Joe and John were awesome. Everything was explained and all paperwork plus temp tags were ready to go when I arrived for pick up. John hooked Everything up and did a performance check on the trailer to ensure safety. They even extended the safety chains with heavy duty carabiners at no charge. A plus service from start to completion!
These guys are great! They got us financing really fast. Joe helped us out. Then we had a hiccup with the trailer being put on the wrong ball of the hitch but Jim made it right! He was very responsive and respectful and made sure the issue was fixed and we were happy customers again.

Just bought a trailer off these guys yesterday. I text them from their website a couple days before, they got me all setup in their system so once I showed up the trailer was waiting for me along with the paperwork. Honestly they made the whole buying process so pleasant and easy to navigate. The folks working there were super nice and easy going, they walked me through everything and I was out door within about 20 minutes, really great buying experiencing. The trailer actually exceeded my expectations so I'm super happy with the product as well. I would buy from Rocks Trailer again no question about it.
I couldn't tell you his name. But I can tell you their parts guy has never let me down. If you're not sure, clean your parts up and bring them in and he'll get you sorted.

I purchased a Self lowering trailer from Joe and I was so pleased with the service. He followed up with me regularly until the trailer came in when I arrived he was very friendly everyone in the office was pleasant to talk to. The owner. Rock himself came out and went over the trailer with me and how to operate, raising and lowering the trailer, the operation of the winch and how to strap the vehicles down. The total experience was awesome. Well worth The 5 Hour drive. I will recommend everyone I know to Joe and Rocks trailer sales!!
Spoke with someone on Facebook marketplace and was very responsive. I took the hour drive to buy a trailer. I messaged the gentleman I was here as it was a bit confusing where to go and office location. He said he would be right out after he was done with a customer. 48 minutes later and after looking at everything not one person came to help or did we get a message with a follow up so we left. I bought a trailer somewhere else.
Joe was excellent to work with on my recent trailer purchase. Everything was ready and the entire purchase process took less than 30 minutes. Rock’s is well stocked and their staff is very knowledgeable on all sorts of trailers. Their shop guys are helpful and courteous. I would be happy to do business with them again!

I am very disappointed with how you didn’t follow up with your customer on getting my Futura trailer fixed. As a reseller, it is your responsibility to be the guy on the ground that should take care of your customer. I had to contact Futura directly, and another dealer came and picked up the trailer to fix it.
With this new dealer, I am experiencing a much, much better level of customer service than you were giving. You didn’t try to take control of the matter or follow up (still haven’t followed up), and you blew me off. As a reseller, it was your job to work with Futura to get the trailer back for repair. You just kept pawning me off to other people. We are also learning that your team installed several parts incorrectly or you didn’t fix it which turns out is the source of my issue.
You dropped the ball Joe and your customer service SUCKS!
I have relayed my experience to Futura, and I won’t be using you again, nor do I recommend using your shop again. It would be best if you were not reselling these, and Futura should cancel their agreement with you. You don’t represent the brand well. Once I started working with them and another reseller, I am getting what you should have been providing all along. Futura clients demand customer service and want a high-end experience. You are not that.
I bought a dump trailer , Roll off trailer and a few bins from Rocks. Joe was my sales person both times. Joe was very friendly and answered any questions I had. I seen the roll off trailer I was wanting cheaper at another dealer and showed them the add and Rocks was able to match the price! This saved me a 2 hr drive. Thanks Rocks!
Got my 10x6 here. Team is very friendly, super informative and low pressure. To be honest though Roxi the on site boxer probably sold me with her wiggles and leaning on me for pets and scratches. All kidding aside best place in Columbus to buy a trailer.
Pretty good place, a ton of variety in selection of great trailers at reasonable prices. Only disappointment was they weren't ready when I arrived even though I gave him a 2-hour notice. Other than that it's a great trailer at a reasonable price. Thanks
Showed up in the am 2 weeks ago to purchase a used dump trailer I saw on their website. Lots of waiting for I’m not sure what. Nobody seemed to know anything about anything when I asked basic questions and directed me to the owner who I also waited for. Said I wanted to buy it no less than 4 times and offered to buy it outright on the spot or to put a deposit down so I could come back and buy it once they could prove it dumped. Clearly said directly to the owner, even if it won’t dump I want to buy this trailer, please call me when I can come get it, at the price you have it it’s a deal either way. He assured me they would let me know when it was ready so I could come complete the transaction. Told me they wanted a mechanic to look over it before selling regardless. Called back a week later and they said they were still short staffed and would get to it. Called back today to check in and was told they sold it as is to someone else. The owner looked at me and explicitly told me that this would not happen when I expressed concern about it being sold out from under me 2 weeks prior. Bad way to do business.
Purchased a spare tire bracket for a utility trailer. Sales agent went out back and returned two minutes later with a muddy and partially rusted bracket. I took it anyway. Was not sure it would fit and asked the salesman if I could return it if necessary. He said no problem. I returned it one day later after it failed to fit as required. Was told there would be a 10% restocking fee. The fee was charged on the entire taxed amount of the sale. I asked why he did not mention the fee during the sale. He was very apologetic and he said that their management instructs them not to as it might deter customers from making a purchase. Just checked their website and there is no mention of restocking fees there. Seems underhanded.
Bought a trailer hitch here last month and had not used it. Went to use it and one of the pins was stuck. I called ahead and they fixed it while I waited. For free. Im in the market for a used trailer and they have a list for people to check with so we will see how that goes. And friendly boxers (dogs) to play with! Good place, lots of parts. If you need parts or advice check em out, they know theyre stuff.
I bought a used trailer from here and they took great care of us. We told them we were using it to move out of state and they replaced some of the bearings on the trailer and did not charge me. They worked with us and got us setup with what we needed to make a safe trip and we made it with no issues. Highly recommend!
I can not say enough great things about the service provided even after the sale by Rock's Trailer Sales. My husband purchased a trailer from them in 2016, we have since moved states where the titling laws are different for trailers and we are trying to title it for the first time. We received the run around from the BMV for both states trying to figure out what we needed to do and I called Rock's multiple times with questions for clarity on what I was being told. Every one I spoke to at Rock's was SO kind, so knowledgeable and SO very helpful - we had a positive experience during the sale, but the service provided four years later is absolutely exceptional - I would definitely commute back to OH to purchase from Rock's again should we ever need another trailer!!! This company is a Rock Star with a history to prove it. They are kind, competent and care about finding every person the best deal possible. While driving down the highway from Cleveland I rolled into their business with a hitch, a credit card and a desperate need of a cargo trailer. I am NOT an impulse buyer but figured I would give them a try after unsuccessful attempts to buy one Cleveland or Akron. I am still amazed by 'how well' they listened to me and found me the perfect trailer to fit my needs. They should be a Role Model dealership for anyone in this business. Rock Trailer Sales is High Class. Simply, they give a damn!

Rock’s trailer sales - great to do business with. I went in with a decent idea of what I wanted to buy, a utility trailer. Jim helped me check out my options and assisted me with picking the best to fit my needs. Hannah in the office was efficient and helpful with the payment process and any additional questions I had. Plus Roxy the awesome shop dog made the visit worth it alone. If you are looking for a trailer of any kind do not hesitate and check out Rock’s. I could not be happier! We were in and out the door within half an hour which is great for anyone who is busy. Will definitely be returning when I purchase a new dump trailer.
Ryan was very polite and helpful. My only frustration was I had been negotiating on a used trailer and went to pick it up and was told there was a deposit on it and it was no longer available. Then after a week went by and it was still on their website I stopped in only to hear another gentleman say there never was a deposit on it and it was still available. I ultimately purchased a new trailer of the same model. Ryan and a couple other people stayed after hours to help me wrap up my transaction.

Bought a well built trailer from a staff that knows what the are talking about. I have a lot of experience with trailers and weights so I didn’t ask a lot of questions. I could tell the staff knew a lot about there product. I just took my new trailer on a 1100 mile trip, may of been over the load rating and it performed perfect. Great product and staff. They are very thorough to make sure the trailer leaves their lot with everything working. They checked lights, coupler, torque on lug nuts. Also informed to check after a certain mileage. This is what should be done when someone buys a trailer. Great job!!!!
If you're looking for a trailer and the best deals in Central Ohio, I'm not sure why you would look anywhere other than ROCKS Trailers Sales. They have the biggest selection, great customer service and a vast assortment of parts and accessories!
I've bought several parts from ROCKS over the years and they've always been very helpful every time I was in. Even if you're there to just buy a hitch or a part, they treat you like you're buying the biggest trailer there.
They have in me, a customer for life!
I drove to Rocks Trailer Sales this past Saturday with my son to gain answers to my questions and purchase a cargo trailer. I walked into the sales office and saw 3 guys behind the counter, one was on the phone. The main guy never introduced himself or the others he just asked what I wanted. I told him I was interested in talking someone about cargo trailers. He told me the guy to help me was on the phone. I told him I would look at the inventory and to send the guy out once he finished his phone call. There were no other customers in the sales office or outside. My son and I spent around 45 minutes looking around but help never arrived. I explained to my son the importance of good customer service and first impressions. We were disappointed and left. I called another trailer dealer in Southern Ohio on Monday, I’m glad I did. They were outstanding, had the trailer I was looking for and I pick it up this weekend. Although Rock’s Trailers is closer to home and has a large inventory, I cannot recommend them with such poor customer service. They didn’t appear to need my business and didn’t get it.
