Horrible customer service my pay off check was lost for over a month and they still have “no clue where it’s at”

They refuse taking care of Customer at 4:36 pm . even though they close at 5 pm . A lady at the front desk told me the yard is closed 4:30 pm that’s a pure lie ??????

BUYER BE AWARE THAT LOCATION HAS THEFT PROBLEM We purchased a vehicle and on the website picture shows that car has 2 keys. When my tow driver arrived to pick it up he called office and stated that metal cable on steering wheel was cut off and no keys in a vehicle. When we asked manager how he would like to resolve that matter and if they willing to at least split the bill from dealer for the new keys he refused. He also said that corporate policy made it clear. They are not responsible for any damages or losses that was done after the pictures were taken

This place is ridiculous. first there’s a $200 fee just to be able to bid/buy a car. Be like copart and do a simple $99 fee. But whatever, I guess… now when you do go buy the car as a public buyer, depending on how much your vehicle is, you have to pay an extra fee. I figured it would at most be $150-$200 more for the extra stuff, NO. The vehicle I wanted was marked at $1,750 & because it’s between $1,699 & $1,799, i would’ve had to pay an extra $850 just to get that car. not to mention after I told the girl at the front desk which one I was there for, 5 minutes later I’m looking at it online again before I pay $200 to become a member, & it’s gone. As if someone bought it that quick. Apparently it was a good car just cosmetically damaged and if you’re a young public buyer just trying to get something decent for yourself, they don’t want that or they hate to see it ! Completely sad. & those fees are thee definition of MONEY HUNGRY. Bye w the bs

One of the worst if not the worst iaai I've ever been too. Ppl at the front desk always have an attitude towards every costumer that walked in while I was there every time

So to make a payment is person you have to pay $20 for each money order or cashier check. So u have 6 money orders you have to pay them extra 20$ for each money order. These ppl are nuts. Corporate greedy lunatics

Big place. Have the last 6 characters of your Vin number if you are looking for your vehicle. Wear closed toe shoes.

I love IAA they are very friendly helpful people. And finished my paper works less than 6 min. Unbelievable place. I hope and wish one day open for public. Thank you IAA Always work good with you.

I had a car moved from a towing company's yard to here by my insurance company. I saw the car and took some belongings at the towing company's yard. I came to the car here to get the remainder and some pictures, and the car had been ransacked....somebody took a razor knife to the back seat and stole my seat covers off the front. When I brought it to their attention, they said "totally to your insurance company." Worthless and not secure at all.

I had to pick up at the Stimmel road location and there was a ball tournament going on. Made it difficult to get too. Super weird location if you ask me but overall the service was quick and the people were pretty nice.

I went to pick up my vehicle that had been totaled out after an accident. I did a buyback on my vehicle and when they brought it up front, there was more damages to it. When it was towed from my home, the drivers side headlight assembly was all busted. Now there passenger side assembly is all bustedbas well. So I hope they fix their mess up.

Employees just drive out into the road without looking nearly causing accidents daily (1 flipped me off after he ran me out of my lane by just pulling out) and the lady in the office with blonde hair is the rudest individual I've ever came across. (not the tow truck drivers, they are awesome) They need to have a yield sign or a stop sign so their employees realize others live and work out here.

Called in , only to ask if a vehicle runs and driver because brokers sometimes lie to us and we waste hours and and gas money to drive there turns out it's not a run & drive. Instead of just saying yes or no which takes 30 seconds, they wanna sit there and argue why we should ask the buyer. Soo rude, they hang up the phone when you are being polite

This location sales crazy but the staff and manger that work here very rude, have no respect and cheats they will try to play you to take as much money as they can from you and manger here trash and don’t know what’s he is doing and that’s why ppl moving to Copart cus they know how to fix mistakes not trash like the one work here I love iaai always have good car but they cheats a lot to get your money and They will give you hard time to makes you pay more and more. be careful trust Copart more manger here are the best in Columbus

Easy process of picking up vehicles, just make sure you go to the Thrailkill location first if your pickup is on Stimmel Rd.

We went to go through a vehicle that was totalled by our insurance and brought here. They brought the vehicle up for us pretty quickly and we didn't have to walk far at all to get to the vehicle. The guy who brought it said the license plates were on the dash, so we didn't need to deal with that. Only reason I didn't give five stars is that although the office staff were helpful, they weren't friendly.

This place is awful. My car was in an accident and towed there after the insurance company decided to total it. It's an electric car, and since they let it sit so long the battery is died. Thus, they cannot get the doors open to get my personal belongings from inside. The tech from the service center could charge it without problem, and open the doors. However, they won't let anyone on their lot without insurance. They will not allow the car to be towed back to Tesla to open the doors. They are literally planning to sell my car with all of my belongs inside of it, including my license plate! If I could give them zero stars instead of one, that would be my rating!

They were scheduled to pick up my vehicle from 8am to 5pm; no call no show and they didn't answer the phone until the day after. When I spoke with them the next day, they acted like it wasn't a big deal that they didn't show up or even call. No apology, no nothing.... Just poor customer service. Then begin to talk in circles. First they had the wrong day the 19th instead of the 18th. Then she said they couldn't do it on the original day until after 11pm. Like which lie is it? They even had the nerve to offer to pick up the vehicle without me being present but did not have a plan for how I was going to get paid or who was going to take my disabled license plates off. I guess not all the employees know the process or details. This is my 3rd time selling a car this way and by far the worse experience. So I guess I'm waiting another 8 hours today, let's see if they show up.
