I took my car to Honest-1 Auto Care for a brake fluid exchange. They did a great job! The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating and the technician that worked on my car completed the job quickly and with great care. The dealers price was $115 more for the same service. I won’t hesitate to return to Honest-1 the next time I’m in need of auto repair.

Where to even start!? $2400 in a repair that is fairly common on trucks (rear axle seals & driveshaft u-joint). I was a little sticker shocked at first, but they argeed to do anything with the rear brakes that might have been effected by the axel grease and gave me a loaner. All was going ok in the beginning. First flag was the cost of the u-joint repair, which I negotiated down a bit. I asked if it was just the joint or the whole shaft for that price, they said joint- $785 for a u joint!!! Come on now. Needless to say I drove it for 3 days and the whole driveshaft came off on i75. No roadside assistant, which is offered, was available. I was late to work, left on the side of the highway in traffic and used my insurance for the tow. They repaired the whole shaft per the next visit at no cost, which they should have since it wasn't installed correctly in the first place. Next issue was I ALWAYS had to call for any updates on the services and no loaner was made available this time. They had it for a week or so. I picked it up and drove it like normal for another 2 days. Noticed a noise from the rear again and it seeming to be binding up, oh and fluid on the opposite side of the initial leaking side (recommended you replace both at the same time, was told they did). Return the vehicle for them to tell me I have a rust hole in the axle. I stated they should have caught that the first time and saved me $2400 in a bad axle. They did try to upsell me a new coolant fluid holder though and said they were going to do calipers, but did bearings instead without price notice or pictures. They said they agreed they missed the issue and would get it taken care of... 2 weeks go by woth no communication or updates. They offered to have it welded as a consolation to the unfixed repairs. I finally got a call from them with a total of $1020 something dollars for a quarter sized weld. What a joke of a company. Don't take your vehicle there!!! They used to be a stand up company but seem like crooks these days.

Good service appt. Battery terminals on a new battery from a competitor were extremely corroded. Honest-1 fixed the problem for less than the toyota dealer quote. Next time, I will check their tire prices.

Honest-1? I don't think so. Time for a new name. The "estimate" I was given over the phone was, of course, $200 less than what the actual price was -- and that was for a very standard job. Then, they wouldn't honor their own coupon. "Oh, sir. I already discounted it for you." When I ask why they did that since I hadn't even showed them the coupon yet, they said, "I knew that we had these coupons out, so I already added that in." And if I take my car and go somewhere else, then they charge me for the diagnostic! Of course, they know this. And on top of all that is the condescension! Like I'm not smart enough to see through all of these games. Terrible. I won't be going back.

This location is not the same Honest-1 I remember. They no longer provide any complimentary checks after an oil change, and they’ve stopped doing video recordings as well. After my most recent oil change, my CR-V developed a ticking sound. On top of that, the quote I received for transmission fluid and spark plug replacement was even more expensive than the Honda dealer. Will not come back anymore.

Only knock I have is their communication, specifically as it pertains to when you leave your car there. I feel like I always have to call them before they call me. They aren't the cheapest either. Other than that, they do live up to their name, which I truly appreciate, and is why I tolerate the lackluster communication and slightly higher, though reasonable, prices.

Watch your wallet. Came in to get a brake problem checked out on my older CRV. Back caliper was sticking, so wore down the pad and started to score the rotor a little. Different from the previous review of a $1000 quote, mine was $1400 for back rotors and pads. I was a little stunned. Shop #2 quoted $500. Shop #3 quoted me $600. Maybe they figure people in Loveland can afford 2-3x the average cost for a brake job, but I will never go there again. It's a shame because I went to another Honest-1 and they were really nice and reasonable. In a time when people are pinching pennies, $1400+tax is a slap in the face. They also charged me a $40 inspection fee that was not disclosed before they put it on the lift. Thanks, but no thanks.

Curtis and his team at H-1 have always done great for me. I'm not a frequent customer as I do most maintenance myself, but regardless of that the H-1 team always treats me well even though I am not a big spender.

Definitely true to their name - I felt that I was dealt with honestly at every point in the process. They were transparent with their prices and also very willing to look up other deals where applicable. I went in to have my tires replaced and a sunroof leak fixed; in particular, the sunroof leak had stumped several other mechanics and I was almost ready to give up, but Honest-1 kept searching beyond where other auto care shops had given up and managed to fix the problem. Customer service was also great - thanks Christian!

So far, service is top tier. I just dropped off my SUV. Customer service is phenomenal. First time using them. Now, I am waiting for the phone calls for assessed issues, price and finished results on my GMC Terrain.

Very disappointed I waited 5 hours to get car fixed after making a appointment 8 days ago I told office staff multiple times I had a very important appointment to be at 12- 1 pm he said I'll get you out before then . These people need to change their name to something else. The owner responded we offered you a loaner and they didn't. What good would it do to get a ride home if I only have one CAR ????Maybe be honest to yourself and customers would be a good thing to do. can you imagine the owner lying to you about the whole situation over the phone after asking why she's placing false information on this review , then she said there are cameras with video footage of me talking with office staff.

These guys always do a great job for me. Great customer service and they are very knowledgeable. I appreciate that they will walk me through any suggested repairs and tell me what is most essential and what can wait. They are quick and they've got snacks. I'm editing this to say that Honest1 is still doing a great job- and I think their greatest strength is their team at the front desk. I absolutely love Kammie- she always gets things done and greets everyone as if she has known them for years. She's made Honest1 feel like a fun place to be for all the years I've been going here.

I am a constant returning consumer, for the loveland location, and I have to say not only am I impressed with their diagnostics online sheets, complete with pictures, but their exceptional and exemplary customer service. Two names come to mind, i would add in the technicians name as well however I dont recall or remember it. But the people that have the opportunity to work on my car, as well as customer service front desk workers, specifically Hayden, and Christian they are almost always answering my phone calls promptly. And always so helpful and understanding. I appreciate their work, and make feel like my business is worthwhile, as well as I matter, as well as my car matters. Part of the reeason I am a returning customer, they are local and they use payment plans on expensive projects. That are easy to pay back and will go at my pace and if I'm short cash they will hold my vehicle till I come up with the money. I thank you everyone at Honest one and I'd mention everyone's name if I had them.

They were going to charge me double what it would cost other shop just to do back rotors and brakes almost 1000 dollars just to do rear brakes!!!!. Robbery at its best. Plenty of other options out there that won't try to scam u I payed half that which is the going rate . These people are ridiculous!.

Hands down the best customer service! I’d say that they are the best garage around here to have you vehicle worked on. I had a clutch replaced and installed on a 2019 Honda Civic and they did an excellent job. I had them put tires on rotated and balance and they did an excellent job!I had an a Isuzu box truck there. They did the front brakes on that and got the whole system running on that and they did an excellent job on the Isuzu box truck as well. So they handle small and large vehicles. I referred my brother there as well and he has a 528GT BMW that he had worked on as well and they did a great job on his vehicle no issues whatsoever.

10/10 experience. Took a used truck I was considering buying there. They got me in with very short notice. Everyone was so nice. Answered my phone calls w my first name. Gave me a deal. Took me back and explained to me all the reasons thoroughly what was wrong w the vehicle. Yall helped me dodge a 18 grand bullet! I will be back and I will be spreading the word about the amazing service you provide. Thanks so much!

Did a tire rotation and an oil change on my 2019 Range R Curtis and Christopher and the team were great they got me done on time and at the right value… great efficient outfit to take your car to no matter what brand they get it done and share with you upfront all the costs. Great auto care shop! Everyone was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. I heard a weird noise going on with my car so I brought it into the shop. I had my car for about two days and did everything in their power to find an issue. They also gave me rides home from work every day I was really nice. My client ended up meeting an alignment, a diagnostics and new tires And I paid under a grand for everything. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely wonderful people and service. Very accommodating, informative, and kind. Offered transportation, comprehensive inspection with photos and descriptions (in priority order), free snacks and drinks, comfortable and clean waiting area with children's play section. The staff welcomed questions and were considerate of my financial situation. The prices are fair, especially for the convenience, expertise, and piece of mind that my vehicle was taken care of. My car started to overheat on the highway and I pulled off the next exit and into the speedway to figure out what was wrong. I discovered my coolant was leaking and started to call the closest auto shops. They gave me advice on how to temporarily substitute the coolant so I could make it to the shop. When I explained that I wasn't sure how to do that they sent somebody to refill the coolant for me so I could drive it safely down the street to the shop. They fit me in the schedule for an inspection and offered to drive me home while I waited, without charge. I ended up waiting, and found out that they could fix the problem within the day. I just went for an oil change based on a flyer in the mail. Making an appointment was super easy, and then the lounge was really comfortable with nice amenities to wait in. One thing I really like and will keep me coming back - they sent a full inspection report on my car with pictures and details about everything they checked. Customer service in the shop was great!

Took my 2011 Mazda Tribute into service for ABS and TCS lights coming on for no reason and ABS actually engaging sporadically. Honest-1 communicated over text with me providing explanations of their diagnostics, including pictures. They also communicated when new parts had arrived and when repairs were complete. I was not familiar with what they found as the cause for my issue so they took the time to explain it to me and were patient (they had to explain more than once). Overall a pleasant experience and on-time service. I will use them again.

Honest-1Auto Care is really not that honest!!! My husband and I have taken our cars to Gregory’s Auto on Beech Road for oil changes for the past 30 years and to the Toyota dealerships for more involved computerized needs. Gregorys has recently gone out of business and left a lot of us searching for an honest and trustworthy new automobile business. I decided to give Honest-1 Auto Care a chance and I went in to their shop a few weeks ago and introduced myself in person and made an appointment for Friday, August 30th at 1 pm. I expressed at that time how I would need to leave by 2 pm so I could make it to another appointment. I was reassured that would NOT be a problem. When Friday, August 30th came, I received a reminder about my appointment (which I didn’t need because I had it in my calendar and was looking forward to getting the appointment off my list). I showed up at 1:01pm. I came inside and expected them to begin my oil change shortly. I inquired how long it would take because I had decided to walk next door to the Dollar Tree store…I was told one hour. I left and when I returned at 1:30 pm my car was still not being serviced. When I asked what was up at the counter he mumbled something about the oil change in front of me running late…but he neglected to mention that to me when I dropped off the car. I asked how can you do the oil change if it takes an hour as previously stated. He then said they could put a rush on it and get it done. This made me feel uncomfortable but I had already spent time trying to get this appointment scheduled and completed, so I said ok and sat down in the lobby. It was at this time I noticed a guy sitting in my car in the parking lot and I tried to be patient but at 1:40 pm he was still sitting in the car, so I approached the counter and told them I was leaving. I had another appointment I had scheduled and I wasn’t interested in a 15 minute rush oil change. As I was getting my car from the guy as he was finally pulling it up (I think they called or text him while he was still sitting in my car in the parking lot). I asked him why he was starting my car so late and after a long blank stare he said “We had a long lunch meeting.” Ok, so one of them is not being honest. He also said “I can rush your oil change for you.” Ummm No thx :( If only they would have used the reminder call to let me know how late they were going to be…I would have not wasted my time - I could have rescheduled. Apparently, in their eyes, my time was not as important as theirs. I mean there were four or five people working behind the desk, surely if customer care was important or if they would have believed me when I said I had to leave at 2 pm they wouldn’t have taken me or my time for granted and someone could have notified me. But, they blew it and lost my future business and all the potential business of my family, friends, and neighbors that all used to go to Gregory’s! Honest -1 Auto Care can reply and dispute or say whatever…but everything above is facts! And this is my first ever review- I was just trying to save someone else from wasting their time. And after reading the other low reviews- it seems I’m not the only person this has happened to at their shop! I’m glad they showed me at my first appointment- how they really are- they say they are different and they care but they really don’t!!! It’s a shame too because I’m still looking for a new place that will treat me with respect and honor their word!! I wouldn’t take a chance on this place:(

Those folks went above and beyond to get my car fixed and back on the road safely. They even offer a shuttle service and car rental so I didn’t have to miss any work or bum rides. They are very professional and don’t do any work without your authorization. They are my new mechanics. Very detailed estimates and right on par with national price averages.

Very nice experience. Staff is knowledgeable and shared with me what my CRV was due for. Details of the service were text to me with pictures and staff explained it all. Will be my regular service shop from now on!

This place has very highly skilled technicians and great customer service. i have an old Mini Cooper Turbo S which had the air bag warning light for more than 4+ years. I took it to many places including the dealer and nobody could really fix it. My contact Curtis and his technicians looked into it and were able to find the root cause of the issue and were able to fix it and helped me understand what the issue was. i am very happy the Mini was fixed and i would definitely bring my car back again to this place. Very honest, highly skilled people and great customer service.

My son had taken his car to Honest-1 Auto Care and was very happy with his experience. When it was going to take over a month to get into the Kia dealership I decided to give them a try myself. They got me in right away, service was quick and done right and price was very reasonable- I did use one of their coupons. Huge plus is how friendly everyone was. It's so rare these days to receive such friendly service. I will definitely be back.

I came in to have my oil changed and brakes checked. Oil change price was very reasonable! And I ended up not needing my brakes changed- they told me it wasn't quite necessary and why, and I appreciate that! They worked my car into the schedule quickly and that was also helpful! Will use again and definitely recommend!
