I think the man at the counter was just plain lazy today. I went in and asked for help finding the dipstick in my car. Being a new car for me, I didn't immediately see it. When I told him what my car was, he told me that that year and model did not have a dipstick. When I went back out to check again myself, I did manage to find it. But the fact that he didn't bother to stand up or come around the other side of the counter to help me look, that's one thing. That he claimed it didn't even have a dipstick,...that is ridiculous. Not very great service today, boys.
