Store has gone downhill horribly. Prices are over retail and noticed a lot of stains on the clothing. Saw a pair of scuffed up used shoes for $20 (they’re $12 at Walmart)

This has to be the saddest thrift store I have ever been in. They had a ton of clothes but barely any house hold stuff or picture frames which is what I went to look at. I'll give 2 stars because the worker was nice and said hello as soon as I walked in but this place is not worth stopping at

I went here for my 7th grade dance dress got a beautiful green one and fits me nice and everything was so cheap I got my dress 7.99 and shoes like 6.65

This store is an overpriced joke. Make sure you thoroughly inspect the clothes too. A lot of them are stained and ripped

I had an outstanding experience at the Loveland Goodwill. The store was clean, well-organized, and genuinely pleasant to shop in, which isn’t always the case at thrift stores. What truly made our visit exceptional was the team. Sebastian and Nathan, who helped us at checkout and with raffle tickets, were phenomenal. They were professional, kind, and clearly committed to creating a great customer experience. Their warmth and efficiency stood out, and I hope management gives them the recognition they deserve. As for pricing, some items felt a little high for thrift shopping, though many were fairly priced. I suspect prices are reduced over time. The 35% Senior Monday discount helped a lot, and with most clothing around $6, the overall value still makes sense. With rising costs everywhere, it’s understandable that thrift stores are adjusting too. That said, clearer sale markers like red tags or more visible discounts would make browsing even easier. This location stands out for its cleanliness, quality, and excellent staff. We’ll definitely be back.

I know the people working can’t exactly control all the prices but some of the prices are a little crazy. Found a pair of taper candles with the 50¢ Hobby Lobby sticker still on and Goodwill was charging $8. The staff is very friendly but it’s donated items they get for free.

You can’t shop the girls clothes because they put them on the infant racks. The clothes are TOO BIG to put there! You can’t sort through them! Not sure what was going on when I was there but the place was being emptied out by all the employees. So bizarre.

I would have given the store a higher stars but quite frankly the employees are rude. They may want to be trained but not every white person doesn't like someone of color or maybe they are the racist ones. They see a white person and think we're automatically stupid or rude. Getting real sick of this

Very unimpressed. Prices are ridiculously high for a thrift store. Small plates...6.99 and 7.99 each. Cashier wanted to charge me 2.00 for a book clearly marked .99... none of the other books were priced and there was no signage that I could see to indicate book prices. It felt like she was just making up numbers when I asked her. I gave two stars because the store was well maintained...clean and neat. Will not be back anytime soon.

Used to frequent this store and loved it. But the pricing is out of hand. Some of the things I saw last time I visited: $6 for a single mason jar, I saw rulers that still had a price tag of $0.25 on them from the store with $4 stickers on them, many clothes with original tags priced higher than the original tag, many other items listed more than they are brand new... I've given up, the new one in fields ertle has been much more reasonably priced. Please fix your pricing, you should be nowhere near retail, at most like 5-25% of retail. I honestly don't even want to donate stuff to this store.

this location has become very disappointing over the years. Whoever is making the pricing decisions is stealing from the community. Multiple items had their original price tag, then goodwill wants more than that. A used candle, originally $5, they still wanted $5. Two brand new hand towels, originally $3, they wanted $5. Again, the original prices are right on the item, and this place has the audacity to charge the same price or more. Very evil, honestly, considering they get every single item for free. This is why the CEOs are millionaires, stealing from the community. The only items that are reasonable are some of the furniture.

Terrible staff! Gross food (even for a skating rink). Also the rink was too lit, couldn’t see or enjoy the light effects or music. Not sure they handle even had any. This is the least enjoyable skating rink I’ve ever been to.

The blond haired women yelled at my six year old daughter for wanting to buy a scooter, then followed me through the store with a stern look on her face. I'm guessing she thought we were going to take something giving the fact she yelled at her as soon as we came in. The whole experience was very off putting. Every time we come here she is being mean to someone. I'll be going to Burlington coat factory since the prices are the same.

The manger the blonde haired lady. Oh my goodness she's so completely Rude to customers and also her employees. All she seems to do is yell at everyone. The store looks trashy. She needs to change her attitude or lose her job. you can definitely she would rather be somewhere else. And she needs to quit talking about employees loudly enough for customers to here period. She's going to cause lawsuits by what she says against her or goodwill itself. Definitely gonna take my money elsewhere from now on.

management is horrible. they claim to care about disabled people but could truly care less. i personally don’t feel right funding a place that accuses, berates, and treats their employees like 2nd class citizens. fire the blonde lady and maybe you won’t have a pending lawsuit in the next few months because at this rate… there have been so many incidents i have heard of first hand it’s insane that she still has a job. be aware where your money and donations are going. it’s going to a for-profit, greed filled company with no empathy for the people they claim to uplift. it’s a joke

First time at this Goodwill and had a pleasant experience. Store was clean and organized, reasonable prices, was easy to find what I was looking for and the cashier was very nice and welcoming. I will be returning in the future!

Beautifully renovated, bright and cheery, well laid out and easily find everything you're looking for as well as things you didn't know you needed. Such a pleasure to shop here all the while knowing my dollars go towards a better cause vs. some bottom line. Thank you!!!

First time checking out the new remodeling they did. They have no public bathroom available for shoppers. The prices were insanely high for donated items. Shoes for $50 and $60 come on now. For less you can shop Macys ,Dillard's, Jcpennys and get brand new items.. They have no help ringing customers up and watch and beware they rang 3 of my items up for the wrong price. They are about 45 minutes away I'm not making the trip back.

I think you should bring the 50% off birthday gift back. 50% off Saturdays and other deals make it fun to shop for your overpriced items. Their is no consistency to the pricing. You think just because it has tags on it you need to mark up the price. You want to know why you have a line out the door waiting for you to open they are hoping to find a nice treasure or they really need clothes and you have all the great donations marked up to department store prices. I shake my head at prices sometimes but I may still buy it. I’m not the one needing a break. I’m sorry I refuse to donate my things to the store, I’d rather give them to family’s that really need them. I think you need to reconsider your benefits for employees also. I don’t know if you realize this but 12$ Won’t get you anything. And the discount is a joke it should be at least 50% off and they should be able to shop there. Everyone seems so sad there. I actually one time had a cashier get angry at me because I was waiting in line when they told me to but by the time I got to her 4 mins after close all I got was attitude. That lady still works at Loveland store went to get in her line today and she stressed out said, the other cashier can take care of you even though they had the same number of guest in the line. I just really hope you can improve the store make it a place where EVERYONE wants to be. Thank you.

Quality items but I just have to say that it's been getting ridiculous! Not just the prices but behind the counter stuff In particular. No halloween costume rack, they are all behind the counter have to ask for assistance and then told can't take out of the bag to make sure not holes tears or ruined but if they are you can't return. The single shoe rack (more expensive shoe) I was told I couldn't see the other shoe for its wear and tear till at the register to purchase, this was from the lady behind the special counter. I will not purchase a pair of shoes before seeing the other one, if i have to see at register than so be it but she said they would get it AFTER purchase. I will not buy a Halloween costume unless new unopened without seeing if it's in good condition and all there. I bought a whole bin of silverware marked .20 a piece unless marked, in that bin was a larger fork that went with the set and at register told I would have to pay $2 for just the one fork. When I said it's not marked $2 I was told that's the price I can take it or leave it. Now it could be that all 3 times (different visits) it was the same person and its an employee issue or really is the policy there but it's getting ridiculous. It may be my closest store so of course I'll still be popping in for convenience but I'll definitely be branching a little further out with the way it's been going.

I had originally given them 3 stars because it was not very clean things were over priced and the staff was unfriendly. I've bought I've bumped it to 5 because they have made a lot of really great changes.. Items are clean and nice beautifully display now.. Just that the public needs to stop going in and tearing the place up like it's your own house you might live that way but we like to look at it being kept nicely the staff there works hard to keep it nice At least give them the consideration I am very impressed with this goodwill store now

So sad that this location has completely gone downhill and is no longer worth the visit. $40-$60 for a coat that they got for free. And that is why their same items sit on the racks until they realize they can't sell them. The list that they are using to price guide is almost comical it is so far fetched. PLEASE I BEG YOU, remove the price tags off of items before you donate them to Goodwill because they see the retail and mark the item down a few dollars to basically sell it for retail. They do not do good will they rip off the very customers that keep them afloat and they do it because they know they can get away with it.

The Goodwill I go to has made some changes that are necessarily good. First, they did away with the 50% off Saturdays (I used to go at least twice a month but now I'm lucky to go once every 3 to 4 months). I understand the dressing rooms were originally closed due to Covid, but they have been closed for almost 2 years. I bought a lot of clothes but not anymore. Won't buy if I can't try on. The changes to the layout of the store is awful. All clothes in front, everything else in back. One good thing ... the shelves that now hold frames and artwork makes it much easier to see and select.

I must first say that the employees at this store are wonderful for what they are subjected to. They provide excellent customer service despite being short staffed and taking that small hourly wage(strictly 10$/hr smh goodwill CEO). I've been in line behind customers who have told the older lady cashier that she's the reason why people come back and that she's just so great. They all are really so friendly. 90% of the price tags are not where I'd expect them to be for a thrift store, where the items have been DONATED. 2$ for a coffee mug. 3$ for a DVD. $5 for a video game.... Competitors have these cheaper at .50/1-2/33$$$. I've seen three guitar hero guitars for $50 each. I still come back and sift for gold and know that the employees are fantastic. I rate 3 stars mostly for the employees, as the customer/worker interaction is an important part of a business. The storefront part of the review gets a 2/5 due to the inflated prices.
