest looking somewhere else. We are now going on $15k spent on a $7k car.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. I bought a car, and drove it off the lot and the car didn't make it 1 mile down the road and it broke down and dies with a total engine failure. They would NOT refund the money or provide ANY assistance. Sold AS IS. I did not have possession of the vehicle for more than 5 minutes and drove it less than 1 mile. I didn't make it to the highway from their location and they refused to help in ANY way. TERRIBLE people. Out to destroy honest people

Very dishonest, rude and unprofessional. Do not buy a car from them unless you’ve had a mechanic run a fine tooth comb through it and verify that they have not reset codes. If you do have issues do not expect them to do anything to correct them, except belittle you and lie to you repeatedly. Read the recent reviews, and go somewhere else.

Beware!! Not honest people. They reset codes, and fraudulently sell cars. Do not buy from them unless you want to waste your money. ***I was NEVER offered a warranty. I came back to the dealership the next day after the light came on with multiple different codes because you offered to have your mechanic look at the car, and then for the next few days your mechanic was “not available” and you refused to return phone calls. The mechanic we took it too was wonderful, please don’t spread lies. Read the reviews people. And look at how they speak to unhappy customers that they have wronged. Save yourself for the headache we went through with these bad people. Go anywhere else.

The owner was really rude and arrogant. Didn’t understand why he would speak to people with cash in hand that way. SMH. Bruno, you oughta be ashamed of yourself. Hope you become a better human and stop selling damaged cars and then getting mad at customers for getting them inspected.

If I could give zero stars I would. These people told me they did a FULL inspection and the car was in great shape. Don’t be like me do your due diligence. This was for a 17 year old and I took it to 3 different mechanics and they all said it was a death trap. 3 days after driving off the lot the brake fluid level was low. Called up and was told it was a coincidence. Showed him the full evaluation from one of the mechanics and he said he wasn’t paying a dime but he would give me his labor charges and his prices on parts. No, I won’t be trusting you. These people prey on others. Very sad in today’s world.

I had a great experience and I definitely was a little nervous from the reviews. I was either going in to something horrible or good. I’m also open minded and knew I am the type of person who will research and do my own due diligence. I was looking for a reliable, safe car for my son and the process here was easy. I was able to take it to my own mechanic and do my own due diligence without any issue. The owner was nice and although he didn’t give me that break in price (I was going to take off one star like I joked with you about ?) it was a great deal, great car and knowing it checked out safe for my son was a nice peace of mind. I will definitely be back if another Volvo comes in stock for myself.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I test drove a Ford F150 and put a deposit down on a Friday and said I would return Monday with a cashiers check for the remaining balance. I called on Monday before driving to the dealership to confirm the sale. I was bounced back and forth between salesmen for the better part of 15 minutes. I then spoke with the owner, Bruno Razov. He could not have been less professional and told me that it's a business and that he couldn't hold cars on deposit. If I would have met him in person, I doubt that his mouth would have ran as much. He went on to say that the vehicle I had placed a deposit on had been sold on Saturday and that I need to, "deal with it". The only positive to come out of this terrible interaction is that I was refunded my deposit. I wouldn't send anyone to this place.

I had a great experience with Mr Auto Sales. The whole process was very easy. I got an awesome car for a good price. They went beyond the sale and helped me load the car on a trailer and were very quick sending me the title, when in the past I have had issues with other dealerships taking forever for a title. Overall my experience was very good and would recommend them, and would buy from them again!

Came all the way from Virginia Beach VA to buy a car from here. CeCe was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and quick with the paperwork process. They have a great selection of unique cars and I felt the prices were competitive and honest. Drove 600 miles home and had zero problems. The dealership mechanic was friendly and knew his stuff when we were chatting about a few of the cars they sell. I was, however, a little disappointed that I didn’t get to meet the google review famous Bruno when I was there. 10/10 best dealership experience I’ve had in the 20+ cars I have purchased over the years. Don’t let the few negative reviews online sway you from buying a car here. Thanks for my new baby AMG rocket ship Mr auto sales!! Will post some photos after she gets a much needed bath.

I drove to dealership from Mi because they had the particular vehicle I was looking for, the vehicle was everything they said it was in the website, we test drove the vehicle placed a down payment, purchased the vehicle next day. Transaction was flawless from start to finish, the vehicle had high mileage but very well maintained that was over a year ago and everyone asks where did you purchase that nice vehicle. I give them 4.5 stars. And would definitely do business with them again!

Buyers beware! Check over your vehicle, the one your purchasing, Very Carefully. If they don't show you a carfax report, there's a reason for it. A relative of mine bought a vehicle from them that had body damage that was never mentioned nor pointed out. By the time it was discovered, papers had been signed. Its the shady, non disclosure used car lots that get you. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. Every used car should be checked over by an independent shop before its ever driven off this lot. It wasn't even 3 weeks before the vehicle they sold him not only had "body damage" it also needed a "new battery" and a "new catalytic converter". Stay tuned for further updates.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing a vehicle here last weekend, and part of it was driven by the quality vehicles they have on the lot. I literally was driving by and saw a car on the lot, stopped and had a chance to sit in it and take a test drive. The car was immaculate, and they shared the details about the vehicle (where they obtained it from, shared the Carfax details, et cetera.) I was able to quickly fill out a credit application just before closing on Friday night, and within an hour of their opening on Saturday received the financing information for the part of the price I was taking a loan for. Paperwork took about a half hour and the finance manager was fantastic in getting everything set up to work through quickly. I was able to write a check with the down payment and give it to them right then and there, and drove off a short time later. By far, it was the simplest big purchase transaction I've dealt with, and it helps the vehicle is in great condition, fairly priced, and was clean and detailed so I could drive off and start cruising. I've already connected up a family member with them and have a couple other folks I've recommended this lot to, and they're certainly worth considering if you are looking for nicer vehicles in good condition for a fair price. I'm loving my Volvo!

4.5/5 I honestly love this dealership and the lady that helped us out at the front desk. My fiancé and I went in looking to trade my 2011 Cadillac Escalade in and we originally went in to look at a 2006 Saturn Ion Redline. Fast forward, neither one of us liked it, which is totally fine just because of how small it was and it was modified with mods that we didn’t care for. No fault of the dealers whatsoever obviously. So we looked around the lot and noticed two Volvos. One being an XC90 T6 and the other being a 2018 S90 we ultimately ended up buying. The lady up front was extremely helpful and patient with us so my fiancé and I can discuss buying it and always showed us respect. There is an older foreign gentleman as well, I never got his name but I believe he is the owner, was extremely nice and when we went back the next day to officially buy the car, remembered us and was excited we came back. This dealership is a great dealership and doesn’t deserve the bad reviews it has based on my experience. The only negative things I didn’t like was they didn’t wash the car or fill it up with gas once I purchased it, which are extremely small things my fiancé and I talked about which is why I gave the dealership a 4.5/5. But I am now the new owner of a 2018 S90 and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to purchase it from here!

Had a fabulous experience here buying my new Audi A6!! Celina was an absolute gem!! No hassle staff was a HUGE plus and the car is too die for!! Will be back next year for another!!!! Thanks so much!!!! Don't listen to these bad reviews!!

My third Lexus RX from Mr. Auto Sales. He's been in the business and knows the car industry for many years. He does thorough inspections before selling/buying his cars. I know I'll be getting a great reliable car, he doesn't buy or sell junk. Stay w/ your local dealer, not Carvana/Carmax, who put lipstick on pigs. I love my RX, thank you!

Walked in and asked about a Toyota. Man behind a desk in his office couldn't be bothered to get up until we asked for a test drive. He got up to get the keys and the license plate, yelled at one of his mechanics in front of us for not putting the plate in the right spot and we drove off. The car was whatever, had a bad transmission and the car slipped so alright, not buying it. Went back in to talk to who I assume is Mr. Auto Sales and asked if he had any cars comparable in price. He did not care at all, didn't move from his desk and told us, "Yeah all the cars are online so if you want to look and there and let me know if you want to look at anything we'll go from there." Obviously it was rude of me to bother him during his normal business hours and ask the one running a car dealership to sell me a car. Not worth your time. Edit: The owner is also apparently willing to state your info on Google reviews to defend against bad reviews, so buyer beware a place that doubles down on bad customer service. If he spent half as much time on customer service as he does on googling you to insult you hed maybe have a half decent dealership.

I have known Bruno for over 8 years. I recently purchased my 8th vehicle from Mr Auto. The reason for 8 vehicles is that we have 3 sons of driving age. Bruno has always gone out of his way to accommodate my needs. When I would inquire on a specific vehicle he was always straight forward on recommendation and if it would fill my needs. You CAN trust Bruno to tell you the truth about the vehicle you want to buy. His prices for these vehicles are better than average. His inventory is varied enough to accommodate anyone. His sales and service staff have always been accommodating. I find it hard to read the negative comments as I can attest to the opposite. I would highly recommend Mr Auto to anyone who is looking to purchase a good quality used car.

I bought this vehicle, 1 year ago from Bruno (owner). I willingly bought it as is and drove it off the lot headed back to Vermont.... 150 miles into the trip oil light came on. Called Bruno and told me "sit tight I'll be right there. Keep in mind I bought it "As Is"... Bruno showed up with a trailer, drove back to the shop.... he put me up in a hotel for the night and we went to a porsche specialist in the morning. They found a faulty oil sensor.... Bruno told them to go through the vehicle.... they did a full oil change, wipers were replace and a checkup.... the bill was over 700.00 and Bruno picked up the bill.....he did not have to!!!... as is sale....awesome person with ethics.... I will buy another car from them!

We bought this car from Mr Auto Sales Inc. We drove 8 hours from New Jersey to Ohio just for this vehicle. We where greeted by everyone that was working there. We test drove the car all by our selfs with no issues. They worked with us on pricing. We returned the rental and came back home with our new car awesome. No issues with the car. Awesome service at the dealership. Thank you Mr Auto Sales Inc. We will do business again.

I came to mr auto at around 1 pm a week or so ago. When I got there, I was told the car I made an appointment to look at was at the shop and that there had been a miscommunication. I waited about 20 minutes (not a huge deal) to test drive the car. It was a little dinged up on the outside, battery was a little older, and the touchscreen was a little laggy, but overall the car seemed to be in decent shape. I had my mechanic do a once over, and took it to have the codes pulled. Nothing. I decided to give the car a shot, as it was fairly priced for the miles on it. While my initial experience at this dealership was a little confusing, Cecelia was very helpful from the start. I came in to see a 2014 Subaru Forester- and they promised to fix a bad bushing before I came and signed the papers. Sadly, the next morning after signing the papers, my dash lit up. ABS light, tire pressure light, traction control, “at oil temp” light, all of that fun stuff. Next day, my transmission slipped out of gears and I almost hit another car. I’m concerned at this point as I had not even owned the car 48 hours. I call the dealership and am told that the owner would call me. While he never got around to it, cecelia called me the next morning and promised they will take care of any issues. In order to take some of the workload off of them, I have my mechanic do thorough body inspection and pull all the codes as well as test drive the car. It turns out I have bad solenoids in my valve body, which are not sold separately, so I will need an entire new valve body for the car. I call cecelia back and inform her and she assured me that it will all be taken care of. While obviously this hasn’t been a perfect experience, I am not upset. Everyone has been very polite and helpful thus far, and I am happy and thankful that they agreed to fix this problem so that I can drive away in a well priced car! Thanks mr auto!

Easy buying and selling experience. Staff and owner were very nice. No attempts to up-sell and were very respectful and accommodating. Also, I got a great price on a minivan. Overall, 5 stars.

My husband and I were actually on our way to another dealership in Akron to look at a GMC Yukon Denali when they emailed me and said it was being serviced and not available to see or test drive even though they had confirmed the appointment just a few hours prior to us leaving. It was actually a blessing in disguise because the car was pretty beat up looking even in the pictures and I had a bad feeling about it. Mr. Auto Sales was the 2nd dealership on our list so we decided to go there instead. We were greeted by Cecilia and she was really friendly and polite. She let us take the Yukon for a test drive and Bruno came out to talk to us about our truck we were trading in. He was also nice and professional and gave us a very fair price for our truck. When we were in the office doing the paperwork, Bruno's dad came in and was really friendly, played with our 2 toddlers and stayed the whole time we were there. All 3 of them made us feel like family and it was one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. There was no pressure to buy and we got the Yukon at fair market price. We had an issue with one of the clamps for the coolant hose and Bruno made sure it was taken care of free of charge the very next day. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we would buy here again. Cecilia and Bruno's dad (can't remember his name!) stayed over an hour past closing to make sure everything was done correctly with paperwork too. It was a great experience and our boys love the new car!
