For the past three months, Jeffrey and Vladimir have been incredibly helpful during my visits. As a woman, it’s extremely important to me to feel comfortable and respected at an auto repair shop, and they absolutely provide that. I never feel scammed or taken advantage of. I understand that car repairs come with a cost, but the pricing has always been fair and never excessive. I actually drive 35 minutes just to come to this specific Firestone because I trust them to take care of me and my car. They consistently go out of their way to explain what’s going on, and I especially appreciate that they take photos and upload them to the receipt so I can clearly see what they’re referring to. That level of transparency means a lot to me. If it’s safe, they’ve even allowed me to step into the shop to see the issue firsthand, which I really value. I don’t mind spending my money where I feel respected, informed, and genuinely taken care of. Highly recommend!

Our alternator gave out and the battery died just as we were getting to Stringtown Rd. (2/1/26) The Local Autozone directed us to Firestone Complete Auto Care, as they were the only game in town on a Sunday afternoon. The team was able to get the part and do the job while we spent most of our time at Wings and Rings. The cost of the service was very fair. The team there was great.

Took 3 hours, fully staffed, not busy to just change out ONE tire. Also tire was warranty and they tried to plug the tire vs replace. Wow

Excellent customer service!! Stopped in needing windshield washer fluid. The gentleman came out and topped off the fluid for me.

It was very easy to schedule my appointment, and I didn’t have to wait long for my vehicle to be serviced. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and they assisted me in resolving some safety issues through my fleet management company for my truck. Overall, it was a great experience.

On a holiday weekend, my wife and I were traveling with our young kids from Cincinnati to Cleveland when our car began making a bad noise. Aaron and his team invited us in, inspected the car and we were back on the road in a little over an hour. Not only were they very accommodating (we didn’t have appointment) but even though we were from out of town and in a peculiar situation, they gave honest feedback on what needed fixed and what could be safely postponed until after we made it home. A less trustworthy group would not have been so kind!

Aaron did an amazing job fixing a situation that was not easy to manage. We scheduled tire replacement and had issue with getting tires replaced. Aaron was very professional and helpful. Firestone is lucky to have a great employee.

Great experience and they were able to work with me to help find some discounts on work I needed done. They were up front about important issues that I could remedy at the time and kept me up to date with progress on my car.

Vladimir kept me informed of what the warranty place was saying and helped ne make an informed decision on what needed the most attention on my vehicle.

I went in for a check engine light and for routine maintenance. After their inspection they gave me a $3800 bill for shocks, belts and other things. I went and got a second opinion. Second opinion said everything was good aside from my front tie rods and I needed a new gas canister/cap. $1500 later and my car was fixed. I will NEVER go back. “Honest” more like money hungry.

VETERANS BEWARE!! Aaron was great, but the guy working on my car was not! (Volvo S60) I took my car in for a simple tire rotation on Monday and on Wednesday the warning lights came on indicating ALL OF MY TIRES NEEDED AIR!! What?! (See attached pic) On top of that they tried to upsell me on tires and roters adding up to $2500! I laughed. My car got an overhaul less than two years ago. It’s a shame they tried to scam me. I’m a Veteran and to think they say they support Veterans is very sad!

This Firestone is amazing. I’ve stopped by a few times to have them check out my cars and they’ve always been super helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend them.

I live in Circleville and on my way to work got the call my son in law was in the hospital in Grove City. In my rush to get out the door, I forgot my wallet. Next thing I know, my low tire pressure light comes on. I pull into Firestone as it was closer than a gas station. Vladimir listened to my story & offered to inspect & put air in my tires. Thankfully, he didn't see any nails or screws in my tires & aired them up. I was able to make it to the hospital then to work with no other issues! Thank you to Vladimir & Firestone for doing that without billing me!

My experience with Grove City Firestone on Stringtown road has been nothing but excellent. I cannot say that about many other auto care centers ive been to. Store Manager Vladimir and his team have been consistently courteous, helpful and honest when it comes to inspecting, diagnosing and providing reasonable options for when our family van is sick. When something is off, major or minor, I bring the van here so my wife feels safe and secure knowing it has been checked right and is good to go. They will tell you everything you need up front. No pressure. I really appreciate that. If you're looking for strightforward, honest evaluation and work, I Highly recommend giving Vladamir and his team a visit.

Service was excellent. Car runs great .Anthony kept me well informed about the service. Price was very fair considering the time spent doing repairs- less than 2 hours. I will be returning for any future repairs!

TONY is the man! My wife got a nail in her tire and took it to the nearest tire repair shop (not Firestone). I called around seeing who had a tire in stock, as the repair shop we originally took it to didn’t have what we needed. The original shop had quoted us a price that was through the roof! I called TONY and he hooked us up on a GREAT deal and had the tire in stock! TONY gave us such a good deal we ended up purchasing two tires that was still less than what we were quoted by his competitor. THANKS TONY !!

Absolutely the worst experience. I bring both my vehicles here but this was my last visit. I scheduled an oil change and asked for a quote to fix a leaking fuel intake line. At the time of scheduling, I declined a full vehicle inspection and just asked for those two services. When I dropped the vehicle off, I again stated I did NOT want a full inspection and reiterated to Tony exactly what I DID want. Drop off was at noon. At 4pm, I called and asked for a status. I was told it was being worked on. At 5:30 I called back and was told that they were making a list for the full inspection. I once again stated that I DID NOT want that, to do the service I booked and give me a repair quote for the one part I needed fixed. I went in at 6 and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the tires to be put back on. I was then informed that not only were they wanting to charge me for the inspection that I had specifically declined multiple times, but they also had not even changed the oil - the entire point of the appointment. They had my vehicle for 6.5 hours and never even changed the oil. Absolutely the worst experience and I have found somewhere else to take my vehicles in the future.

I took my car to Firestone to have burned out fuses replaced. Someone had told me that was why three of the windows would not go down. It turns out that I had accidentally hit the button that locks the windows. It's a safety feature you can use when you have young children in the car. And while I was there they fixed another problem I'd had for months with a dashboard message saying the tires were low on air. They weren't. He checked all the tires and adjusted something so that message would turn off. I didn't think the tires needed air because I put air in them when that message first came on and the message didn't go off. I'm so glad that I remembered Firestone was in Grove City. Otherwise, I'd have to go to a dealership.

Our food truck broke down 90 miles from home, spraying antifreeze everywhere, and we pulled into the shop just as they were closing. These guys could have turned us away—but instead, they jumped into action. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us a temporary fix that got Fork in the Road safely back on the road. They were professional, creative, and clearly cared about helping people—not just fixing cars. We’re incredibly grateful for their can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend them for any car troubles. These are the folks you want in your corner when things go sideways.

After a horrible experience at a competitor I called the Firestone in Grove City. I spoke to Josh about my urgent need for 4 new tires as my scheduled appointment fell through due to the competitor refusing to change my tires because the technician did not know how to get the "caps off". Josh was very understanding and extremely helpful. He promptly provided me with an estimate and stated that HE would stay over to complete the work for me! When I arrived, 15 minutes after closing time, he was pleasant and proceeded to replace all 4 of my tires. He was professional, thorough and completed the work quickly. I am so appreciative of his assistance and highly recommend this location for your service needs.

I am a repeat customer and have always experienced excellent customer service. The prices and specials are outstanding. I love my new tires and how they look on my Mustang. Thank you, Firestone!

Malachi at Firestone literally saved a wedding day! We got a flat from the aggressive curbs in German village on a Saturday night. He got our family van on a rack and tire replaced by 10 am the next day. Our family were in tuxedos at the church by 3.

If you need to change a tire, look elsewhere. I don't recommend these guys. It was the worst service I have ever had. When they changed my tire, they destroyed all the mounting bolts and damaged the wheel disc. You can see it in the photo. Looks terrible! It looks like they don't know how to use the tools or don't have the right ones. In addition, they do not welcome sudden customers.
