I went because I had a deflated tired. Sam the manager checked all my tires to see there were no punctures or anything stuck in the tires. She also help get air on the deflated tire. She is a life saver and an amazing helper. Thanks Sam!

BTW, the car didn't make it there on the remaining charge in the battery. We had to call Capitol Towing. Good service there too.
In hindsight I should have sprung for the new battery right there and avoided the tow and replaced a battery that just had been completely discharged.
Went to get a new battery. Had to wait just for them to tell me my battery was dead and they wouldn’t install a new one. Went to O’Rileys and they did it right away.

Got lectured about how lucky I was to be able to return a license plate cover because it wasn’t in its original packaging. The packing was the plastic it was wrapped in; which I had to cut off to open the cover only to find out it was too small for a license plate and would scratch the paint. And, I did bring the plastic back also. Definitely not going back to Autozone…Advanced Auto and O’reillys is right down the street.
The gentleman was helpful when it came to looking up what i needed however he never put 2 of my spark plugs in the bag an didn't notice til i got clear back to the shop. Had to drive clear back to get them!
Craig K. was assisting with a battery exchange due to warranty. He was about as rude as one could be. Worst customer service I’ve received at an auto store. If looking for an AutoZone in Grove City, try 665 first.
Not happy I had 4 reward points towards my free 20 Dollars but now since it changed they took my points away...Not fair they can see the dates I earned the points so they should have let me keep them and and after the date they changed it would have been ok...
Nice people. Only had the most expensive battery in stock so had no chance of making own decision. They did install for a nominal fee which I'm grateful for.
I am an older woman with an older model car which needed one of 2 types of refrigerant for the air conditioning. Your employee Kam Z went to my vehicle, maneuvered my hood ( which is difficult to open) & read the sticker to be sure I got the right type, asked me if I had someone to fill it for me, and was extremely polite, helpful and gentlemanly. I will definitely return and recommend this store to others!
I want to send a positive shout out to this location. My early morning started with me trying to leave my house, my battery was dead on my car. It just snowed 4 inches through the night, the temperature outside was -7 but it was windy so more like -30. I Was finally able to get my car started and drove on the roads to get to Grove City to ADVANCE Auto Parts. Where I usually go. The guy was rude, short, and had zero professionalism. He acted like I was an inconvenience because my battery was bad. He told me he was too cold and couldn't install my battery. I got my car started again, then I came to AutoZone, they installed my new battery and went even farther beyond by reminding me to check my fluids and antifreeze because of the unusually cold weather. IThe guys at AUTOZONE saved me so that I could get to work. He stood out there in the cold and did the install correctly, putting my car back together exactly the way it was supposed to. Thank you guys! You are Awesome!
I called beforehand to get a new battery, as soon as I pulled in the battery starts *as I popped the hood* leaking a bit. I should have wiped it off it was such a small amount (we're talking a few raindropsamount), they wouldn't change it knowing my car wouldnt start again as I expressed before I called. So, I went to Advanced Auto Parts across the street and they took it out no problem. No leakage..(they saw how insignificant it was I showed them. I could understand if it was rotted or covered in acid.) Poor service, and the lady manager there was extremely rude from the start.

Kevin and Kmaz were awesome. They helped me and my brother with getting a new battery. Kevin was knowledgeable and super friendly. Kmaz went out of his way to install it, even in the super cold. Thanks so much guys. You rock! We'll return anytime we need parts for our vehicles.
Terrible experience here due to one specific employee named Jaime. Car broke down due to battery being defective. Stopped into this location because it was closet one to me at the time (the west broad location that’s open late is 100 x better in every way btw) anyways… I stopped in with the current battery & receipt showing a warranty for 12 months “free replacement” if defective which it was defective. I am only 9 months into this warranty and this employee swears up and down i only had a warranty for 90 days. She refuses to honor my warranty even though I’m showing her proof of it right in her face. Yes I admit I got kind of frustrated with her but who wouldn’t ? But I’m not there to argue especially with a women who’s old enough to be my grandma, I’m there for a battery I ended up buying a whole new one after she told me either buy one or basically stop wasting her time because there was “nothing she could do for me” she even had the nerve to tell me there was no record showing I even bought this battery because she couldn’t find me in her system, wow like what’s the purpose of receipts anymore in that case? I buy a new battery (which I later got refunded for because a different location admitted it was this employees lack of job knowledge or lack of effort into doing her job correctly). Anyways the store manager Kevin contacted me the next day which I do appreciate lots but a different location already fixed my issue, so thank you for that. Just poor customer service at this location. Also steer clear of valuecraft branded battery’s, yes they are cheaper but they suck believe me go with the better brand, I learned my lesson forsure.
I can't remember the kids name that helped me but my check engine light came on & being on a walker @ the time I called ahead & asked if someone could come out & check it then let me know what the issue was. As soon as I got there I called he came right out mask & all got the code went right in came out in less than 10 minutes with the information. He was the sweetest & very informed with the info I needed. KUDOS!!
Best service and employee's in Grove City,last year got a battery , worker came out took my old one out and put new one in. Today had both headlights out in my Chevy truck ,the manager came out took off my front headlights ,found they were both blown replaced them and also got 20 percent off when getting an autozone card. Best car parts place and service in all of Grove City and Columbus in my opinion,thanks guys appreciate everything you guys do,people and company that really cares about customers and customer relations..
SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE. There’s nothing more frustrating than being a female working on her own vehicle and being talked down to by auto parts employees, but I had nothing but helpful KIND people here. No one questioned what I was asking for and even appreciated that I took pictures of the serial number for what I needed. Super happy with my experience.
Great service during my recent visit. A lady assisted us and she was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Sadly I don't remember her name or title bit if she isn't already the manager she should be.
I went in to have my battery on my car checked! The attendant (employee) was fabulous! He replaced my battery and installed it for me! I offered a tip and he wouldn't accept it! I was treated with such respect!
This is a bit late. I visited the store earlier this year. A gentleman by the name of Phoenix helped get my car back on the road late Sunday night. He was a great help when putting antifreeze in the car wasn't enough. He noticed the belt was broken and promptly installed a new one.
On the three occasions I've ordered parts from this store, the shipment was always promised "next day by 2pm" and I was told someone would call when the part arrived. (1) I never received a phone call on any occasion; (2) the parts were always late or didn't show at all. On the second occasion, I called after the 2pm deadline, and one person told me the part had arrived. I went to the store, someone else told me it wasn't there. The acting manager stepped in and confirmed the shipment didn't come in; a fourth employee, standing nearby, told him otherwise, and confirmed the part arrived the night before because he saw it himself. He went to the back and got the part for me. Long story short - if it's on the shelf, it's a great place to buy from. If not, go elsewhere.
These folks @ Grove City were very helpful and gave me the right parts for my van and matched the competitions price which was much less expensive than theirs.They made me feel as if they wanted my business. Thanks to Amber specifically for all her help.I'll be back!
