Needed an alternator tested for a warranty replacement. When I asked them for help they just stared at me and ignored me because they said it would take too long to test. Didn't offer any help at all. I ended up leaving because they wouldn't even acknowledge my presence. The service industry in this country is disgusting. I hope the workers and management at this location see this review because I am discussed by the lack of professionalism I was provided.
Not sure how they make money to keep the doors open. Staff is not helpful what so ever. The guy did not even know what a mechanical fuel pump was. Should hire people who know automobiles. Ridiculous, would not waste your time with this Smyth’s. USELESS!!!
Had a great conversation on who was the best Batman and Joker combo in the movies with the lady behind the counter...I loved it. They also had the parts I needed too.
Bought a wheel lug bolt and lug nut for my Focus that Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Blue Ash destroyed. The gal at Smyth was kind and helped alot. Thanks! I was able to do the repair.
Parts are becoming low grade but expensive. They don't have a very good warranty. Don't pay for your part with half cash and the rest credit for cores.When you go back for your money they will tell you they have to put it on the card.That decision came out of the mouth of a smyth. Now to be fair I buy a lot of parts from smyth. The only one I usually have problems with is the one on montgomery rd near Lebanon rd. Thus the empty lot every time you go by. Not all the locations get a low two star. Smyth wake up before it is to late. Customer satisfaction is the key. If you have the wait time you can get the exact same part on line for half the price. I got to tell you I'm 67 years old and these guys have been around as long as I can remember they always had great Parts great service if they don't have it they'll get it for you and record time inner always really nice people started out as a family business I believe in Milford Ohio and they spread out but they still got that family service that you really appreciate off-street parking easy access you just can't ask for anymore if you need Auto Parts I give him a try
Based on SEVERAL visits to this store as a customer they are not helpful in any way shape or form. It's to the point where I felt I was burdening the employees if I had a question. My last visit I was not greeted or asked if I needed help after standing at the counter for five or more minutes while employees talked amongst themselves. I walked out and will never go back. Horrible customer service. I will travel twice as far to go to an autozone or however far it takes.
Very poor experience. Bought some car wax and car wash and paid 37% more. Manager Dave would not be competitive. Everyday consumers should shop antwhere else.
