Went to this store when a bunch of our warning lights suddenly went on. Pulled into this AutoZone as it was the closest one. William S. was the employee who helped us. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and comforting about what was a convening situation for us. Checked our diagnostic codes and helped us check our oil level too. Was as smart and helpful as you would ever want an employee to be. Know that you will be in good hands at this store!

I am at AutoZone in Norwalk and this crew of guys are phenomenal. They have went above & beyond with not only respect but fun, conversation, and appreciation! Thank you to all 3 of you!

I don’t use autozone a lot, however, i do think it’s noteworthy to leave this review. I called the store looking for an air filter. It was set to be delivered to my house on Friday ( today ). I was charged, yet didn’t receive track. When today came and i did not receive the package i call autozone trying to figure out what is going on. Apparently it was cancelled. So, now I’m sitting here going in circles likely going to have to wait even longer because these folks don’t even know what they’re doing.

Love being able to walk in and get what you need, parts are expensive but convenient

Received great service from Jim. Helped me test a new battery to find out the alternator needed to be replaced. Was able to get me the part and find a mechanic to fix it the same night. Couldn’t be more grateful for his help.

I've been shopping at various Autozones for 20 years. Their points program is the best of the major chains. They usually have what I need for breaks, tune-up, even CV joints and wheel bearings for 20 year old vehicles. The only issue I've ever really had consistently is untrained employees. I understand Noone knows everything. That being said, people with little to no experience should have to go through some training to be able to answer simple questions. There have been times when I've just felt like saying "just let me look it up" This isn't just Norwalk, it's most locations. I'll keep coming back though.

Today, I was trying to change my turn signal bulb. I got all the way up to getting light housing unit out which just I could not get out. I went up to Auto Zone and spoke to a gentleman there to see if he could help me. This gentleman Ernie was so happy to help and was so kind, and it was so cold out , and he never hesitated. even encouraged me on the progress I made and gave me some good information for the future. Ernie you helped make my day better. Thank you

Ordered parts online, had my wife pick them up, they didn't put one of the parts in the bag. She felt bad and called the store, they had her drive 30 miles round trip to come back and get it, only to not have it until the next day. So 60 miles of fuel wasted from their incompetence. Too bad they can't reimburse for all that fuel cost. They have lost my business for life, unless they can somehow make it right, but i doubt it. Update: And yet another wasted trip because they can't find it even though it was ordered and shows in stock, so now 90 miles of driving because I tried to order to a local business and not just off the internet.

The staff was incredibly helpful. Some items were a bit pricy, and other parts were a good deal. Plus you can earn rewards for money off once you have spent $100.

Friendly staff, we came in for a new battery, we were in and out very quickly, they installed the battery for us and we were on our way! Great store and great staff, thanks!

I have been to part stores all over the country and this one is definitely different. The inside is clean, the shelves are fully stocked and in perfect order. You are greeted when you walk in. The workers are polite and very knowledgeable about your vehicles. The commercial counter is staffed with people that know OEM replacement parts and warranty what they sell. At any given time you'll see the manager out on the floor helping with questions or giving experienced advice.

Good place. I come her alot for my job. They keep it pretty clean and stocked. Normally have what I need. Nice people too always willing to help. It's like the only car part store I go to anymore

They were able to help me out this time with a code read and many other times with truck parts

Good place to get parts online and have them delivered to your house the next day sometimes they don't get it right so you have to take part back to the store and get the right one but they always make it right

The store manager was very helpful and gave my son tools to change an ignition coil. Very nice guy. I think is name is Joey maybe?? Not sure. But I will definitely be back. Awesome service!

I stood in there for 20 minutes and no one bothered to assist me plus the prices were higher than the competition.

AutoZone usually has what I need for my car I love Burgers on I try to bite everything from them they're a lot less expensive than Napa

My battery was starting to go bad in my daily driver. At first it was just the cold, but then it started to go without crazy temperatures. I called this place first, as they are my go to parts place, and it would take them a few days to get my battery. They were extremely polite and professional on the phone. I ended up calling two other part stores in the area, and the best they could do was next day. I really wanted the battery as soon as possible, and called them back to discuss options. While chatting, the manager realized he may have the exact battery I need available. Unlike the other shops, they guaranteed install. The others only said maybe. A half hour before close, these guys were outside getting me all squared away. They were respectful of my vehicle, and price matched the competitor even though I was in a bind, and it was an online price. I don't know why I keep shopping around, when I keep ending up back here. Thanks guys!

Fun to mess with there employees who never seem to know anything about parts. Other than that don't buy any electrical parts there, ive had lots of problems with more than one part.

They are always helpful and by far the best staff. Wish the rest ran this way.
