Travis and Austin have been 1000% so helpful to me! They were fast and efficient and super nice to interact with. My car overheated on the turnpike and my insurance waited over an hr to basically say they couldn’t help me. As soon as I talked to Austin on the phone he dispatched a tow truck (Travis) within 45 min. Travis helped me located a part store closer to the turnpike and has been kind to me and my son! I HIGHLY recommend using their tow service!

Shane was a great driver, and Josh took care of us over the phone. If ever in need this is a great business!

After being given the runaround by our insurance provider, Interstate came right out and got us to a service center. Rob went above and beyond in making sure we were where we needed to be!

They were incredibly helpful and courteous when I totaled my car. 11/10 customer service.

Five star service all the way from this shop, NO thanks AT ALL to our AAA membership who botched the entire tow call for us. Only 7 tow companies can service the Ohio Turnpike and our AAA calls seemed to get “lost” somehow. The ODOT safety vehicle stopped and called dispatch to get it sorted out. We needed a tow about 80 miles away and one hard working guy came in early for his evening shift to help us out. I actually wouldn’t hesitate to call them directly in an emergency (next??!?!? Certainly, hope not!) time!. Our puppy even got a ride in the cab!

Though it kinda sucks that only one company can tow you off of the interstate, the experience was amazing! The driver Shane was fast friendly and gave me advice on what my next steps should be for this being my first time having car troubles like this. Everyone that I talked to on the phone was very enjoyable as well. This team definitely made a bad situation into a tolerable one.

Exceptional staff. Over a course of a couple weeks I had 3-4 experiences working with them and they were great every time. Dave is a stand-up guy and actually cares about people and what’s going on with them.

I just wanna give a shout out to your driver danny, he rescued me on the side of i80 yesterday. He was an amazing dude, so calm and had me back on the road in 15 mins after I thought I needed a tow. Plz hire more drivers like the older gentlemen Danny. Danny from the driver in the black Peterbuilt you saved thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Wow, we can't say enough how helpful Brandon was in getting us home. He drove us 100 miles with the best attitude anyone could ask for. We were tired and frustrated and he took control of the situation and towed our vehicle and got us safely home. I would definitely call this company before the one recommended by highway patrol on the turnpike. Madison towing did us no favors. I will be rating them a bit differently.

I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful Wayne and his people are. We spun out in the rain and needed assistance as well as a kind heart. We feel blessed to have been sent this guy! If I lived in the area...I would not hesitate to utilize their business. I recommend them highly!

Even though the person was doing everything he could to get their and I understood completely that things happen I wasn't happy w/the fact that I still had to wait over four hours for someone to come and they didn't even call me I had to call them to check on the progress. They were very nice and professional but they need to have more people on standby.

Delbert was so nice during this whole experience. He is the only reason for the 5 star review. The lady dispatcher is also nice but when I called back to make sure they had the right information and see the Eta the male dispatcher was very rude and seemed to be upset. I won’t go into details but he was very snappy and again rude.

My vehicle broke down on the highway on the way to the airport and this company sent a driver who was heaven sent. He literally saved the day! He was extremely polite and went above and beyond to find a solution to our specific needs by making sure that our vehicle was towed to the right facility and that my daughter and I made it to our destination safely. Five stars.

They did amazing. Quick and fair price. Only input would be to fix the oil leak in the truck. Leaked oil all over my new driveway. Not the drivers fault. He warned me. Would use them again for sure.

Needed a container lifted and moved. They showed up within the hour of me calling and got the job done within 5 minutes. Even gave a small discount since the job was easy and quick for them. Great guy and great service. Couldn’t of asked for more!

Vinny was an AWESOME person to deal with! Very personable and knew what to do when I accidentally locked my key in my truck when trying to put it in neutral! Tip for everyone who reads this, remember that some cars lock the doors when you shift your car into neutral, so open the window just in case! Service was fast, professional and a fair price! Would recommend to anyone! Thanks again guys!

Excellent Service! Broke down on Ohio Turnpike. Brandon & team were amazingly helpful. Towed my truck & large trailer to a local autoparts store & helped repair my broken cooling system. Was back on the road in a few hours. Doesn't get better than that!

I was in a rather unsafe spot directly after the toll booth gate. I was given a time the truck would be there and it was on time!! Driver was great and was able to tell me what had happened to my car thus enabling me to tell my mechanic before he even saw the car. He was absolutely correct, too! One of my best towing experiences!!

I got a flat on I-80 and ODOT called gave them a call. 5 minutes later they were there, the driver was friendly, got my van loaded and dropped off in less then 15 minutes. The guy was understanding and helpful when it came to getting my vehicle fixed.

We used this company through AAA while stuck on the Ohio Turnpike. We were up the creek without a paddle. The driver, a young man named Denny, was very kind and professional. He assessed our issue, and gave us options. His mechanic could not get to us quickly, and we were on a time deadline for work. We had an issue with the brakes on our camper. He helped us find a shop where we could park safely and stay overnight (with electric!) until the shop owner came in the next morning. Denny made sure we had his phone number, as well as the shop owner's number in case we had any issues. I recommend him to anyone having an issue on the Ohio Turnpike close to exit 140! We had gotten a U-Haul badly stuck in mud and these guys came and got us out within a couple minutes! From calling for help to them getting us out took probably only 20 minutes total. They were super fast and professional.

I got in a really bad accident. I had no choice but to let the car get towed while I was squaded to the hospital. When I came up to get my stuff, I noticed the faceplate to my Sony head unit was missing. That's fine I thought as it looked like the head unit went through some action. Than after I pulled the head unit out, I noticed that my dashcam was resting right underneath it. I thought this was nice as I can see what happened. Well on my why home, I was messing with the dashcam and I couldn't find any data on it. I looked to see if the SD card was there and it was gone! Someone had to have taken it out as you can't get it come too out easily. You have to push in on the card with a nail for it to pop out. It just gone. Someone took my own personal SD card out with my severe accident on it. That is just rude and highly illegal. Judging by some of the reviews of theft of others personals, they took it. They also took my head unit's faceplate. I searched that whole car for over an hour with two others helping me and never found it. Someone stole my personal stuff. Also one more thing, they required me to hand over the title just to get my stuff out. That's stupid. Just like someone else said, there is no gate. You can literally just come in when they're not open and go to your own car that you STILL own and take out your OWN personal belongings.

I hope you never have to use this company. especially the Norwalk, OH location. Very disorganized and not prompt at all!!!! I called early in the day to setup a tow for around 5:00 PM, I was told that there might be a little wait as it would be around rush hour. I called at 4:22 PM and the guy did not show up until 5:15 PM. He showed up with the wrong kind of truck and I was told he transport the car to the shop and when the flat-bed driver showed up they would transport the car to our place which is an hour from where the tow originated. At 8:00 PM I called because I had not heard anything about a status. I was told that there were many calls on the turnpike and they were busy and that they car should be out with in an hour. At 8:49 PM I called again and was told the same thing. At 9:56 PM I called and was told they were busy but because of a shift change the car has yet to be loaded and sent out way, but the drive was on his way to the shop to put the car on a flatbed. 10:56 PM I called and the guy was just putting the car on the flatbed, but I was going to be discounted a portion of the tow. Finally at 11:55 PM I get a call that the drive is trying to find our house, so I had to go out side and flag the guy down. So from first phone call at 4:22 PM it took an hour for SOMEONE to show up. Then from 5:40 PM to 12:00 AM, it took the car to actually show up. My wife and I get up very early, there was no proper communication and if we were truly in dire need, this company would have failed on so many levels. I pray that no one has to use their services and if you do, call someone else.

Awesome , Friendly, Honorable and Reliable ! My husband , my self , our two boys and 2 dogs were traveling through Ohio and we were involved in a 5 car accident. Our truck and trailer had to be towed and we had no clue how to get to where we needed to be. Our driver Corey along with a few other guys ( sorry I didn't catch their names) made sure our dogs stayed cool while we waited to be released from the accident scene and offered us cold bottles of water. They told us which local hotel would allow our dogs to stay, found us a mechanical shop (Fitzgerald Auto Group- which I will also be giving 5 stars) - that could fix the truck enough to get us back home. This crew of guys was a blessing to us in our time of need ! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts .
