My elderly father had a battery under warranty, they stated they could not warranty the battery for 5 days! Had to order, then sold him a new battery and took his warranty battery for the core!! This is clearly taking advantage of people who need a battery right then. So, they didn't warranty the battery and sold him a new battery!! Unacceptable!! He needed battery then so he bought it, he should of went to auto zone!!! I'm so angry they take advantage of people like this!! Beware 4 year warranty here, if it's not in stock your sol ... for a week!!!! They will happily sell you another 4 year warranty battery....unbelievable!!!
My family and I went there to buy one thing of stop leak and it was 7:55pm. On their signs it says they close at 9pm but when my grandfather walked in some young kid with brown hair and a goatee kicked him out saying they were closed. This is very uncharacteristic of the service we’ve had there as when we need to fix a car we always go here. We were in desperate need to stop a leak and they didn’t help out at all. Needless to say we will definitely be reconsidering going back as why should we spend money somewhere that won’t help is AT ALL. The doors weren’t locked the lights were all on it was very strange. We personally think the kid just didn’t want to do any work at all. Shame on you guys do better.
I have a bad memory but I think his name was Tom, the veteran with glasses who is about to retire. He was the sweetest guy I’ve ever met. Thoroughly explained everything i needed help with and guided me with making the right choice. He absolutely made my day with his kindness. If I had the money to spare I would have most definitely left him a big tip. Great customer service!
Staff here really make the difference. I could go to Autozone or O'Reilly but I wouldn't get the same service. I have two older cars and a 1996 F350. They find me the right part and get it in fast every time. Haven't had a return yet.
Bought a battery from norwalk store. The manager, Greg did a fantastic job. He knew the products and felt he was very honest with me. Would absolutely deal with him again .
Stopped in around 6pm walk in the store theirs no one in their. the employee was sitting out in his car. walks in after me to the counter says nothing to me so i told him I was looking for a candy but didn't have what I wanted. If they don't care neither will I.
Feeling frustrated and very upset. Bought some freon for $30 now my air is blowing out even hotter and they tell me take the car some place. Well thats never happened before. I'll never shop here again.
Lights came on in my car so I went there they hooked it right up for free and, helped me with what was wrong with my car. The people are so friendly and helpful at the Norwalk store!
Great place store 05889 in norwalk my suv wouldnt start at 7pm went here steve checked things out got me a new battery an put it in for me an got me a discount on it to very helpful.
No face coverings worn by employees that seemed very blatant. Made me feel very uncomfortable when I asked for help. Left and went somewhere else. Lost my business due to not following the sign on their door.
My go to parts store. Typically get parts within a day or same day. Quality parts on a variable price scale ( good, better, best, premium) great for any budget.
Aside from having what was needed employees do not wear face coverings, there is no signage of such or any kind of social awareness during this pandemic and by now they have had sufficient time to get their store upto task as others have. This is just unacceptable 25% online only discount or not.
Needed new wipers & auto cleaning supplies. Greg at Advance Auto Parts in Norwalk treated me great. He patiently answered all my questions & didn't rush me. He even installed the wipers in a flash. I will definitely be back to this store.

Good place for all your parts needs. Staff is above average for an auto parts store. Helpful with blades and checking check engine lights. This is the one we go to all the time.
They sell great parts at good prices, to bad they dont price match from ebay..i think eventually they will start to lose business due to the low prices on ebay
Great Guys work here Pete and Bryan got me back home to my family. They went above and beyond their job duties to make sure I got what I need! These guys deserve raises!
I bought $200 worth of transmission oil for a rebuild and found 5 of the quarts to be used. So after it was started and clean up began I see sludge in bottom of bottles, I went in to tell them what had happened all I got from Greg the manager was the seal is broken you can’t return them. Greg tells me I should have inspected them before opening, really it’s my job to inspect a product I bought from Advanced Auto to make sure they were new. Needless to say I will never buy from Advanced Auto again, so if you buy anything from them make sure it’s sealed and not used.
The staff were really ontop of everything, made sure all my questions were answered. Even though, they couldn't help me with the part I needed(ended up being a dealer part) they made sure to exhaust all options before referring me to the dealer across the street!
