Wanted to recognize Mike and James at the Chardon, OH location for literally going above and beyond for me when I came out of grocery shopping and my car battery was dead. I walked over to Advance Auto and Mike dropped everything he was doing to help me out. He checked my car, knew immediately I needed a new battery, and replaced it right then and there. They were both so professional and extremely helpful. Can’t say enough about them! Thank you for saving the day!

Called these guys 10 min before closing for a jump - last ditch effort before having to wait for my roadside assist for 2 hours. They were there in about 2 min. No charge. He wouldn't even accept a tip. ...no words. Thank you guys

I asked a young man with dark long hair “ where is the green radiator fluid?” His answer, “I don’t know if they make it any more.” He did not bother to ask anyone! I called the store & spoke to Bill. I explained the situation & he said OK I understand. But did not seem concerned. I asked if you train employees who do not know to just give up or ask a manager & he did NOT seem concerned. I went to O’Rileys and found an employee that was interested in good customer service & knew the business.

Mike and his team are always so friendly and helpful! In Chardon you have your pick of auto parts stores but Advanced Auto beats them all. I'll never go anywhere else!

About a week ago I stopped at Advanced Auto Parts in Chardon for a headlight bulb. Well, I pulled in right as they were closing. A young dark haired gentleman was so unbelievably kind and stayed to get me a headlight bulb and even put it in my Jeep for me, it event started to rain! This employee was so kind to help me and it really touched my heart and helped to restore faith in humans. Thank you so much for the outstanding interaction!

Advance Auto in Chardon is great. The employees working inside are very helpful and nice. I'm deaf and they have always been great at dealing with me. Especially the 2 gentleman on 7/21/23 at I would recommend Advance Auto in Chardon.

I’ve got to say over the years I have dealt with a lot of auto parts stores in a few different states. But this Advance in particular is one of the best I’ve dealt with, and definitely the best auto parts store locally. Always friendly service, and if they don’t have the parts you need, they do everything they can to get them for you in a timely fashion. Not many places you can call on a holiday weekend at 11am and have your out of stock parts by 2pm. Hats off to these guys for having a great work ethic, and to Advance for still selling quality parts unlike some other competitors

I purchased a Battery at this store, the salesman "Connor" was excellent, he described ever thing about the battery that I wanted for my 2002 Honda Accord. He took out my old battery and replaced it with my new Battery and made sure that ever thing worked in my car, I really appreciated what he did for me He is a asset to that store, employees like him are hard to come by.

I take my used engine oil here for recycling at no cost. That's a great deal and good service, so I buy oil there too.

Good selection of parts, after market quality is okay. Found their website to be a bit glitchy when ordering store pick up. Shopped for 20 years though with no major problems.

This place is awesome. We stopped here when my wife's battery died. The guy checked it and installed the new one for us on a cold wintry day. So thankful for the staff at this place!

Decent service and ok prices. I think their prices for G.M. parts is a bit high.

Very disappointed with big price sign and very fine "if" print and the quality of a tool item. This has happen before and that was the last straw. That was my last visit to Advance Auto Parts. Their rewards program is a joke. $12 for a can of Seafoam? Bye.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store is well organized and everything was easy to find. This is a great place for all your mechanical needs.

The employees listen and then help with what I need. This store is very well stocked. I like the Chardonnay Advance Auto better than one much closer to me.
