We absolutely loved these guys! Our experience was totally different then what we expected from buying a used car. Jim and Mike were friendly and professional. They had many nice cars for a small independent dealer. We were looking for a first car for our daughter. We really liked 2003 Honda Accord. Even though the mileage was quite high, the car was clean, it drove very nice, and price was right. We were done for less than an hour and already drove the car home. On Thursday December 19th, Jim and Michael from Nice Ride Auto Wholesale were very professional in dealing with me in all aspects of purchasing a 2015 Toyota Avalon 2015 Limited. Michael was very supportive in handling any issues that get corrected immediately. Jim was excellent in explaining the process of the paperwork that needs completion. I'd left there feeling very good of my purchase of My Avalon. Nice Ride Auto Wholesale is a great place to buy a reliable, very good condition cars. A big shout out for Jim, Michael and staff!

Where do I even begin? This dealership is incredibly dishonest. They took my deposit and assured me the van was in excellent condition and rust-free. I flew from Chicago to Cleveland to buy this car, trusting their word and the website description. What I found was appalling. The van was filthy, riddled with rust, and had poorly patched rocker panels with cracked Bondo. The engine bay was full of debris, rat droppings, and loose parts. The engine squealed within minutes, and a loose heat shield lay in the bay, ready to be sucked into the belt. Every bolt looked like it would snap if touched. Underneath, the frame was the most rusted-out I’ve ever seen. Junkyard parts still had salvage codes, bolts were fused to brackets, and the frame had flaky, crumbling steel. As a metal fabricator, I immediately spotted frame damage and bad repairs, concealed with fresh paint. None of this was disclosed, and the Carfax failed to note frame issues or a salvage-worthy condition. FRAME DAMAGE IS SERIOUS! The rocker panels had stress cracks that made the van look like it would fold in half if driven. When I confronted the dealer, they refused to refund my deposit. On top of that, Michael used racist slurs during the conversation - absolutely unacceptable behavior from any business. After spending over $1,000 on travel for this wasted trip, I had to walk away. They wanted $8,500 for a van that wouldn’t fetch $1,500 in trade. Avoid this dealership - they misrepresent inventory, conceal dangerous issues, and are untrustworthy. EDIT: Misha "Michael" Megresh, your response only reinforces the dishonesty of your dealership. Let’s break it down: You claim "everything could have been avoided" - classic deflection. I was transparent about my concerns and specifically asked if the van was rust-free. You lied, assuring me it was in excellent shape. If I’d known the truth, I wouldn’t have wasted time and money flying across the country. You accuse me of "intentionally damaging" the vehicle. Inspecting a car before purchase is not damage. I pointed out major issues—rusted-out frame, cracked Bondo, and broken parts—that you hid. Trying to shift blame to me is absurd. Your description of the van as "decent" and "free of rust" is laughable. As a metal fabricator, I know rust, and this van was falling apart. The frame and suspension were dangerously rusted, with poor repairs and patched parts. These are major safety issues, not "minor flaws." Regarding the deposit, I signed a non-refundable agreement under the assumption the van matched your description: rust-free and well-maintained. When I saw the truth, I realized I’d been misled. I accepted a partial refund only because I thought the matter was settled. Filing a chargeback was my last option after your misrepresentation cost me lots of money and time. Your response proves your dealership prioritizes profit over honesty and safety. Instead of taking accountability, you try to paint me as the villain. This isn’t just bad business - it’s unethical, racist, and dangerous. Future customers, beware: this dealership cannot be trusted.

My experience was great here. The two hour drive was worth it. Micheal wasn't pushy and let us look around. I ended up buying my 17 yr old daughter a 2010 Toyota Camry for a great price. The rear left blinker bulb needs replaced and the key fab needs a new battery but other than that it drove great and the inside was super clean! The paperwork was quick and super easy. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. My daughter says thank you as well. She loves it! Thanks again!

I was looking with a friend to buy a car and then she sent me the link for a car she liked at have a nice ride. when looking I found a beautiful equinox ltz with very low miles. thought the price would been round 25000 like others dealers, but when he told me under 20000 i told him to do whatever to get me in it and he did...quick easy and painless and price was great. very happy with the chevy and with the service from Mike and all his people.

Very nice salesmen!! Huge difference between the other car places I had been visiting in search of a car for the past two days. The car was incredibly clean, well taken care of. The other cars in the lot were in good shape. They offered to fix anything on my car if concerns came up while I was looking. They have less of a selection but because it is better quality than most! I first showed up to look at a vehicle that I found online. Upon reviewing it I realized it was not what I was looking for, so I asked if I could look around at what else they had. Within the next hour I was leaving the lot with a VERY nice, well kept car and Jim had a lot of patience with me. My suggestion is to ALWAYS bring a mechanic with you when going to ANY used car lot. These guys had a great selection and were very polite as well. Keep up the good work!
