The guys who work in Loveland location are top notch. Appreciate them offering a shuttle service and was thrilled to get my car back in one day!!

I can’t say enough great things about Ulmer's Auto Care. I worked with Tyler in the past and recently with Brandon, and both experiences have been outstanding. The customer care here is exceptional. From start to finish, their communication was clear, thorough, and honest. They took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car, what needed to be fixed, and how they were going to handle it. That level of transparency built real trust. When I picked up my vehicle, they even had it warmed up and ready for me — a small touch that says a lot about how much they value their customers. I’ve never experienced this level of service and attention to detail at an auto shop before. I fully trust Ulmer's with all of our vehicles and can confidently say they’ve earned a lifelong customer. If you’re looking for a shop that truly puts customer care first, this is the place to go.

Ullmer’s is great! Very good customer service as they are thorough and explain repair needs well. They are also very honest and ethical as an anticipated repair was not needed after further investigation and my bill ended up being lower than anticipated. Their pick up service is also very helpful if you have a routine service and need a lift back to their site to get your car!

Highly recommend for many reasons: I have brought my car here a couple of times to have it looked at and have repairs and maintenance done. The customer service is always amazing, and they have always been quick about taking a look at my car and getting the work done. They were able to get me into a rental car while they waited for the part and did the repair work. They have been transparent with costs and the time that it would take for it to be finished. The communication is top notch. The most recent time I brought my car in, they were able to diagnose the issue and unfortunately my transmission is going out on my 2016 Nissan Sentra. They were extremely patient while I figured out my next step with my car. We have received quite a bit of snow over the past couple of weeks and my car was covered. When I stopped by to pay my bill, Tyler so kindly cleaned my car off and shoveled around it! Since the transmission is going out, they have been so kind to let me keep the car on their lot for a couple more days while I wait for someone to come and tow it. I can't rave enough about the customer service, big shout outs to Brandon and Tyler for taking care of me and always being so helpful!

Professional & friendly. Pricing reasonable. And credit card offering 6 months same as cash is a definite plus. The courtesy shuttle is also a nice service! Count me as a new repeat customer.

Great service. I’ve had various works done here on both my personal and work car. Had tire change, they got me in same day. Had oil change & brake flush as well. Front desk staff is wonderful and super friendly. Love that they have a shuttle, super helpful! I literally wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cars as much as I do them.

2017 mini Cooper, had a coolant leak, took it to a shop a quarter of a mile away ( wouldn't overheat) 1950 dollars. Called ulmers 1350. Worth getting it towed, plus they wasn't taking advantage of me and overcharging. Got it done in one day, they even set up the towing. Know where me and my family is taking our vehicle's from now on.

Had two O2 sensors replaced on passenger side. All work was done fine. Only complaint was the price was surprisingly high. Almost $500 for 2 sensors and the remaining was a mandatory overall diag fee of $150 and labor for the O2 install and taxes. Almost $1200 total. The service was well documented and warranted, on time and professionally done.

These guys do great work. I drive an older vehicle but Brandon always does a great job finding quality parts at fair prices. Great shop right in Loveland.

Great place. They got me in at a moments notice. Super reasonable compared to the other repair shops I called. Will always take my Jag and Audi here. And grab lunch next door at Zaapz!

Rarely write reviews but Ulmers Loveland did a great job with recent heater repairs on my vehicle. I've used all the main auto repair shops in Loveland and all do a good job/are honest, but have been struggling to find a solid, no nonsense honest shop since Gregory's closed, and Ulmers is now it. Great follow up, when solutions we tried didn't work they credited items to a final solution, let us use a loaner, etc. This is probably the third time I've used them as a trial, and they are a rock solid repair shop. Highly recommended

These guys are nice, explain everything well and don’t try to talk you into doing anything that’s not necessary. Timing of my vehicle being there was completely reasonable, as was the price. I will continue to bring my car here for maintenance in the future. The complimentary shuttle for local drop off/pick up is such an added bonus!

Great Reputation, Reasonable Prices, Very professional associates and service. Ease of scheduling and quick turnaround of serviced vehicle. Willing to provide a ride for you if needed to and from home after vehicle drop off. Very Happy. Will return again for service work on our Volvo XC40. Great Job Ulmer’s?? Honest, customer focused, fairly priced, and transparent process. We're a single vehicle household. After the inspection they needed to keep our truck overnight so they sent the shuttle to pick up my wife and get her set up with a loaner so she could get to work the next day. They treated my wife with respect and even she had nothing but praise for the Ulmers staff. Earned my trust quickly. Thank you for treating your customers with care and respect.

I had been going to another shop and had spent far too much and they left my brakes in terrible condition so I stopped by ulmers to get them fixed and they did an incredible job and had the job finished by the next day and gave me a reasonable price and my truck has been driving and stopping great ever since and I am very thankful I found this repair shop. Also when I walked in it felt more like a dealership than a repair shop in the reception area which is sharp and very clean and I spoke with Brandon who was very helpful and informative.

Brandon and his crew went out of their way to insure my service experience was top notch. They provided a free shuttle at drop off and pick up. I was updated and informed on the services performed and time my vehicle would be ready. Thanks for thier excellent service!

Ulmer’s does a thorough job letting me know that the reason my car wouldn’t start was simply that the battery was bad but not the alternator. They saved me money for unnecessary replacements that I didn’t need. This is just another example o car service to Ulmer’s.

Great experience. Really thought I had a major problem. They kept my truck for a few days and ran diagnostics on it. Turns out it was just a wrong size battery installed by the dealer a couple of years ago, they put a new battery in and the cost was minimal. It’s very refreshing to know how honest these guys are. They could have said anything was wrong with the electrical and charged me a fortune. I’m a customer for life.

Ulmer’s replaced the serpentine belt on my car. They did a great job. The service desk is always professional & friendly. Highly recommend.

I was so impressed with the after care review, including pictures of potential problems they texted me. When I checked out tho they didn't pressure me, just said take a look at the report and we're here when you're ready and or able to get them taken care of. Every employee was professional and courteous. I even did a write up on the Next Door app and had a bunch of people respond with their positive experiences with Ulmer's also! I won't go anywhere else for service again!

Had a wonderful, no BS experience at Ulmer’s. I will definitely be returning for my next service. The booking experience was seamless and online (a preference of mine). The drop off was easy and quick, even though I was very early. The service was fast and affordable. The rep called me afterwards to discuss pricing and was not pushy or rude at all. Felt like I got more than my money’s worth and had a great experience. Can’t say enough.

Ed and his crew fixed my brake issue after 3 visits to another shop that were not able to fix it. Ed was informative and kind. Which was needed after dealing with the other shop. I will highly recommend Ulmer to anyone who needs professional, reliable service.

I was having some issues with my jeep overheating. Brandon Bishop the service manager told me they would bring my jeep in and do a full inspection. Not only did they find the issue and repair it with genuine Jeep parts, the repairs were fast and efficient at a good price. They also did a full inspection of the vehicle for free which was a first for me. I will certainly be back. Thank you so much for the great service.

We had a major issue with our minivan (literally) the day before we were scheduled to leave for vacation. We were sick… Ulmer’s worked us into their schedule last minute and resolved the issue, allowing us to leave on time for vacation! So grateful!

I came in to get a screw removed from my tire. Was able to immediately get in for an oil change as well! Granted I wasn't happy I needed a new tire lol. But these guys will never steer you wrong! I’ve been going to them ever since they had only one location in Anderson. I refuse to get my oil changed or car issues checked at anywhere else!! Ulmers for life!
