I personally go to a lot of different O'Reilly's locations. That being said this is by far the most organized customer friendly store in northeastern Ohio. I appreciate you guys keep it up
Ordered a couple of speakers in Chardon oh store. I called to ask if they had come in. I was "helped " by Joe. He didn't wantt to help me until I asked him to do his job. His response to my question of had they come in, was uhhhhhhhhhhh.....I don't know, and even when he eventually looked still gave me no answer except maybe it will come tomorrow or something. I left the call very un happy and disappointed with the whole situation.
Needed a new battery.. dealt with the rep Guy. He was definitely helpful. He was able to get me the new battery and then when I came back tested the starter and the alternator. This place always gives good service. Definitely will continue to use them.
Guy sold me the wrong back brakes for my car, not once, but TWICE. Twice! First he gave me disc brakes when my car has drums. Then when I corrected him he goes “Oh I thought I should probably ask but figured you wouldn’t know.” Then finally gave me the shoes since they were actually drum brakes, and they weren’t even the right model. Had to go out and get the correct ones AGAIN to be able to finish my back brakes.
There are so many car parts shops in Chardon but only one worth going to. The folks down here give you parts in a hurry but also some really solid advice. I was not paid to say this but I did log into my Google account just to review them. 10/10.
This is definitely the worst auto parts place in Chardon. The kid at the front looked like he was about to fall asleep when I walked in while the other guy walked around swearing and saying that the other guys don't do anything either. I needed help with a part and the kid said.. " go check in MAYBE aisle 5 " and offers noooooo help. Good thing there's other auto parts stores in Chardon
Good store, helpfull staff, fast service. Bottom line is they don't sell coffee, they sell auto parts. So if you need an auto part they probably have it. If you need a coffee they don't have any. But who goes to an auto parts store for coffee anyway.
Good service, just was given wrong part, would have been better if would have held back and given me right part first, he was skeptical but still sold wrong part, its all good though
It's a good place for parts and typically have a good selection both for specific applications and the typical spray paints, car cleaning products, lubricants and products like that.
The guy at the shop helped me right up to the store closing. He was under my car with me figuring out what parts I needed and gave me tools and a mat to lay on to fix my muffler. Super helpful ... will go to this location every time.
Very glad they decided to put one I need in Chardon one of the best auto parts stores out of all of the choices we all have carry lots of random stuff that the other ones don't like welding supplies more painting supplies and usually have everything you need for whatever car you're driving the point system with the reward is much better and obviously it's a brand new store very clean and very helpful staff I would suggest going here over AMV other Autos that we normally go to
