Great quality parts. Knowledgeable parts counter. Great for old chevy trucks. I was able to find even the o rings for the cooler to radiator lines. Just a great parts source!

I purchased a steering gear box yesterday. I returned my core to the NAPA Chardon location last night. Instead of giving me my core back they charged my card again for the core so now I've paid 2 core charges 285 and I've already turned my core in. The location said they can't refund my money. This is absolutely unacceptable. the store manager that was helping at the Chardon location this morning said there's nothing she could do to help. after she got upset and started crying and now I'm stuck waiting till who know when to get my money back.
Staff is helpful and you can still go in the store. My usual place only takes phone orders now. And the discount auto parts stores are only good for oil and wipers. Though I was disappointed to see China as the country of origin on my expensive boxes of lugnuts.
Went in to purchase a specific type of paint, the only other place that had it was O'Reilly Auto parts. And I purchased all those ones, NAPA is a barron waist land of over priced stuff. I paid ten bucks a can at O'Reilly, and at NAPA.......paid twelve. I was not greeted as I came in or offered help. I knew there was a reason I stopped going to NAPA 15 yrs ago
One of this stores employees followed my daughter and my 5 year old granddaughter to her car verbally assaulting her after she continually told him to stop following her, calling her a f'ing moron in front of my granddaughter! What a fine example he sets for NAPA! You have lost a ton of business over this one! You can delete this all you want, corporate has been written to by many people. You should have talked to me on the phone!
The lies you continue to spew are nothing short of amazing. You left me on hold for 5 minutes while you clowns discussed if you wanted to talk to me, then you come back on and say "We're both too busy to talk." So after I told you what a mistake you made treating my daughter that way, without any "F-Bombs" I hung up. You scared my daughter and my granddaughter, you are flat out scum!
To NAPA, you’re full of it, there are witnesses who heard you swearing at her, even after you were asked not to speak like that in front of a 5 year old. The windows were half down, it’s been overcast all day, not “in the hot sun”. This also happened at 10am in the low 70’s. Quit acting like a self righteous taint stain and backpedaling. You were wrong. And yeah, the dog was panting, because she’s a 120lb mastiff.
Also, she wasn’t “in the coffee shop”, she was on the patio so she can keep an eye on the dog. Want to deny that? Because she posted pics of her daughter on the patio eating.
to the post by MIKE HALE & DON KUCHARSKI tell what really happened.the reason she was approached was about the dog in the back of the car with the windows barely down 2in. in the hot sun panting away.WHILE SHE WAS IN THE COFFEE SHOP NOT NAPA.and dont forget to tell about the dog not being able to get to the open windows from the grate blocking it in the back.we listened to the dog bark at least 10min. there was ABSOLUTELY no foul language used.i was told 1 time to not follow her as i was walking back to our store.who ever called was asked to wait as we were busy and after numerous F-bombs to us they said no and hung up. WE HOPE THE DOG IS NEVER LEFT LIKE THAT IN THE FUTURE.
