Dale is super helpful and was quick with my repairs! I was in and out in 30 mins for a rear brake replacement and the process was very easy to complete. Clearly knows what he is doing and is friendly. I called and he was able to see me less than a few days later for repairs. Highly recommend for anything you need done to your car!

Dale has always been kind and considerate of my time. He diagnosis the issue with mine and my wife’s vehicles when there is an issue, then immediately calls us to give us an estimate on the price and time frame of the service. He always gives me a rental car for free whenever he’s doing a more intense job that takes a little longer. Overall I don’t think you could go wrong with dale and his associates at Friedman!

The Friedman crew is top notch from small job like an oil change to more major repairs. Dale is trustworthy and very knowledgeable. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else.

I have a fleet of 40+ vehicles and Friedman has been, and will be trusted to keep them on the road. If you want your car, truck or bus fixed correctly, there isn't another shop around that I know of that takes such pride in their work. Using parts that they feel will work best to do the best job has always been our experience. Dale and his crew have been there for us when we needed them and I know they do the same for their other customers. I don't only call upon them for the fleet but my personal car and my families as well. Trust goes a long way and they have earned it 110 times over.

I went to have my driver's side window repaired at Friedman Automotive. My window was stuck in the up position. Spoke with Dale and dropped off my car for an estimate and got picked up. A few hours later Dale calls me and tell me what I already figured the window regulator is shot ok how much? He tells me $595.00 plus tax! I was like that's way outta my budget right now. And I wouldn't be able to get it done today. I go to pick up my car and after charging me $134.96 He left me with electrical issues because he didn't reconnect the regulator to where my car had door and window open indicator Lights on my Dash. Smh I found a mobile repair that fixed my window in thirty minutes after Dale quoted me 3hrs to fix. I paid $120.00 and got the regulator off Amazon for $50.00. Total almost less than the estimate from Friedman. If you don't have money to throw away I'd stay far away from Friedman Automotive you ought to be Ashamed ripping your customers off in this economy.

ive brought in two cars here over the last few years here on opposite sides of the spectrum(one almost new car and a rusty one) and they treated both cars and my time with great care! I called yesterday evening and got tires ordered and put on by 4:30pm today, best part is if available(maybe request one when scheduling your appointment if you really need it) they have loaner cars so you can still get things done while you wait, or they may offer you rides in their personal vehicles if you dont want to walk down the street to the many nearby businesses, 10/10stars thank yall so much!!! 👍

Brought both my wife’s suv and my truck in for repairs. These guys are awesome and very respectful and honest. They actually called me to let me know I needed a few other parts done for my truck which was completely okay. It was the point they called to tell me, most places would go yeah we had to do this also so that’s $500 more.. this is the place I will always take my vehicle to hands down! Thanks again dale!

My engine light came on so I had a diagnostic test ran on it and it said there could be multiple issues wrong with it. My normal repair shop has closed down, so I called here and explained the problems I was having and they were able to take my car in immediately. They had a solution by the end of that day and I was able to pick my car up the next morning. Dale explained everything to me clearly and I didn't feel that he was overcharging me or making unnecessary repairs at all, which I feel is pretty hard to come by in this area. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family!

We own a Winnebago Travato, which is converted from a Promaster 3500 van. Our chassis air conditioner went bad. Most auto repair shops won't touch it with a 99-foot pole because it was converted to an RV. When I called Friedman, they didn't bat an eye. They got us in the next day. They had to order a special part and were actually able to find it even though the dealerships had it on a 2 week back order. Once they got the part, they fixed the air conditioner that same day. The price was what I expected to pay. Customer service was great. I will use this repair shop in the future again. Now we can get back to our coddiwompling.

I purchased a 2024 Mustang GT from a dealership with clean carfax, I brought the car in here for an inspection and they were able to show me the car had been in a serious accident and repaired poorly. I was able to return the car to the dealership, without their inspection id still have the car and be out of thousands in lost value.

Customer service was great! I called on a Monday, after calling several other mechanics who didn't answer their phones or respond to voicemails that I left. Dale said, "bring your car in first thing tomorrow and I'll take a look". He was very polite and professional when I arrived. He diagnosed my car and told me exactly what was needed within a few hours and he did it without charging me a penny. That's so unheard of these days. I'm working on getting my transmission and I will definitely have it installed here as well as any other repairs I may need in the future. I'll be referring all of my family and friends as well. It's the little things for me. Dale thank you!

I recently acquired a 2012 vehicle, and once I got it home, I realized there was no left front blinker/left parking light. I searched for car light install/light repair near me, and Friedman came up. I filled out the online appointment request, and within 20 mins, a very pleasant woman called me to confirm my requested time. I brought it in, and the owner worked on it till he found the and corrected the issue, a very difficult and exhaustive search as I understand. I also had them install new LED headlights , brakelights, and foglights. All turned out amazing, and I am very pleased with the service I received. He ran to one or two small snags and presented me with options to complete the work and even accepted and implemented my suggestion for the final wiriring. I had to leave it a few days since the left blinker issue took time to locate.But, installing the 3 sets of lights only took a few hours. They did well keeping me updated once he found the solution, and I was able to pick it up and get on my way. He also installed an aftermarket fuel door for me, I love this car! Summer '23!!! Thanks!

If I could give this business more than five stars I would. I came in thinking I had transmission problems all my questions were answered. Very reassuring about my problem. Extremely courteous. I received a loaner car which I can't tell you how much that helps. Very fair price for going through my car extremely thorough. You are my new place! Thank you so much, Michelle.

Took car to be inspected to see if it was worth repairing, Dale said oh yeah, proceeds to put 5,200 plus dollars worth of work into a vehicle, with a frame broken in two places. These are supposed ASE certified Mechanics. 1000 miles later, brand new tires, They never aligned them, good Job Mitch. The other work Transmission Lines Power Steering Lines, leaked, brakes look like they were blown off not replaced. Had to take car back 4 times to re fix what they did not the first time. I would not take my Tricycle to get fixed by this FRAUD.

My boyfriend has had good experiences with Friedman in the past, so I decided to give them a try rather than driving to my usual dealership mechanic a couple of towns over. I was able to drop off my car the same day I called in, which was convenient. After assessing my car, they called me with a detailed (and accurate) estimate of costs before starting work, so there were no surprises. They were respectful and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, which I very much appreciated. Overall I was pleased with the work done, and will definitely return for future maintenance.

Doug personally took real good care of my Dad's 2003 Honda Pilot, which needed some front end body repair, and made it look brand new. He was very patient with our requests and said he would do his best to fix up some other scratches around the sides and back as well. Doug went above and beyond what he said he would do and kept the cost at his original quote. Great service, excellent work and an honest, fair price.

Customer for 2+ years, now. First came to the guys with an issue concerning my oil-pan (specifically the drain bolt) another shop claimed they couldn't do an oil-change because of the condition of the pan/bolt. Dale and his team not only did this task without problem, but they didn't try to sell me a new oil-pan! They pretty much said, 'hey, we'll let you know when it's time for a new one'.-Pretty cool and trustworthy of them. I now go exclusively through this shop for O.C.'s. Since then, Dale and the team has gone above and beyond on several occasions. They've been nice enough to plug two tires (no charge!) With the second tire issue being something that I didn't catch at the time. Dale got me hip to what is loosely called, 'a mechanics stethoscope', which he demonstrated how he could tell there was an issue with the outer bearing on the water-pump. (While under warranty from another shops/mechanics work. which, that particular shop was trying to dodge replacing) I referred my girl to this establishment and she said they did a great job. (Didn't make her feel uncomfortable or ignorant-and the overall price for the work was completely acceptable) They also offer loaner vehicles if/when available to accommodate your repair if needed. Which I've benefited from a couple times now. Bottom line is these guys have faith in their work and team. They don't need to up-sell you on every last component that your car COULD use, but doesn't technically NEED. Most of my work/income depends on my car properly functioning daily. And I will continue to rely on and suggest this mechanic team to others for the foreseeable future.

A friend referred me to Dale and he has come through in a pinch several times now. The work is excellent, thorough, fast, and great quality. Everyone that I have met there is friendly and the service is fantastic. We will be taking both of our cars here from now on. It's hard to find automotive service that you can trust and I am grateful to have found Friedman Automotive.

If you are looking for an HONEST, professional, top-notch, fair, technically-sound, reasonably-priced, highly skilled and competent car mechanic - then here it is!! Every time I have an issue with my vehicles, Dale & his team solves every problem. And you can't beat the loaner car system they have too. Thank you Dale & your staff - always a pleasure!

This was the first and last time I use this establishment. I was a walk in insurance claim, guaranteed paycheck and I couldn't be more upset with the work and customer service here. They had my car twice for a total of 6 weeks. I made complaints about the cars driving performance and was told it was due to wear and tear. Got a second opinion and had to pay for another alignment after buying all new tires to eliminate possible causes. The bumper they put on is popping out on one side, the back window isn't sealed properly, my ceiling in the rear is still hanging down, and the new taillight they put in burnt out a month after being replaced. I was given the run around when trying to get my car back in, waited over two weeks for a response after leaving messages. I had my friend schedule an appointment to have the same work done to his car and they scheduled him an appointment a day later. I call a few hours later for the same thing and they can't get me in.

Simply amazing! Ever have a mechanic that you felt really confident in their knowledge and ability? One that you can completely trust to have your back? Well this is the place! I'm so happy I found them. First they are super friendly and professional. When I stop in there the place is clean and comfortable. They don't have a receptionist so I give them a minute if they are in the middle of something. I've never had to wait long but door to shop is always open and you could stick head in and yell and they'd come right away. Oh, even the shop looks spotless. The waiting area is clean, has a TV and some comfortable chairs. The lobby is large and has several cars that the I assume belong to the owner. Think dealership size with the cars in there. BUT these are clearly cars that he has collected because he loves cars! Someone who enjoys cars and working on them. I on the other hand enjoy putting gas in and letting them worry about everything else! They have been very accommodating with my odd schedule and I appreciate that. They even let me use a loaner car for longer repairs which was super nice. When done I returned it with a full tank of gas and saved the cost of an uber. That alone made my life so much easier to accommodate. You'd think with all these great things that they would be expensive but you'd be wrong! My parts and labor cost have been less than I expected. Especially when I walk away feeling confident and as happy as I can about a repair expense. Seriously I have nothing bad to say or even think about them. I've been there several times and I've left happy everytime. I won't go anywhere else as long as I live in the area. I can't recommend them enough.

I have used Friedman Automotive for years now. Dale and his staff and top notch and do great work for a very fair price. On top of that he has a temporary loaner car if needed. My whole family uses friedman and have never run into any issues. If you are looking for a great mechanic don't take a second look elsewhere.

I've had my car serviced here for years and they do a great job. They provide free loaner vehicles which is a huge plus. The owner cares enough about his customers that he even picks my car up and drops it off to me since I'm on his way into the shop! If you want to have your car taken care of by a business owner and his team that cares about his customers, this is where you want to go. If you prefer to wait, take time out of your day (which sucks if you work for a living) and drink crappy coffee, take your car to the dealership.
