I arrived very close to open after my wipers flung off of my car due to the heavy ice. The store manager, Emmett was extremely helpful in finding my blades And installing them for me. When the first set did not fit, he put my mind at ease right away and helped me get a new correct set on and was very kind through the whole process.
Zach at the Norwalk O’Reilly Auto Parts is a true gem. He checked my engine light, helped me understand what was going on, and even replaced my cap for me. He was kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Service like this is rare these days. Best auto parts store in town. Not only did I find what I needed for the cheapest price possible but the customer service rep Zack even changed the part out for me before I left. I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding customer service that was provided and I will be doing all my business here from now on.

Needed a headlight bulb changed in a not ideal spot, I forget the young mans name that helped me but came out and had it installed within 5 minutes, I would recommend this O'reilly store to anyone.
Our thanksgiving travels took a hard turn to the side of the road on the turnpike after the water pump in our 18 chevy Silverado took a crap. We took a tow to Oreilleys in Norwalk and were so thankful they were open on Thanksgiving. Zach and Emmett helped us in every way they could with helping diagnose the problem, borrowing us tools to do the job, and giving us the best deal possible on what we needed. They deserve 10 stars for going above and beyond to help us out, especially while working on a holiday. Thank you again guys!
Had Battery issues with my truck and it died in the parking lot next to O’Reilly in Norwalk. Emmett came out and helped diagnose which battery was having issues and help solve the problem. Normally I don’t expect great help these days, but Emmett went above and beyond for us. He helped replace the old battery and had positive vibes the whole time. I’ll buy from him any day. Genuinely a good dude who cares about people.
My tire blew and I had no idea how to change a tire. I came in to see if they could help. Arther helped me and taught me what to do. Hes very kind and funny. If I have any more car problems ill gladly go to him. Thank you again!
I want to give a shout out to the assistant manager Dylan at the Norwalk store. I appreciate it, you figuring out my problem. I've been trying to find a specific part for my Ford. Ranger, and I haven't been able to figure it out. And he suggested, maybe somebody swapped it out from a different Truck and he was right. This has been racking my brain for the past 2 weeks, and he figured it out. Thank you

Mark was absolutely PHENOMENAL. He helped my husband with the service code to find out the issue, explained it thoroughly to both of us. Helped my husband with the oil. After we left, he took the time to look more into the fault code for us (knowing we were panicking) and call us back and explain better to us. Absolutely wonderful, so helpful & kind.
It’s honestly my biggest pet peeve when I want to buy a product from a brand I like, to be told “you’re wrong you need this one it’s much better than the one you want to buy.” The lady who helped me didn’t seem to know anything, she googled my questions which I already have done but I wanted an opinion from someone working at an auto parts store. Please tell your associates to not say the phrase “I don’t know, let me google it.”
People were very helpful at O'Reilly's. They usually have some pretty good deals there. Don't ever think that because there is a woman working there that she is not knowledgeable.
ruben deserves a raise!! he went above and beyond for me. he had a huge rush of customers come in after i purchased a new headlight bulb, but he came out as soon as he could to replace it for me. he even went back inside to temporarily fix a part of mine that was hanging down until i could tell my dad about it. he was so kind and respectful. definitely come here if you want great service.
Had some brake light issues. Ruben, the new store manager, was extremely helpful and listened to my problem. He had the answers and the part I needed.... went as far as explaining to me how to install it. I left feeling completely confident about my purchase and much more. Cool guy.

We were greeted and helped by super nice employees today! I had to get new wipers and I thank GOODNESS Dylan was there, he checked us out and came to help when we were struggling with them. He was very nice and so helpful! Without him I would never have got my wipers on my car.
I would give 0 starts if it would let me. Stopped last week to buy a alternator for an Jeep YJ. Explained that I had not checked it out yet and wanted to make sure I could return the alternator if not needed. Was told as long has I don't install it, would be fine to return. Turns out I did not need it. Yesterday I stopped to return and was basically accused of trying to scam them!! They said the alternator was not theirs and that it appears to be an online alternator. I had never even opened the box! After 10 min of back and forth the employee made a phone call and said I would have to bring the jeep into the store and prove that I didn't install the alternator!! After 40 min drive I arrived back with the Jeep. He inspected and finally accepted the return. There are part numbers on the alternator, and was told no one scans that part number just the box. Hard to believe they have no way to check the refurbs themselves. Then went on to say, could have been some mix up at the DC?? Worst experience ever dealing with an auto parts store. Maybe they should check the parts that get refurbed before selling to a customer. Just a thought.
Stopped in to pick up my part I ordered the day before. Dylan put his energy drink down and got up out of his chair. Asked what I needed told him , he looked it up and said 20.99 I said it was 18.99 yesterday he said it's 20.99 today. He went to locate it of course he could not I said did you check your ordered merchandise he did not, he went to the back again came back nothing. I asked if he checked it in he didn't know. Left without it.
This location seems to depend on who is working if you get good service or not. Usually there are people ready to help or answer questions but not always. And it seems those not very helpful are not around long so over all a decent parts store.
I am so glad orilley is finally open. They always have the parts i need and at good prices. Not to mention they know there stuff. If your on the hunt for a fix for your car this is the place. Every time i go here i make suer to ask to talk to will. This guy knows his stuff. Hes very knowledgeable and knows what he's talking about. Ive ben going to autozone for a few tears now and they have not once ben able to give me a repair solution on my car. After talking to will for 10 min he new exactly what was wrong with my car. Told me some repair solutions and now my car runs better than it has ever. And he's always polite and pleasant to talk to. Always smiling and happy. Really makes you feel welcomed there.
