I was out of town when my car broke down. I was able to call Interstate Towing and they were there to help me. They are timely, professional and skillful. Dave was very helpful and made the tow ride home easy. Thank you again, highly recommended.

Called early morning to set up an afternoon appointment for a short 20 mile tow. Said they’d be free for sure at 2pm. Nobody showed up at 2, 3, or 4. I called to see what was wrong, they said there was a hang up, and the driver was towing somebody else instead. Told me it would be another hour before somebody got out here Cancelled on the spot. Unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Very dishonest: We used interstate to move some equipment. The rigging was not done properly and some of our equipment was destroyed. Jay, the supervisor, said that Interstate would pay for the replacement cost of one of the most damaged pieces but months later never has. When confronted several times he said he'd forgot and he is clearly avoiding my many follow up calls and emails. At this point its pretty obvious they are not recouping us for the damaged goods. I'm thankful the equipment didn't fall of their truck and hurt or kill anyone.

Interstate came out about 30 miles to fill our tires after an air machine at a gas station malfunctioned and flattened a tire on Christmas day. The gentleman was so kind and made sure all of our tires were filled so we could get home. Thank you Interstate!

Thought I would need a tow on 08/03/24 luckily the driver helped me get my car started no charge and I was on my way. Turns out I needed a new key fob battery. Thank you!

Tailgating and then cutting off a driver for going just 10 over the speed limit is dangerous. This behavior is a major reason why people hesitate to move over. It's important to consider that this type of driving could lead to serious injury or even death for the occupants of the other vehicle.

Was zipping down 44 south when a passing ambulance stopped traffic over a blind hill forcing me to brake hard enough to blow my brake lines. I was able to limp it to the gas station a couple hundred yards ahead, but wasn't going anywhere and wasn't in a familiar area. Interstate was my choice for the tow and they arrived as immediately as they could. The driver was friendly, competent, and handled hooking my vehicle up without any issues. Prices were what I consider completely reasonable. 10/10, a fine company and one I have in my phone contacts now permanently. I can only hope, I never have to call them again, but if I do end up needing a tow, they'll be my first pick south of Lake county.

Interstate towed my disabled vehicle from Chardon to Willoughby. They were very prompt in getting to my car. The driver, Chris, was extremely friendly and courteous, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I would highly recommend this company for any towing service.

My car broke down and I called Interstate,and was told they would be there within the hour, they were here in 20 minutes, had my hooked up and gone to the shop I use. Great job and Wayne was very professional. Also less expensive than a local service I had to use for a shorter tow.Thanks Guys.

They showed up fast, loaded my car fast , drove it the shop and even gave the keys to the lady at the front desk. The best part was it was the best price I’ve ever paid for a tow. I recommended them to my friend the next day who needed a tow. Bryan Sumey was my driver, great guy !

I’m half and half, the service from the guy that did the tow was great…but the reason I don’t give 5 starts is because over the phone I was quoted $110, but after it was all done and I was posting I asked the guy how much and he said something a little over $160…. Just more upset with the big price change especially since it was within a small city limits, the mileage was very low…

Called at 6:14am this morning for a tow, the dispatcher said ok, give us 50mnts. It's only 30mnts away. I said ok, at 7:30 I called asked where is your driver, he said oh, he was half way there and got pulled off your route cause the police department called us and needed us for a crash.They never called me to tell me that, I had to sit another 90mnts before someone finally showed up to take vehicle to mechanics 21milrd away for $176. They could of been a little more flexible on the cost since they didn't call to tell me and made me wait almost 3hrs for a tow I won't be calling this people no more.

Don’t call these guys if you’re in any kind of hurry. They told me 45 minutes to come unlock my car. Called them after 50 minutes for an update and was told the sheriff had an emergency tow and would be there soon. After another 30 minutes I called and they said 15 minutes. Canceled the service after that. Completely unprofessional.

I do not recommend. I have used this company’s services many times in the last 6 months. You’d think customer service reps would know how to speak with people who are dealing with the stress of their vehicles breaking down. The first incident involved the black woman (I never hear a name when they answer, suspicious) she could not handle the phone call professional & handed the phone to the white lady who then had me repeat everything all over (this is aggravating as I’m trying to get towed). This time the white male answered the phone, told me the 1st story, interrupted me to ask if he can continue speaking, continuously! He wouldn’t let me (the customer) speak. He repeatedly told me the 1st part of the story (I know!) I am calling about the ending results. The question was, where is my vehicle? “It’s being towed as we speak” Why was I not contacted yesterday that it wasn’t being delivered? & the main question: why was I charged almost $400 yesterday when the service never took place? Continues to tell the 1st part of the story without answering my questions. Puts me on hold to answer other calls & not deal. I call back the black woman picks up, she won’t let me talk, tells me to listen to her! Tells me the same thing white man told me, I continue asking my unanswered question that no one is listening to. She hangs up I call back & get the white lady, she started off with smart remarks. I told her she did not answer my question & I told her very clearly what my question was, she finally answered simply. Then apologized for the terrible customer service I’ve received after I expressed how I felt about it.

We were towed within 40 minutes, around 4am. Driver was excellent! Prices were fantastic. I will not hesitate to call them if I need them again.

Was helping an elderly woman with a broken down vehicle in dollar general in hambden who forgot her cell phone and called this business to get her towed home. I must say a fellow named Tim who answered the phone was the most rude, unprofessional person I have ever spoken too in a service business. If a person hates there job as much as this to treat someone who is calling to employ the company services, they should simply find another job. A dispatcher, one would think, would provide a touch of decency or respect, compassion would be a stretch, to the customers that call them, given that most folks only need a wrecker service seldomly. To most this would be a stressful situation. A dispatcher is the first line of representation to the company and in this instance I nearly feel terrible for the elderly woman to have to deal with people like this if that was truly representative of the company. Someone should buy some trucks and start a towing business here in the area, you wouldn't have much competition. Call someone else unless you want to be treated as an inconvenience. Bear in mind I had no money or skin in the game here other than the opportunity to witness this company's service skills.

Charged me $661 to tow my 15ft box truck 71 miles. When I asked how he came up with the price, he said he made it up off the top of his head. Plus charged me taxes for using my card and taxes for the tow on top of the made up price. Also took the rear axel out of my truck and didn't put it back so I had to pay to get it put back on. Only reason I paid was because it was super cold and they seemed like my only option at the time cuz my GPS was acting funny and wouldnt pull up anyone else

They Took my money and ran. Didn't do the job and Threatened me. Seems I'm not the only one. I wont be using them again. Avoid them at all Cost! Call a company that knows how to treat you like a human being and with maturity.

368$ for the guy to come out to my semi truck with 15 gallons of fuel. I told them it was a semi and we needed fuel. Which means we need a minimum of 25 gallons, not only that, the guy didn't know where the fuel tanks are or how to prime the truck, he also had the nerve to ask for tools that he should have had, after we had already given them the efs check. So, my husband had to go out and help the mechanic do his job that we were paying an outrageous price for. Then it turns out the mechanic had given me the wrong price, so the EFS check wouldn't go through. They accused us of trying to stiff them for the job they didn't do, threatened to have our truck seized and impounded and us arrested. All while the work hadn't been finished. The state trooper showed up, told me they lied to him about what was going on and said money matters aren't his business. They had already been paid at that point and took off without finishing the job. Our truck still won't start so we are having to call TA.

My car had been stolen. Thus company recovered my vehicle and took it to a secondary lot that was over an hour from my residence! Towing was astronomically high because they choose to take the car way further than necessary. Customer service reps are polite but it takes FOREVER to get the info your looking for. Not a pleasant experience.

my first time ever needing a tow, when the transmission went on my truck on i90. gave them a call, said 30-40 min and they arrived as expected. quick load and drop. less costly than i had feared.

These guys are THE BEST!! I broke down and called them for a tow first their price was extremely affordable , second they got to me in less than 20 minutes , third, the driver was very personable, quick, and courteous! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I very much wish that there was an option to give zero Stars. I had an accident and had my car towed. I wasn't even given the option of where my personal property would be towed. So not only did my car go to a garage that I can't stand, (highway garage in Bainbridge) but they also charged me $300 to tow it there. $150 for towing roughly 150 yards and $150 to sweep up a few parts and put some kitty litter down. They were also pretty rough with my car I might add. Do not use this terrible service.

Ethan was easily the safest and most knowledgeable tow truck driver I've ever had. Most people scrape the front end of my car a little, but he never had less than 3-4" of clearance. One of his co-workers even came to bring him longer boards to make it safer, and they were both very likable guys. I will be using Interstate for every single tow I need from now on, no question. If that wasn't enough, their rate was cheaper than other places I have dealt with.

Interstate towing in Chardon changed my tire. The towing operator was Vinny. He got 2 phone calls while he worked on my car. One was his boss and then the wife. After a few days of driving local I drove to Cleveland with my daughter. The car was jumping and making noise. I thought another flat, NO the guy never tightened my lug nuts! Finger tight only. I called the company 3 times and Never did they call me back. WE COULD HAVE DIED!!!
